Next month’s Stitch collectible series has been revealed! The Lion King Stitch Crashes Disney Collection will launch next month, most likely the last Saturday of March!
The new Stitch Crashes Disney monthly collectible series has been insanely popular since its debut in January! Each month Stitch will crash into a different Disney film. The collection will have a plush, pin, and MagicBand inspired by that month’s film. March’s Lion King theme has Stitch styled with Hakuna Matata vibes, complete with Savannah colors, and a couple of grubs!
Each month a plush, and matching pin will be available at shopDisney and the Disney Store. Plus a MagicBand will also be available online at shopDisney!
The January collection was incredibly popular, and it looks like this collection will be a must have! Don’t forget Stitch Crashes Lady the Tramp this month!

2022 Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages are now available to book!
Here is the official news from Disney:
We know many guests are looking to book future vacations, so today we’re giving guests a head start on planning as they can now book 2022 Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages.
Please note, the check-in date of your vacation cannot be more than 500 days in the future. *Disney Vacation Club Resorts are available for bookings on a rolling 11-month schedule.
There are some resort hotels that are not, as of this time, scheduled for reopening yet. We will continue to evaluate the situation and reopen more locations when the environment is right to do so. Disney Dining packages remain unavailable at this time.
Normal terms and conditions for final payments, cancelations and change fees will apply for all 2022 vacation bookings.
Booking a 2022 package does not guarantee theme park availability, and you will still need to make their park reservations for arrivals starting in 2022. You should book their park reservations immediately after linking their 2022 vacation package in the My Disney Experience app.
As previously shared, Disney World will no longer offer Disney’s Magical Express service for airport transportation, with arrivals on Jan. 1, 2022. Complimentary transportation options – such as buses, monorails, and Disney Skyliner – will continue to be available within Walt Disney World Resort for Disney Resort hotel guests, including to and from all four theme parks.

Walt Disney World debuted Park Pass back in July of 2020 in order to manage attendance and to maintain health and safety protocols during the COVID pandemic.
If you are not familiar with how Disney Park Pass System works all guests with a ticket or Annual Pass will be required to make a reservation in advance for each park entry, using this online tool on DisneyWorld.com.
Once you’ve logged into your My Disney Experience account and linked your ticket, you’ll have access to a calendar of available reservation dates for each theme park. If you have a multi-day ticket, you will be required to make a park reservation for each date of your visit. Families and friends can link their tickets together and look to arrange theme park entries at the same time.
Do you like the park pass system? I know it can be challenging for Annual Passholders who just want to visit the parks. Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.
The refurbishment continues at one of Disney World’s monorail resorts! Disney’s Polynesian Resort is undergoing a massive change and the construction is showing quite a difference already. The now have new roof crossbeams above the Great Ceremonial House. Guests can even see that the Polynesian Resort Monorail Station is demolished as part of the ongoing construction work.
Take a look at the photos below to see the construction progress at Disney’s Polynesian Resort.
Adding new roof crossbeams is simply part of the overall construction project at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. The future will be delightful with the Moana design!
Changes to the rooms will include a move to a Pacific Ocean-inspired color palette as well as details, patterns, and textures from Disney’s “Moana,” that takes place on the Polynesian island of Motunui.
As they continue to reopen additional Disney Resort hotels to Guests, the company is modifying the reopening date for Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, which will reopen next summer.
This schedule adjustment also allows Disney to complete some refurbishment work at the Resort hotel, including enhancements to the Great Ceremonial House and Guest rooms.
The Villas and Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will remain open during this refurbishment.
The work began in early October. However, we look forward to sharing more about these changes in the future!
Walt Disney World has released theme park hours through May 1, 2021. We’ve also seen park hours get extended for select dates. Disney World has now extended park hours for the first week in March.
Magic Kingdom was previously scheduled to open at 9 am and close at 6 pm. Now the park will open at 9 am close at 7 pm.
Epcot will also be closing one hour later than previously scheduled. Originally the park was going to open at 11 am and close at 7 pm. Now Epcot will open at 11 am and close at 8 pm. The Taste of Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival will begin that week as well!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 9 am to 7 pm instead of the previous 10 am to 7 pm schedule.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will also be opening an hour earlier. Rather than opening at 9 am and closing at 5 pm, the park will now open at 8 am and close at 5 pm.

The Mandalorian may not be putting out any new episodes for a while, but that doesn’t mean the acclaimed show is out of mind. Its influence on pop culture and in Star Wars fans’ lives is almost immeasurable. Leave it to Baby Yoda to choose what we will watch, wear, and now eat. Remember those cute little blue cookies Grogu eats in season 2? We found some in Walt Disney World!
Baby Yoda Blue Macarons are now being sold in the Main Street Confectionery in the Magic Kingdom. They look exactly like the little cookies Grogu steals from a student in Chapter 12: The Siege. Grogu steals food a lot in the show, but this is the first time he chooses something we’d also like to try. Endangered frog eggs? No thanks! But deliciously chewy and brightly colored cookies? Yeah, that’s the stuff!
These “ma-ca-rohn” (aka fancy French sandwich cookies) are each sold separately at $4.49 apiece. That’s before tax or AP discount. While that may be a chunk of change, they cost about the same amount of money as any other treat you can purchase at the Confectionary and are a refreshing departure from typical, yet beloved, theme park snacks. Their almond base makes them lighter than a cupcake and they certainly have less frosting! However, they’re still pretty luscious to satisfy that sweet tooth.
Will you be trying a Baby Yoda Blue Macaron from the Magic Kingdom? Or try one of the other versions that have been popping up? Or maybe even make your own at home (see the link below!)? Let us know in the comments!

