On the heels of Disney loosening mask restrictions for PhotoPass yesterday, comes another announcement from Disney Parks Blog. Cinderella Castle Photopass Experience is now available to schedule on the Disney My Experience app. This special PhotoPass session has been used, according to Disney, for proposals (the most frequent celebration!), birthdays, first visits, baby announcements, honeymoons, babymoons, beating cancer, anniversaries, graduations, adoptions, surprise returns home from deployment, and so many incredible personal achievements – there’s always something to celebrate when you’re at Magic Kingdom Park!
For those not familiar, Disney Parks Blog says, Capture Your Moment is a personalized 20-minute photo session with a Disney PhotoPass photographer reserved in advance. Sessions can include up to eight guests and take place on or around Main Street, U.S.A. where you can enjoy stunning views of Cinderella Castle.
To make it easier for you to book Capture Your Moment, starting today, you can now search for available sessions and book online by clicking here, or you can reserve your session by using the My Disney Experienceapp.
Just some advice, Capture Your Moment does not include prints or digital downloads. If you have Annual Pass with Memory Maker or PhotoPass Memory Maker you can access digital downloads of the session. We also found it was easier to navigate the app rather than online.
Cinderella Castle PhotoPass Experience is available starting at $50.00 per 20 sessions, you can add an extra 20 minutes by booking back to back.
My personal opinion is I love PhotoPass Memory Maker. I would recommend this to anyone with a special announcement! We spent the last trip doing nothing but PhotoPass locations, and now with masks able to be removed for photos only, this becomes a better deal. The photographers are top-notch and very professional. They know how to work with you and make the photo perfect.

Sorcerer Mickey is the newest statue outside the Lego Store at Disney Springs. Yesterday Disney Springs Instagram posted “✨Never be afraid to shoot for the stars!✨ Have you seen the newest @lego statue at #DisneySprings featuring Sorcerer Mickey Mouse? ?? ?”
As you can see the new display is right outside the popular Lego store, showing Sorcerer Mickey in all his glory! We are loving the vibrant colors shown by the dark blue bricks against the white “foam” effect also created by bricks! Mickey dressed in his Sorcerer’s Apprentice costume, featuring the iconic hat of Yen Sid, the Sorcerer with the famous name (Disney spelled backward).
We went to the Lego Store last Friday to witness the newest build and were blown away at the detail and size of the statue. We hope it never fades in the Florida sun because it is eye-popping beautiful. What is your favorite lego statue at Disney Springs? Let us know.
Great news for those who love seeing Disney Characters at Walt Disney World Resort! Winnie the Pooh and Tigger are now appearing on Main Street with their friends from the Hundred Acre Woods.
We caught Winnie, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, and Eeyore appearing together yesterday afternoon. We also caught other new characters appearing yesterday, such as Mulan and Moana. But seeing Winnie the Pooh and his friends as a group is quite a delight for many guests.

We certainly enjoy seeing all of the Hundred Acre Woods characters together. It certainly feels more magical seeing them as a group now inside the Magic Kingdom!
It’s time to choose your Happy Meal toy adventure at McDonald’s! This time we can choose from Star Wars or Disney Princess Happy Meal Toys! So you can pick the path you choose, exploring a galaxy far, far away, or diving into enchanted fairy tale lands!
There are nine Star Wars toys to collect. Each character comes in a mini ship that they can be found adventuring the galaxy in. The toys also include characters from the original, and latest trilogies.
There are eight Disney Princess toys available to collect! Each is displayed with a scenery item inspired by her story. I really love that Moana has been included in the Princesses too!

Summer Sunday nights are synonymous with game shows. ABC welcomes “Celebrity Family Feud,” “The Chase” and “To Tell the Truth” back on SUNDAY, JUNE 6. These shows dominated 2020 ratings: During summer 2020, “Celebrity Family Feud” ranked as the No. 1 program in the Sunday 8 p.m. hour in Total Viewers; this past fall, “The Chase” ranked as the No. 1 program in the Thursday 9 p.m. hour in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49; and this season “To Tell the Truth” grew by 22% in Total Viewers to deliver its most-watched season since its debut in 2016.
Katie Thurston makes her entrance as “The Bachelorette” on MONDAY, JUNE 7. This season, “The Bachelorette” is the No. 1 show on television among Women 18-34, and ranks among the season’s Top 10 highest-rated entertainment shows in Adults 18-49.
On WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9, ABC is doubling down on game shows with new episodes of “Press Your Luck,” “The $100,000 Pyramid” and “Card Sharks.”
The brand-new “The Celebrity Dating Game,” hosted by Zooey Deschanel and Michael Bolton, makes its “Summer Fun & Games” debut on MONDAY, JUNE 14.

