Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort reopening July 2021

We are getting a little closer to an actual reopening date for Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!

Recently Disney had on their website that the reopening would take place in Summer of 2021.

However now they list the reopening as Late July 2021!

I know technically it is still Summer but at least now we were able to narrow things down a little more.

Just to give you an idea how much work that still needs done, this is a photo I took of the Monorail platform from just a few weeks ago.

The Polynesian Resort isn’t the only Disney World Hotel under construction at this time. Disney’s Contemporary Resort is also starting a refurbishment to reimagine their guests’ rooms.