What a big surprise that the Fire Station reopens in the Magic Kingdom with the Sorcerer of the Magic Kingdom elements removed! It has been less than a month that the beloved Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card game closed its doors for the last time. The news of the permanent closure came as a massive shock to many of us, as the beloved card game was permanently closed at the end of January.
The Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, was adored by many, requiring guests to enlist on the adventure at the Fire Station, and required guests to travel the length and breadth of the Magic Kingdom in search for magic windows with Merlin’s cards to beat evil Disney villains!
Until this week! When the doors of the Fire Station were open after its refurbishment! Check out the photos below!
The doors are open! Whilst the banners are removed, the Fire Station welcomes guests once more! Inviting guests in with the lovely soft lighting to reveal Fire Engine No.71 in the middle of the room!
We simply adore this wonderful vehicle, a replica of an early fire engine, which in the past has ferried guests up and down Main Street!
From the refurbishment, it seems as though the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom never existed, just like Merlin, the game has disappeared within the paint strokes and furnishings! You can see from the photos above, you can see patches from Fire Stations across the world!
It seems the Fire Station reopens with Sorcerer of the Magic Kingdom elements removed just in time for the 50th Anniversary of the Magic Kingdom. Although for many, the game will be missed alongside the excitement of collecting the cards released during special events!
General Motors and Disney have a history of collaborating on experiences and attractions in the Disney parks. Yesterday, Chevy released a commercial introducing the new 2022 Bolt EUV featuring some Disney friends.
The commercial, “Magic is Electric”, made its network debut during the season premiere of “American Idol” on ABC on February 14. The “Magic is Electric” commercial spot and its behind-the-scenes counterpart, “Behind the Reveal,” were both filmed in part on location at Walt Disney World Resort.

TOY STORY ALIEN VEGGIE MEATBALL PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
Alien Meatballs
2 cups of cauliflower florets
1/4 cup store bought basil pesto
2 large egg whites
1 cup of green peas, cooked
1/2 cup of white beans, canned, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tsp of onion powder
Alien Faces
4-5 medium asparagus spears, cut into 48, 1 inch asparagus tips (for ears and antennas)
1 ounce of goat cheese (for eyes)
1/4 cup of black olives, sliced into thin rounds (for eyes) and chopped into small pieces (for mouths)
Pizza
1 cup no salt added, no sugar added tomato sauce
1 (16 oz) 100% whole wheat pizza dough crust
1/2 cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Additional Items
Toy Story Pizza Maker
Sheet pan
Parchment paper
Mixing aid
Tablespoon measure or medium spoon
Medium bowl
Rolling pin, bottle or jar (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Alien Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Process cauliflower in a food processor or other mixing aid until finely ground. Next, add the pesto, egg whites, peas, white beans, whole wheat flour and onion powder. Pulse a few times, just until fully incorporated so the mixture doesn’t become too fine.
Use a tablespoon measure or medium spoon to divide the mixture into 16 veggie meatballs. Kids can help with this part.
Pinch the sides of the veggie meatball to form a football shaped alien head.
Set the veggie meatballs on a sheet pan and bake in oven until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and add the asparagus tops to each alien to form the antennas and ears. Bake for 2 more minutes to secure the pieces.
Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Once cool, craft the alien faces. Roll the goat cheese into tiny rounds to make three eyes on each alien.
Add 1 thin olive round to the center of each eye. Use larger olive pieces to form the mouths. Be creative! Form different facial expressions like smile, surprise, scared. Kids can help with this part.
Pizza
Plug in the Toy Story Pizza Maker to preheat.
Roll and stretch the dough to the size of the Toy Story Pizza Maker, about 11 inches round. If available, use a rolling pin, bottle or jar to evenly flatten the dough. Pinch the dough along the outer edge to form the crust. Kids can help with this part.
Once the Toy Story Pizza Maker light turns green, add the dough. Bake until the crust is lightly golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Next, spread the tomato sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border without any sauce. Add the cheese evenly over the sauce and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the Toy Story Pizza Maker and let cool, about 5 minutes. Once cooled, top with the alien faces (2 aliens per slice), slice into 8 pieces and done!
Part-pill bug, part-pug, part-high speed off-road vehicle and all adorable, Tuk Tuk has been Raya’s best friend since she could hold him in the palm of her hand. As part of the experience, you’ll see a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration for Tuk Tuk shared by Kelly Marie Tran (voice of Raya) and Awkwafina (voice of Sisu).
Also, at Discovery Island Stage, artists will be working on a 40-ton sand sculpture celebrating the new film. The display will feature Raya, Tuk Tuk, Sisu the last dragon and the Ongi, all set in the fantasy world of Kumandra. It takes a team of two talented artists over 24 hours to build and carve the display made entirely from sand. Guests will have the opportunity to watch the artisans at work February 19 through 21 and the carving will remain on display at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a limited time through the end of March.
Experience the fantastical world of Kumandra in these two brand new offerings coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and take a look at the latest trailer for “Raya and the Last Dragon.”