CARD SHARKS

In the money card round, the winning player has to make gut-wrenching decisions and risk it all to win it all. Ultimately, players can either take their earned cash and quit or continue wagering for a chance to take home a major cash prize. “Card Sharks” is produced by Fremantle. Scott St. John is showrunner and executive producer, and Joel McHale and Jennifer Mullin are also executive producers.
THE CELEBRITY DATING GAME (series premiere)
Hosted by actress and singer-songwriter Zooey Deschanel and multiple GRAMMY®-winning singer-songwriter Michael Bolton, “The Celebrity Dating Game” offers a wry wink at modern dating with a star-studded roster of celebrity singles from television, music, comedy, reality TV and feature film in their pursuit to find love. THE CHASE
The race to “The Chase” is back as the heart-racing quiz show where three competitors must pit their wits and face off against the Chaser, a ruthless quiz genius determined to stop them from winning cash prizes, returns to ABC. Each hourlong episode is a fast-paced battle of brainpower, where contestants are challenged to think faster than they ever thought possible to answer up to 166 questions across all topics. Sara Haines (ABC’s “The View”) hosts. “The Chase” is produced by ITV America’s ITV Entertainment and based on the hit British format, devised by Potato, part of ITV Studios. Adam Sher, David Eilenberg, Bernie Schaeffer and Vin Rubino are the executive producers.
EMERGENCY CALL
911 call takers from Austin, Texas; Ogden, Utah; New Orleans, Louisiana; Wasilla, Alaska; and Waukesha, Wisconsin, receive calls that will keep one on the edge of their seat. Hosted and executive produced by Luke Wilson, “Emergency Call” is a daring, hourlong series that documents the first few crucial minutes of emergencies told through the lens of America’s heroic 911 call takers. The series follows the dramatic moments leading up to the arrival of help rather than the events after the firefighters, police or emergency medical services teams arrive, and focuses on the extreme, suspenseful and sometimes humorous stories that flood 911 call centers. “Emergency Call” is executive produced by Adeline Ramage Rooney and Jonny Slow (8HOURS TELEVISION), Grant Kahler (showrunner) and Luke Wilson. The show is produced by 8HOURS TELEVISION, based on an original format by De Chinezen and licensed by Lineup Industries.

Accio collector’s wand! This years collector’s edition interactive wand is now available. Every year Universal releases a special edition wand that can be used at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The 2021 wand is now available online at Shop Universal. This special edition wand is not character related but they are always so beautiful and unique.
This years wand is so pretty. It’s got a lighter wood than last year and I love the gold at the end. I also love the gold leafing towards the middle. This wand is available so far online and at Universal Studios Hollywood. It should arrive at the Universal Orlando theme park any time now.
Interactive wands can be used to cast spells at Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley, and Knockturn Alley. The interactive wands come with interactive wand, collectible wand box, and a map that marks all the locations where you can cast spells in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort.

Disney Possibly Developing an R-Rated Animated Deadpool Series for Streaming. Since he acquisition of Fox by Disney, there have been a multitude of film and television projects that have been cancelled, delayed, or managed to maintain the green light throughout the transition. Now, it seems Disney is looking over the shelved projects at Fox and is preparing to dust off a few ideas!
One such project involves an animated series about the “Marc with a Mouth”, Marvel’s very own Deadpool! The original series idea came from Fox’s team at FX, who intended to have the series be Rated R. Surprisingly, it seems Disney is onboard with the rating for the animated show and wants Ryan Reynolds to maintain his role as Wade Wilson/Deadpool across the live-action and animated platforms.

It is currently unknown if Disney will keep the same creators for the project. Donald and Stephen Gloverwere set to write and produce the series, with Marvel’s Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory assisting in the series, (likely for character continuity and story building). Initial “creative differences” kept the project from moving forward, but it seems Disney is willing to revisit the idea for one of their streaming services.
Disney has yet to confirm the new series, but it is rumored the R-Rated Deadpool series will premiere exclusively on either Disney’s Hulu or Star streaming services (most likely Hulu). This is a developing story, so be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for updates and all things Disney and Marvel!
With no opening date listed we do have some interesting news to share. Presently there are 4 permits for General Construction listed for All Star Music. Does this mean that it might be joining All Star Movies to get a room refurbishment?

While the 4 permits list General Construction there is always a chance that could mean a Room Refurbishment. With the hotel closed now would be a perfect time to update the rooms to the new style featured at many of the other Value Resorts.
Right now we are waiting on official word from Disney so for now I am hopeful that Disney will use this downtime to update the rooms at the All Star Music.

Thirteen-year-old Kaydence Henslee from New Mexico was on Spring Break to Disney World with her family when she saw a toddler floating face down in the deep end of a local Orlando Pool Hotel.
“I was scared and nervous and afraid, but my instincts kicked in.”

Three-year-old Haven Williams from Missouri was unconscious in the deep end of the hotel pool when Kaydence stepped into action.
Haven’s mother, Ashley Williams, said she stepped away from the pool for just a couple of minutes. “I just remember seeing another woman run across and yell into the bar area for someone to call 911 because a baby had just drowned,” Ashley said. “I was like, ‘oh my gosh.’ I didn’t think it was my baby.”
Kaydence pulled the little girl out of the pool while a heroic bystander performed CPR until Haven could be transported to the hospital.
Haven did not fully recover until 5 a.m. the next morning. “Even the doctors are saying that whoever got her out of the water did it at a perfect time because if she would have been under the water a little longer, it would have been a different outcome,” according to the mom.

The families swapped information after the incident so they could stay in touch. Over Easter Kaydence even sent Haven a friendship necklace ahead of Haven’s fourth birthday.
Kaydence is wanting to get her CPR Certification so she can be prepared in the future if it ever happens again.
Haven’s mom said in an interview her daughter would not be here if it wasn’t for Kaydence.
“I knew it was the right thing to do to help someone out,” according to Kaydence.
While the name of the local Orlando Hotel is unknown it should be noted that Disney has trained lifeguards at almost all of their major pools who are trained to handle incidents like this.
Kaydence is a true hero for stepping up and saving little Haven from downing! We can tell she has bright future ahead of her.
