Avengers: Endgame Directors Share Touching Captain America Tribute

We are only weeks away from the premiere of Avengers: Endgame. The film is set to mark the end of the current direction of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with some characters possibly not making it out alive. Rumors have been circulating for years that one of those doomed characters is the First Avenger, Captain America. Now the directors of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame have shared a fan tribute to the Captain and his history of over 10 years on screen in the MCU.

The video was shared on the Russo brothers twitter account and is a touching montage of some of the best moments from Chris Evans’ portrayal of the iconic hero on film. The character has always been presented as the heart of the Avengers, and the fan-made video showcases why Evans’ performance resonated so well with the movie-going public.

While we hold out hope that the newest Avengers film won’t be the last for Cap, Evans himself hinted at the possibility of the end in a tweet after wrapping his filming for the new movie last year. “Officially wrapped on Avengers 4. It was an emotional day to say the least. Playing this role over the last 8 years has been an honor. To everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera, and in the audience, thank you for the memories! Eternally grateful.” the actor posted. Although he later tried to clarify that his comments didn’t necessarily mean he was done with the character altogether.

The AAA Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide awards are highly prestigious with only select few restaurants approved. Two prestigious Disney Restaurants, Victoria & Albert’s and Napa Rose, were announced as receiving the impressive accolades for 2019.

Victoria & Albert’s, located at Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World Resorts, was awarded with the AAA Five Diamond award and the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award. Victoria & Albert has received the AAA Five Diamond Award each year since 2000, however, this second year this prestigious Disney restaurant has earned the Forbes Travel Guide Five-star award. In addition, this prestigious Disney restaurant is the only restaurant in the state of Florida to be awarded both AAA Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide awards. There are currently only 26 other restaurants in the United States who have earned both awards.

Napa Rose, located at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at Disneyland Resorts, was awarded the AAA Four Diamond award. Napa Rose has received the AAA Four Diamond each year since 2012. This prestigious Disney restaurant received this distinctive rating for restaurants offering a culinary experience to savor and enjoy. Napa Rose celebrates the diverse tastes of California which reflects the restaurants commitment to sourcing California’s finest, freshest ingredients.

The two prestigious Disney restaurants are among 32,000 restaurants throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Among those 32,000 only 0.2 percent are awarded the AAA Five Diamond rating and 2.1 percent are awarded the AAA Four Diamond. In addition, only 1,600 restaurants are rated by the Forbes Travel Guide with only 69 restaurants receiving the 5-star rating after undergoing 900 rigorous standards.

Cruise Critic, the largest online cruise review community has announced the winners of its annual Cruiser’s Choice Awards. The awards are broken down by ship size (small, small-mid, mid-size and large) and are determined by thousands of ratings posted on the site by experienced cruisers. This year Disney Cruise Line has earned a special distinction from the online awards.

The Disney Magic was named “Best for Families” in the Large Ship category for 2019. The ship is not only one of Disney Cruise Line’s largest, but it’s also one of the first ships in the fleet. The Magic set sail on its maiden voyage in 1998 and was presented as Disney Cruise Line’s launch ship. Since then it has become the only ship in the line to feature European destinations. It’s no surprise that a Disney Cruise ship has earned high markings among families with offerings like kids clubs, a private island (Castaway Cay) and a large number of activities for all ages.

The Cruise Critic Cruiser’s Choice Awards have been presenting accolades to cruise lines for nine years, and have become noteworthy due to the sheer size of their user review database. The field of contenders continues to grow yearly, as the cruising industry expands. “Since the initial launch of our awards, nine years ago, we’ve seen incredible growth in the industry. As traveler needs and expectations continue to evolve, so do cruise options — as evident by this year’s list of winners, highlighting incredible options for travelers of all kinds.” said Cruise Critic Senior Executive Editor Colleen McDaniel. March Smuggler’s Series Announced For Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar.

Every month, lovers of fine beer, wine, and cocktails gather together in the tunnels of Enzo’s Hideaway to eat, drink and expand their knowledge of various spirts. The Hideaway has committed to partnering with brewers and distillers from all over the world who appreciate our infatuation with a good tipple. Guests are welcome into our not-so-secret world where themed spirits are served, accompanied by food pairings in multiple courses by Chef John Miele. At each event, experts will provide details on how the spirits are made and unique ways to serve them.

The event will be hosted on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 1-3 PM at Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar located in Disney Springs, adjacent to Maria & Enzo’s Restaurante. The event is for guests 21 years of age and older with a valid I.D. and is $75 per person for a ticket to this unique experience.

The March Smuggler’s series showcasing Ron Abuelo Rum. Enjoy four varieties of rum served in various presentations including neat, on the rocks or in a craft cocktail. Master rum distiller Ron Abuelo will provide details on the education and flavor-exploration of rum-making. The rum varieties will be paired with a multi-course menu created by Chef John Miele. Courses will include house made Chicken Sausage Parmigiana, Busiate Al Granchio, Mafaldine Al Ragu D’Agnello and Torta Di Pistacchio.

Club Cool in Future World at Epcot is a popular spot to cool off and try eight different Coco-Cola soda flavors from around the world. The “attraction” is located near Innoventions West and offers as many free samples of the soft drinks from around the world you desire, as well as Coco-Cola merchandise.

The eight countries represented are Italy, Greece, Thailand, Japan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Peru, and Brazil. Let’s take a closer look at each flavor!

The Beverly is a popular non-alcohol aperitif from Italy. It’s bitter flavor it not favored by many! In fact, many people take “newbies” in there to trick into trying the infamous Beverly soda.

Fanta Pineapple is exactly as it sounds from Greece! It is caffeine-free and full of a sweet pineapple flavor.

