Pixar Fest is in full swing and we’re still being surprised by new things all the time! Recently these adorable Wall-E and EVE Mickey Ears have taken social media by storm. These cute ears are styled after our favorite Pixar Robots, with charming matching details.

These hats are a cute twist on the traditional Mickey Ear hats inspired by Wall-E and EVE. The Wall-E hat features three dimensional eyes, and the EVE hat has embroidered eyes. The ears are where the magic really happens though. Each hat has one year that has a particle trail heart. The Wall-E hat has one ear with has half a heart with EVE, and the EVE hat has an ear that lines up with the other heart half, and Wall-E. These ears are gorgeous on their own, but also match up beautifully together too!

Walt Disney Presents over in Hollywood Studios houses Walt Disney’s legendary creative legacy through a fascinating multimedia journey that includes rare artifacts. Just recently the Black Panther Costumes were added to the collection. So much detail went into these costumes, it’s amazing to be able to see them up close.

Just last year One Man’s Dream at Hollywood Studios made its debut as the newly imagined “Walt Disney Presents”. This new attraction gives guests a look into Disney’s past, present and future. It even got brand new signage which displays the three peeks into the Disney timeline. Multiple displays are available including historic sketches, photos and storyboards, ride vehicle maquettes, a portion of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge model, and concept art for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway attraction. Don’t forget Groot and Star-Lord are on hand for a good laugh too!

March of the First Order is Coming to an End in Disneyland

March of the First Order is coming to an End in Disneyland. Unfortunately, news out of Disneyland today reports that Captain Phasma and her crew of Stormtroopers won’t be around much longer. March of the First Order first debut in Disneyland in celebration of May the 4th. The final March with Captain Phasma will be on May 31st in Tomorrowland.

Guests at Disney World can still see the March of the First Order in Hollywood Studios. Clear the way for Captain Phasma as this ruthless commander leads her squad of Stormtroopers up Hollywood Boulevard to Center Stage at Disney’s Hollywood Studios—and witness a daunting demonstration of the First Order’s obedience and strength.

Also, coming in 2019 to Hollywood Studios to join the rest of the Star Wars fun, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! Here, Guests will be transported to the planet of Batuu, a remote outpost on the galaxy’s edge that was once a busy crossroads along the old sub-lightspeed trade routes. Here, guests will find themselves in the middle of the action at two attractions that take detail and immersion to the next level: one that lets guests take the controls of Millennium Falcon on a customized secret mission, and an epic Star Wars adventure that puts guests in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance.

Big news Chip and Company fans! Disney has just given us a little more clarity as to the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opening seasons. As expected the Disneyland Resort will be first opening in summer 2019. Walt Disney World will follow with a late Fall 2019 debut. So many people are counting down the days until they can step into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios and experience the two new rides, one where guests can pilot the Millennium Falcon and a second attraction involving a battle between the First Order and the Resistance.

New Kaleidoscope Attraction Coming To Crayola Experience In Orlando

Crayola Experience at the Florida Mall in Orlando is getting a brand new attraction called Kaleidoscope. Coming this summer, Kaleidoscope will be a larger than life digital attraction. Guests will be in front of a large screen and their image will be a swirled explosion of color and light. Kaleidoscope will capture footage of guests playing in front of the big screen and email it as a unique keepsake.

“We’re always looking for that new, creative experience we can provide for our guests,” General Manager Chris Ozimek said. “This new attraction is classic Crayola: colorful, dynamic and fun.”

To make way for Kaleidoscope, the attraction Doodle in the Dark, where guests were able to draw on glowing boards, stopped glowing at Crayola Experience on April 30th.

Regular admission to Crayola Experience is $23.99 at the door or $20.99 online. Children under 3 are free. Annual Passes are now $30.99. Incredibles 2 Live Stage Show at El Capitan Theatre

Incredibles 2 live stage show at El Capitan Theatre is coming! Incredibles 2 is just around the corner and as El Capitan Theatre is ready for showtime! The historic, Hollywood theatre is the place to be for new releases of any major films including Marvel, Lucasfilm, Disney and Pixar. Incredibles 2 will be making it’s grand entrance to the famous theatre with a preceding live stage show.

Two Important Dates for DVC Members Looking to Book Their Disney Cruise

If you are a DVC Member and wanting to take a Disney Cruise, you will want to mark your calendars for these two important dates – May 23 and June 23!

First, tomorrow, May 23, DVC Members who have never sailed on a Disney Cruise will be able to use their vacation points to book fall 2019 itineraries a day before the general public, getting the best choice of staterooms for voyages:

from New York City to Bermuda
from New York City to San Juan, Puerto Rico
from New York City to Walt Disney World Resort and the Bahamas
from San Diego, Calif., through the Panama Canal
from Galveston, Tex., to the Western Caribbean
from Galveston to the Bahamas
from Port Canaveral or Miami, Fla., to the Bahamas
from Port Canaveral or Miami to other Caribbean ports of call

To take advantage of this early booking period, DVC Members can contact DVC Member Services.

Another important date for DVC Members to take note of is June 23, 2018. On this date, Member Services will begin taking reservations for two 2019 Member Cruise charter voyages: a May 15-20, 2019 sailing aboard the Disney Wonder from San Diego, California (with stops in San Francisco and Victoria, British Columbia before culminating in Vancouver, British Columbia), and an October 5-12, 2019 voyage aboard the Disney Magic out of New York City, with Members and their guests enjoying a port stop in Boston and a two-day visit to Bermuda before returning to the Big Apple.

End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort Undergoing Refurbishment

While room renovations are underway at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, refurbishments are also beginning at the End Zone Food Court in Disney’s All-Sports Resort. The refurbishments have caused some changes for those looking to dine at the Resort’s quick service location.

The back-half of the End Zone Food Court is completely closed down. Guests are also unable to access the Food Court from the end of Touchdown Building 10. Additional seating has been set up in the Resort’s Arcade to accommodate the overflow of Guests looking for a place to dine as you can see in the photo below.

An official end date for the refurbishments to the End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has not been announced yet but we will update this article as soon as its confirmed.

Dates for Epcot International Festival of the Holidays and Candlelight Processional Announced

It’s time to start making your plans for Holiday Season 2018! Dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party were released earlier this year and now we are happy to pass along the dates for two popular holiday-time events at Epcot. The Epcot International Festival of the Holidays is scheduled to return on November 18 and run all the way until December 30, 2018. The hugely popular Candlelight Processional will kick off just in time for Thanksgiving on November 22 and also run until December 30, 2018.

The Epcot International Festival of Holidays is sure to fill Guests with holiday cheer throughout the park and the 11 country pavilions in the World Showcase. The event treats Guests to special entertainment, storytellers, seasonal favorites at Holiday Kitchens, and eye-catching holiday decor. To cap off the day, a special holiday presentation of “Illuminations: Reflections of Earth” is held.

The iconic Candlelight Processional at Epcot features the retelling of the traditional Christmas story, narrated by a popular celebrity. Last years’ narrators included Whoopi Goldberg, Neil Partick Harris, and several others. The narrator is also accompanied by a massed choir and live orchestra.
