Ryan Reynolds Could Become Marvel Studios Highest Paid Actor to Date. Rumor has it, Marvel Studios is looking to secure actor and businessman Ryan Reynolds with a large contract and an even bigger paycheck! Scooper Daniel Richtman shared the report and says that Marvel Studios CCO Kevin Feige and Disney are actively looking to secure Reynolds in the role and for future projects. Though Marvel has yet to confirm Deadpool 3 in the plans for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Ryan Reynolds has shared in the past that he and Marvel have had several meetings about the beloved character, and at this point it’s a matter of logistics on how to bring Deadpool/Wade Wilson into the MCU rather than an “if” he will be joining the films.

The rumored contract currently in negotiations is said to sign Reynolds on for more than just another Deadpool sequel, Marvel reportedly wants Deadpool to make appearances in other Marvel films and projects. Last December, Ryan Reynolds shared a photo in front of the iconic Marvel Studios logo and teased about his negotiations with Marvel. He went on to share that ‘Deadpool 3‘ is still in the works, but is being shuffled a bit as the studio navigates the ever expanding Marvel Universe.

Currently, Ryan Reynold is gearing up for the premiere of his latest film, ‘Free Guy’. “Free Guy tells the story of a bank teller who discovers he is actually a background player in an open-world video game, decides to become the hero of his own story…one he rewrites himself. Now in a world where there are no limits, he is determined to be the guy who saves his world his way…before it is too late.”
