All-Star Food Courts

All Star Movies

The All Star Resorts are a set of three themed value resorts in the Animal Kingdom resort area.  They are adjacent to one another and often share buses.  While each has a unique theme, the are all laid out similarly.  Each has their own food court.

The All Star food courts serve Counter Service meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Each meal takes one QS credit on the Disney Dining plan.  You can also pick up and refill the resort mugs at the food court.  During prime times and busy seasons, expect crowds, but with ample food choices, it might be a good idea to choose a few dishes to share while someone snags a seat.

These three food courts don’t share the same space, though.  They are unique to their individual resorts, so they each have their own theming, and perhaps a few different menu items.  They are all the same atmosphere, as you would find at any food court, and offer options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  You can refill your resort mug here as well.

Overall, we give these three All-Star Food Courts an “A”.

  1. I can only rate All Star Music, as I have not been to the others. I have been very pleased with the choices, its not just burgers and fries. You can have them custom make a salad or choose from a meat and several vegetables. The do also have the standard burgers/pizza, but I did not purchase those. We could eat several nights at the food court and not have the exact same meal.

  2. We stayed on property last time for 1 day. Once we checked in, we were ready for a meal. We were staying at All Star Movies for 1 night to get the feel for staying on property. The food court was massive and everyone found something that they liked – the children were 11, 2 and 6 months (crazy ages). Way off to the side was an area with coloring sheets and film shorts – great as the parents recovered from an 18 hour straight drive through the night – the drink station was amazing, the children’s amount and choices, etc… This one experience made us want the dining plan this trip when the children are 13, 4, and 2:)

  3. My first trip staying at a Disney resort was at All Star Sports. I loved that I could choose whatever I wanted for my somewhat eclectic breakfast food choices. And we still have out refillable mugs. Overall, I have always loved the food and the wide variety of choices in the All Star food courts.

  4. We were just there Feb 2011 for the first time. Great variety of food and although crowded at time, with the seating outside we were always able to find a seat ( we are a family of 7). I recommend if you get the adult all star breakfast to share with a child as there is more than enough.

  5. My husband, daughter and I stayed in the All Star Sports and the All Star Movies in 2003 and 2004. We enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere is upbeat and exciting. Everything was fresh and well marked with prices. Lots of different foods for different tastes. I would definitely stay there and eat there again!

  6. We never had a problem with seating at the All Star Sports Resort even when it was crowded. A wide variety of food choices for all ages. Best of all the atmosphere displays such happiness in everyone.

  7. We were pleasantly surprised on our most recent visit to WDW.  The boys picked All Star Sports to stay at and the food court really was much better than I expected. The Castmembers were all very pleasant and the food was delish!
