Great news for fans planning upcoming Disney trips! There’s a new assortment of Mickey balloons available at both Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Mickey balloons are arguably one of the most iconic Disney Park souvenirs, so you might want to check these out!
You can take a closer look at the current Mickey balloons in our photos and Instagram post. These Mickey balloons are known for their unique design, plus they have a second clear balloon exterior.
The current list of balloons include royal purple, yellow, orange, and lilac, and emerald green. You’ll also spot Disney Princess and character design balloons.
What do you think of the new Mickey balloons? Which of the new balloons do you think you’ll purchase to bring home?
Will Loki become the MCU‘s Biggest Villain or Greatest Hero in Phase 5? There is no denying Loki has had some major character growth between his debut in Thor and his final moments in Avengers: Infinity War, but what will happen now that Avengers era Loki is on the loose?
Many fans speculate Loki is about to go through an unprecedented transformation, both physically and mentally this time around. It’s no secret that at the start of the new Marvel Disney+ original series Loki has been transported to another timeline, one that he is very unfamiliar with, and will be dealing with the Time Variance Authority (TVA) who oversees the activity between timelines and keeps them (relatively) on track.
Now that the reset button has been set on the iconic character, we could easily see Loki become the biggest villain or the greatest hero in Phase 5 of the MCU. With the timelines crossing over and several undefined roles still being kept under wraps by the studio it appears that Tom Hiddleston’s Loki is about to meet his counter parts: Lady Loki and Old Loki, played by Sophia Di Martino and Richard E. Grant respectively, with a rumored additional appearance by Kid Loki in the series.
The introduction of these new Loki’s will open the way for Loki as we know him to learn more about himself and we will get to see different sides of the trickster god. We can’t wait to see if he will choose a more heroic path featured in the stories of Kid Loki, or if he will continue down his path to conquer and rule Earth, or other planets in the universe, as his own.
Are you excited for the Loki series coming to Disney+? Do you think Loki will have a change of heart and work on becoming a hero or will he go down the villainous route once again, but this time emboldened with the new knowledge he possesses? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments and be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for update and all things Marvel Studios!
A trinket tray is a must-have on my nightstand, they’re just so handy. Recently my favorite one broke, but I think I’ve found a replacement for it with this grand and miraculous new Spaceship Earth Trinket Tray! What Disney fan wouldn’t want an extra sprinkle of Disney to rest their treasures on?
This gorgeous trinket tray has a similar style to the Tree of Life tray. The park icon is the focus, and the tray represents the surrounding park. For the Epcot version, Spaceship Earth stands majestically in the center, while the World Showcase circles around on the tray beneath. This piece has a good weight to it, and the tray has a bit of a lip to keep your trinkets from sliding off.
The new trinket tray is also just $17.99! I also love that it’s not just a decorative piece, but that it is also functional! So far we have seen a stunning new tray for Animal Kingdom, and Epcot. I wonder if Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios versions will pop up? Although I feel like the Main Street USA Castle tray could also work for trinkets too!

The Walt Disney Company has released the trailer, two posters and new publicity stills for its all-new live-action feature film “Cruella,” starring Academy Award®-winners Emma Stone and Emma Thompson, directed by Craig Gillespie. The film will be releasing May 28, 2021.
Academy Award® winner Emma Stone (“La La Land”) stars in Disney’s “Cruella,” an all-new live-action feature film about the rebellious early days of one of cinemas most notorious – and notoriously fashionable – villains, the legendary Cruella de Vil. “Cruella,” which is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, follows a young grifter named Estella, a clever and creative girl determined to make a name for herself with her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves who appreciate her appetite for mischief, and together they are able to build a life for themselves on the London streets. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion catches the eye of the Baroness von Hellman, a fashion legend who is devastatingly chic and terrifyingly haute, played by two-time Oscar® winner Emma Thompson (“Howards End,” “Sense & Sensibility”). But their relationship sets in motion a course of events and revelations that will cause Estella to embrace her wicked side and become the raucous, fashionable and revenge-bent Cruella.
Disney’s “Cruella” is directed by Craig Gillespie (“I Tonya”) from a screenplay by Dana Fox and Tony McNamara, story by Aline Brosh McKenna and Kelly Marcel & Steve Zissis. It was produced by Andrew Gunn (“Freaky Friday”), Marc Platt (“Mary Poppins Returns”) and Kristin Burr (“Christopher Robin”), with Emma Stone, Michelle Wright, Jared LeBoff and Glenn Close serving as executive producers. Two-time Oscar®- winning costume designer Jenny Beavan (“Mad Max: Fury Road,” “A Room with a View”) creates the dazzling and imaginative costumes, which take on a life of their own.
The Florida tourism has dropped to the lowest numbers since 2010. The COVID-19 pandemic has ended a decade of record-setting tourism numbers in Florida.
The state tourism-marketing agency Visit Florida posted that 86.714 million visitors went to Florida during 2020. That was a 34% drop in visitors compared to 2019 and the lowest annual total since 2010.
Those numbers could be reduced further as new data becomes available.
“Please note that due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact it has had on data used to produce visitor estimates, the numbers provided below are likely to face larger-than-normal revisions as new data become available,” Visit Florida said.