Fanta Melon Frosty is a popular soft drink in Thailand giving the perfect hint of melon-y sweetness.

Vegitabeta is a vitamin drink from Japan. The Japanese are very health conscious and pop this soda in for both nutrition and health benefits.

Bilbo is a fruit flavored lime juice from South Africa and features different characters like Taka Strawberry, Paolo Peach, and Johnny Orange.

Sparberry is from Zimbabwe and is cream soda with raspberry.

Captain Marvel Goes Higher, Further, Faster In Box Office Preview Sales. The first female led superhero Marvel film is smashing box office preview records and is currently sitting at the number 5 slot with $20.7 Million for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in theatrical release ticket sales from Thursday.

If that wasn’t enough, Captain Marvel is the second highest in pre-sold tickets on Fandango for Marvel Studios, only trailing Avengers: Infinity War in pre-sale tickets. Other Marvel Studios film racked in great hauls in preview sales in the past on Thursday night openings such as Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2 ($17 Million), Spider-Man Homecoming ($15.4 Million), and Thor: Ragnarok ($14.5 Million). Captain Marvel is close behind Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers: Infinity War, Black Panther, and Captain America: Civil War for opening night records.

Overseas and abroad the film is setting records as well, and is expected to have the second highest opening in China with an estimated $34 Million in sales. Overseas sales in Japan have already reached approximately $44 Million for the weekend and the numbers keep climbing!

Electroland returns to Disneyland Paris for its third year in July 2019! This year’s event will offer guests a mesmerising festival dedicated to all thing electronic spanning over three days of entertainment. This year’s theme will be inspired by The Lion King and Jungle Festival. Featuring some roaring DJ sets featuring Steve Aoki, Alesso, Armin Van Buuren and many more, bound to be enjoyed by thousands of guests!

Three amazing nights with massive DJs at Walt Disney Studios

Friday 5 July:

The festival opens with the return of Steve Aoki and a hypnotic new show. The DJ and Grammy-nominated American producer thrilled guests at the first ever Electroland back in 2017. He will be joined by the Australian sisters NERVO, who are famous for their collaborations with talented artists like Afrojack, Kylie Minogue, Ke$ha, Miley Cyrus and many more. They will also be joined by the Dutch group Showtek and Belgian hits maker DJ The Magician.

Saturday 6 July:

Alesso will kick start Saturday’s Electroland event. Alesso is one of the world’s most influential DJs, producers as well as being an all-around entertainer. He is always in high demand and will be hosting his set in front of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. He will be joined by the Dutch DJ Nicky Romero, Spanish DJ B Jones and DJ Jax Jones, promising guests an unforgettable show!

Sunday 7 July:

The last night in the jungle at Disneyland Paris will be hosted by record-breaking five-time Best DJ in the World and Grammy nominated Armin Van Buuren! He’ll be joined on the last night of Electroland by French DJ Feder, Dutchman Fedde Le Grand and deep house diva Nora En Pure.

Attractions and entertainment all night long

Electroland is more than just an electro festival as many of Walt Disney Studio’s key attractions such as Rock’n’Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith, Crush’s Coaster®, Ratatouille and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ will be open all night.

Disneyland Paris is celebrating International Women’s day with a two-day event dedicated to gender equality and diversity for Cast Members!

Disneyland Paris is beginning the two-day celebration by hosting leadership conferences and workshops for its 16,000 Cast Members to raise awareness for diversity and gender equality in the workplace. As part of the event, Cast Members will hear from inspirational and influential speakers such as French chef Hélène Darroze, French journalist and author Florence Servan-Schreiber and other Disneyland Paris leaders, while also providing networking opportunities and the ability for both women and men to share their stories.

Female empowerment shared with young women belonging to well-known organizations

The event also offers the opportunity for Disneyland Paris to demonstrate its strong sense of commitment to citizenship by inviting four influential organizations focused on inspiring young women reaching their potential. Associations Apprentis d’Auteuil, Elles Bougent, Rêv’Elles, and Sport dans la Ville are part of several workshops where participants had the opportunity to hear from Disneyland Paris leaders in various fields as well as participate in a pastry workshop with Disneyland Paris chefs.

Disneyland Paris Cast Members are at the heart and centre of the guest experience, in the parks, on stage, in the hotels and backstage, forming a cosmopolitan community that consists of 100 nationalities and 20 different languages spoken. Disneyland Paris is committed to providing an environment based on diversity and gender equality which are the company’s two core values. Women represent 49% of Cast Members at Disneyland Paris, of which 81% are on a permanent contract. They are represented in almost 500 different roles in fields as varied as metal fabrication, fire and rescue, maintenance, show design, glassblowing, IT, engineering and development.

Disneyland Paris also recently launched a committee, D ELLES P, designed to inspire and raise the awareness of gender diversity in the workplace. Direct Bus Transportation Between Disney Resorts and Water Parks

Splash into water park season with this exciting news about the Walt Disney World Bus Transportation! Beginning Sunday, March 17, 2019 Disney Bus Transportation will provide direct transportation service to Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. Each resort will have a designated bus stop at the front of each water park. Previously, the water park busses were combined with a Disney theme park bus.

If guests wish to head to the water parks after a day at one of the four Disney theme parks, they’ll still need to either return to their Disney Resort or to the closest resort, then transfer to a water park bus.

To help track the bus arrivals and routes across the property, guests may use the My Disney Experience app.

Whilst exploring and dreaming of Mickey Mouse, Minnie’s best friend Daisy Duck makes an appearance by the Jolly Trolley Stop!

Together the two best friends go on a walk around Toy Town, Tokyo Disneyland.

After walking they catch up together on the Jolly Trolley for a gossip!
