The gorgeous Disney Easter Egg displays return to select resorts around Walt Disney World starting March 25th! These stunning displays are a beloved tradition, that are truly a treat to see each year. This year you can bring home the magic of these displays, with adorable Personalized Disney Eggs!

If you’re visiting the displays at Beach Club, you’ll find beautifully created Mickey and Minnie Mouse eggs, that you can have personalized for sale. These will come with a golden take home box, for you to keep for yourself, or give to some-bunny special! These are a great little piece of magic to bring home if you’re a fan of the egg-cellent displays from the Disney chefs. You can get one from March 25th until April 1st!

Minnie Van Service To Orlando International Airport Now Available At All Deluxe Resorts

Back in January, we reported that the Minnie Vans would start providing transportation to the Orlando International Airport only from Boardwalk Inn, for club level Guests. Well now, the Minnie Vans have expanded their airport shuttle from all deluxe resorts, no matter what level you will be staying on. The costs still remains at $150 for 6 people and up to 3 car seats.

For those still unfamiliar with the Minnie Vans, they were launched by Disney in 2017 as an alternative to Uber and standard Taxis. They are available for Guests staying at select Disney resorts and remaining within Disney World property during your journey. The vans are booked via Lyft for a one-way fare of $25.

On May 18th, Deadpool, the wisecracking Marvel superhero, will return to the screen in Deadpool 2.

Deadpool 2 will feature Deadpool, played by the returning star Ryan Reynolds, as Deadpool to the role, Ryan Reynolds will play Deadpool as he forms the X-Force to protect a young mutant from Cable, a time-traveling soldier.

The new trailer sets the stage for an action-packed film with a few laughs along the way. Check out the new trailer below.

Remember to check out Deadpool 2 when it hits theatres May 18th.

One of the best parts of visiting Disney, as any fan knows, is the food. And with the delicious character donuts coming to Shanghai Disney, it’s no different.

These new donuts are inspired by our favorite Disney couples: Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse and Donald Duck and Daisy Duck.

The Mickey donut is dressed up in traditional Mickey-style with his red shorts and yellow buttons. The Minnie donut rocks the red and white polka dots with the signature flower from Minnie’s original hat. The Donald donut features the traditional blue and red bow tie look, including Donald’s sailor hat. The Daisy donut includes all things pink including Daisy’s big, pink bow.

All of these delicious character donuts will be joining the already existing Minnie White Chocolate Donut and Mickey Cinnamon Donut on Remy’s Patisserie menu at Shanghai Disneyland.

A Citizen Walt Disney World Promotional Alliance has been Announced

A Citizen Walt Disney World Promotional Alliance has been Announced

Citizen and The Walt Disney Company are joining forces. Citizen will become the official timepiece of the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort and Marvel New Media’s Creative Space.

With what will be a long-term promotional alliance, the Citizen logo will be displayed on the Main Street U.S.A. clocks at WDW’s Magic Kingdom Park and DL’s Disneyland Park. Both resorts will also feature the logo on select FastPass clocks displaying return times for park attractions. In addition, the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort will begin offering Citizen timepieces featuring designs unique to Disney Parks.

With this new partnership Citizen also becomes the Official Timekeeper of runDisney race event weekends at Walt Disney World Resort, with race clocks bearing the Citizen logo at the beginning and end of the races, and a sponsor of Disney Dreamers Academy, which helps exceptional young people to dream big.

“Disney is honored to align with Citizen, a stalwart brand that has stood the test of time.” said Carlos Castro, vice president of Disney Corporate Alliances. “At Disney Parks, every minute is magic. So, it’s appropriate that our Guests will have access to one of the world’s greatest names in timepieces, as they celebrate their time together creating memories with friends and family.”

For 2018 this promotional alliance also includes sponsorship of Marvel Minute and other digital content on Marvel.com that is in development at Marvel New Media’s Creative Space.

We will also see Citizen as a red-carpet sponsor for the highly anticipated Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War film when it premieres in April.

“Citizen is a company with a rich history of creativity and a dedication to exquisite craftsmanship, qualities that we, at Marvel, deeply admire,” Marvel senior vice president, Global Partnerships & Marketing Mindy Hamilton said.

Additionally Citizens will have a significant branded presence with Marvel at the 2018 San Diego Comic-Con, the largest comic book convention in the world.

“To engage with the legacy of the Disney Parks at such a vital time in their history, and Marvel with the blockbuster success of Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Panther’ and the much-awaited launch of Avengers: Infinity War, is a wonderful way to celebrate our 100-Year Anniversary,” said Jeffrey Cohen, President of Citizen Watch America.

Finally this new promotional alliance will also allow Citizen worldwide music licensing opportunities, and with headquarters based in Tokyo, Citizen is also pleased that it will be a sponsor of the Disney On Classic concert series in Japan.

“It’s wonderful that great brands such as Citizen, Disney and Marvel can work together,” said Toshio Tokura, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizen Watch Co Ltd. “We look forward to working with Disney on expansion of this alliance to their international parks and resort destinations.”

We can’t wait to see how this all looks at the Disney Parks and other upcoming events. And we’re pretty sure we’re going to want a new timepiece when we see the unique Disney designs.

Painting on the “Purple Wall” Under Way

As we previously reported, the infamous “Purple Wall” in the Magic Kingdom was undergoing a little refurbishment. Chip stopped by there yesterday to check on the progress and as you can see, the painting is underway.

In addition to a new coat of paint, there also is expected to be some kind of enhanced section that will debut later this Spring. We just aren’t sure what that entails yet. Even though the paint color looks a little different, it is still the same iconic purple hue that was on the “Purple Wall” originally. That Florida sun can definitely fade things out a little!

OpenTable published it’s 2018 list of top restaurants in America, and not surprisingly, 3 were Disney Springs locations.
