Disney Park Guests Get Sneak Peek of “Dumbo” In March

Beginning March 1st, Disney Park guests will be able to say they’ve seen an Elephant fly! Guests can catch sneak peek of scenes from Disney’s all new live-action film, based on the original animated classic, Dumbo!

At Disneyland Park, the special preview will be screened at the Main Street Opera House in Town Square. At Hollywood Studios, guests will see a portion of the film inside the “Walt Disney Presents” display. There’s even a special viewing for guests sailing with Disney Cruise Line, as the sneak peek will be shown before the movie presentations nightly.

The film, directed by Tim Burton, is a live action adventure that expands on the story of the original movie. Danny DeVito plays Max Medici, a circus owner, who enlists Holt Ferrier (Colin Farrell) and his children to take care of a newborn elephant with oversized ears. When Holt discovers Dumbo can fly, he’s recruited by V.A. Vandevere (Michael Keaton) to star in this new spectacular show, “Dreamland”. As Dumbo’s success grows, Holt soon learns that there’s more to “Dreamland” than meets the eye. Check out the film’s preview here:

2019 marks the 30th anniversary of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. To celebrate this momentous occasion, colorful banners have been hung around the streets of Toy Story Land and Pixar Place.

These banners highlight some of your favorite Pixar film characters from movies franchises such as Toy Story, Incredibles, and Monsters Inc.

These banners are just one of the many ways that the 30th anniversary is being celebrated inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Peter Pan’s Flight Re-Opens After Refurbishment

Peter Pan’s Flight is now open again after a short refurbishment! The classic ride was closed for a quick “refresh” at the beginning of January.

The attraction usually holds a long wait time because it is a wonderful experience for both children and adults. It’s also one of the most popular Fastpass+ selections!

Characters like Peter Pan, Wendy, and Captain Hook make an appearance as riders soar high above the world into Neverland. The ride did not undergo any major changes during the refurbishment which will please all that love the classic, nostalgic feeling it provides.

Many were sad to see the ride closed for their upcoming trips – but it looks like Disney is trying to brighten up Fantasyland before the 50th Anniversary in 2021.

Other updates for the 50th Anniversary include the new Tron coaster near Space Mountain and the introduction of the new Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! street party.

Magical New Starbucks Disney Parks Tumblers Have Been Spotted

It’s a fresh new year, and with that means fresh new Disney Starbucks designs! New Starbucks Disney Parks Tumblers have been spotted at Disneyland, and they feature icons from Disney Parks! These cold tumblers with straws are always popular, so we’re excited to see a new design.

The new cold tumblers have a similar look to last year’s design, but with colorful new artwork. They showcase a Disney Castle that has hints of pink, and blue so it can resemble either of the iconic castles, although it does have the clock facade like the Cinderella Castle. Other icons on display are the Tower of Terror from Hollywood Studios, The Tree of Life from Animal Kingdom, and Spaceship Earth from Epcot. Fireworks burst in the sky above the park icons, while the front has the sleek green Starbucks logo.

These do seem to feature Walt Disney World as the main event, so we should see them arriving at Starbucks locations there soon! The new Starbucks cold tumblers are available for $24.99, and you will only find them at Starbucks locations at the Disney Parks and Resorts.

Patriots Super Bowl Parade at Walt Disney World

Today the New England Patriots are headed to Walt Disney World to be a part of a special parade celebrating their win over the LA Rams in Super Bowl LIII. For years those famous words “You’ve just won the Super Bowl, what are you going to do next” were uttered last night. Veteran quarterback Tom Brady and MVP & wide receiver Julian Edelman screamed the answer “WE’RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!”

The New England Patriots won their record-tying sixth Super Bowl championship last night in Atlanta. Tom Brady and Julian Edelman will be celebrated in a parade down Main Street U.S.A. beginning at 2:40pm today. There will be Disney characters, music, confetti, and more celebrating the win! Guests are encouraged to line up to participate in the event. If you’re not able to be there in person, Disney Parks Blog will be broadcasting the parade live here.

Toy Story 4 is slated for release on June 21, 2019. Previously we got a glimpse of new characters in the previous teaser trailer introducing the newest character, Forky the spork, voiced by Tony Hale. According to the film’s director, Josh Cooley, Forky is facing an identity crisis in the new film. He wants to fulfill his role as a utensil, but he’s been given a new purpose being reimagined into a toy. Additional new characters include Ducky and Bunny, voiced by comedy duo Key & Peele. No doubt, hilarity, and heroics will ensue.

Did you blink and miss it? If you are watching the Super Bowl you just got another glimpse into Avengers Endgame coming out April 26, 2019. If you’re like me and ran to grab a snack and missed it, take a look at it here!

The previous Avengers Endgame trailer was released and has all of the internet buzzing with speculation on what the future is for our beloved super squad. Will Tony be lost forever in space? Will Ant-Man be part of a huge rescue? Is it possible that those who have been snapped into oblivion can be returned to us? (I really hope so)
