The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge has recently added some super cute new treats to their dessert case. Take a look at these incredible animal inspired additions.
The Flamingo Cake is not only delicious but a great Vegan option for a sweet treat at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Made with Vegan cocoa spice cake, coconut ganache and dark chocolate crispy pearls, it’s the better end to a great meal. Or just an anytime treat! This cute offering is priced at $5.99.
Meet the Okapi Brownie. It’s like a dessert on top of another dessert with a drizzle of icing! This is a hazelnut crisp riding atop a brownie with chocolate icing and crispy pearls. Have you seen an Okapi? Very similar resemblance and only costs $4.75!
Next up we have the Kudu Cookie. Could these treats get any cuter? This butterscotch cashew cookie comes stuffed with vanilla buttercream and has a white chocolate coating with a dark chocolate Kudu twisted ‘horn’. This creative cookie is priced at $3.99.
What animal could this decadent éclair resemble? A giraffe of course! The Giraffe Éclair features a caramel custard, chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate crispy pearls. The chocolate topper is covered in a fun giraffe print. This little piece of yummy goodness runs $5.99.
Lastly, we have the Nyala Brownie. Similar to the Okapi Brownie but comes with chocolate buttercream and a vanilla buttercream swirl with white and dark chocolate shaving ‘horns’. Like the Okapi Brownie, the Nyala Brownie is also $4.75.
