Time to suit up and strike your best hero pose! The newest chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Captain Marvel is rocketing to the screen. To celebrate the new Avenger, Walt Disney World’s All-Star Movies Resort has a “super” new backdrop at their lobby photo opportunity.
The All-Star Movies photo opportunity gives guests a chance to let out their inner movie star. Guests can pose with fun props in front of backdrops themed to upcoming Disney films. Using the hashtag #AllStarMovies, you can also share your best pics online. The set is located in Cinema Hall and is available for all Walt Disney World guests. With fun props and frames, it’s proved to be popular with guests looking to add a little extra fun to their trip pictures. Now you can get ready to battle the Skrulls with a backdrop from the first iconic Captain Marvel poster.
The backdrop features a giant recreation of the airplane hangar background from the film’s poster. On this one, you fill in for Carol Danvers as the hero. The fun props like word bubbles and frames are still available. You can make your personal Marvel movie poster as silly as Ant-Man or as serious as Thanos. Make sure you take a moment and see if Carol’s cat Goose is hiding somewhere in the poster.
Captain Marvel is based on the classic Marvel comics title of the same name. It follows the adventures of former U.S. Airforce pilot Carol Danvers. In the film, Danvers becomes one of the galaxy’s most powerful heroes. To protect the universe, she joins an elite Kree military team called Starforce. Returning to Earth with questions about her identity and past, she must save the planet from being caught up in an intergalactic alien war. Captain Marvel premiers in theaters on March 8th.
