Alice Cooper Get Animated on Mickey and the Roadster Racers

Rock Giant, Alice Cooper(Vincent Damon Furnier) is making his way to the small screen as an animated guest-star on Disney Channel’s Mickey and the Roadster Racers. Cooper will play Alistair Coop De Ville, “an old friend of Goofy’s uncle,” who of course wears a top hat and has a pet snake.

In his episode, titled “Goof Quest,” Goofy, his Uncle Goof, and Donald join forces with Alistair to search for a legendary treasure in the jungles of Peru. Check out an exclusive first look at Cooper’s character in the video below:

“It’s so funny that they have a snake coming out of my top hat — the two things that Alice is known for,” Cooper, a self-described “huge Goofy fan,” tells EW of his new role. “And it’s a non-threatening character. Generally, when I play parts in movies or TV, I’m always the villain. It’s kind of nice to not be the villain for once.”-Cooper

Skyliner Update at the Caribbean Beach Resort Walt Disney World!

New Skyliner update at the Caribbean Beach Resort at Walt Disney World! As you can see from the photos and videos, Disney’s Skyliner appears to be currently running at the Caribbean Beach Resort at Walt Disney World!

Disney promises guests a ride of a lifetime with the new Skyliners, as you will glide above the treetops in the state-of-the-art gondola system. The gondola system will connect Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot to four resort hotels- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort as well as the proposed 15th Disney Vacation Club property, Disney’s Riviera Resort.

Likewise, the Skyliner will also connect guests to Disney’s BoardWalk entertainment district as well as provide a fun way to travel between Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Plus, the Disney Skyliner provides a relaxing trip to dining locations across Disney Resort hotels—including Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

Do you know that some of the gondolas are adorned with iconic Disney Characters, including figures from beloved Disney attractions and film favourites? Making getting around Walt Disney Resort even more magical as Guests enjoy breathtaking vistas over and between each of these enchanting locations! New Updates of the Castle and Moat Construction at WDW

There are new developments in the reconstruction project of Cinderella’s Castle and the surrounding moat.

In early March, the moat around Cinderella’s Castle was fully drained and cleaned in preparation for the renovation. The goal is to widen the pathway behind the castle, between Liberty Square and Fantasyland. The pathway before was prone to heavy traffic with very little wiggle room. Once the pathway reopens, guest flow to and from the castle should be much easier. As of now, the path will remain closed as the project moves along.

As we have just learned, there has been another closure in the area. Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, located in Liberty Square, has closed it’s outdoor seating area in the midst of the construction. This quick service dining spot is famous for their delicious waffle sandwiches and other fun snacks. While still open during the walkway renovation, guests of the Magic Kingdom might have difficulty finding a spot to sit and enjoy their snacks. At the moment, we do not know when the outdoor seating will reopen for guests.

This is one of many updates happening around the Walt Disney World Resort. The TRON coaster is still in development before it’s 2021 debut at the Magic Kingdom. The entrance of Epcot is going through renovation of their monolith removal. At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests are awaiting the opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

TOMS x Star Wars Collection Launching July 2nd

TOMS is launching something new and exciting from a galaxy far, far away on July 1st! Star Wars and TOMS have teamed up for a limited capsule collection inspired by the legendary saga. The new TOMS x Star Wars Collection will also enable the TOMS community, and now, Star Wars fans to be a force for good!

TOMS has paired a fleet of slip-ons and sneakers with artwork inspired by the original Star Wars trilogy! This collection gas intergalactic appeal, and will be available in sizes for men, women and kids! I know my son is already excited for a Star Wars inspired Mommy & Me outfit with matching shoes.

The capsule includes Classic Alpargatas featuring custom, storyboard-style prints based on each of the three films, along with star-studded selects from the TRVL LITE Collection—ultra-lightweight shoes designed for life at the speed of the Millennium Falcon. Star Wars x TOMS will launch on July 2, 2019 in stores and online, with prices ranging from $39.95 – $94.95. 

The collection debuts just in time for the openings of the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, as well as J.J. Abram’s Rise of Skywalker,  landing in December 2019. You can shop the collection HERE.

See Avengers Endgame One Last Time Before It Leaves Theaters

Starting on Friday, June 28, participating theaters nationwide will hold a Bring Back event for fans to see Marvel Studios’ AVENGERS: ENDGAME one more time on the big screen before it finishes its theatrical run.

Fans who buy a movie ticket will receive an exclusive piece of Avengers art (available in select theaters and until supplies run out) and will also be treated to a video introduction by director Anthony Russo and an unfinished deleted scene from the film, and it will be a chance for fans to get a head start on the upcoming Marvel Studios’ “Spider-Man: Far From Home” via a special sneak peek!

Tickets to the Bring Back event are available wherever tickets are sold.

Mufasa's Costume From Rhythms of the Pride Lands!

Disneyland Paris has released the first look at Mufasa’s costume from Rhythms of the Pride Lands during the Lion King & Jungle Festival! The Lion King & Jungle Festival is roaring into Disneyland Paris on the 30th June until the 22nd September!

There are only a few days left before the launch of the show The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands! This is an exclusive sneak peek at the costume of Mufasa! Fun fact the design of the 400 costumes started 2 years ago as explained by the interview with Christophe Leclercq the show director for the Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands. For a closer look at the interview click here. According to Disneyland Paris, the costumes of the characters will be worn by a total cast of 70 people! Mufasa’s costume from Rhythms of the Pride Lands looks a work of art, cannot wait to see more exclusive photos when the show opens!

Tom Holland Comes to the Rescue of a Young Fan in Trouble During Autograph Signing. In true superhero form, Tom Holland intervened when fans rushed him for autographs in New York City and nearly trampled a young fan by the only identifiable name of @NamelessCass.

In the video posted by @NamelessCass to Twitter, the Spider-Man: Far From Home actor can be heard saying “Hey! It’s okay, I got you, I got you!” after she expressed that she was having a panic attack as the fans pinned her against the barricade and Tom quickly threatens the crowd to back off so he could help the young fan.

In the video you can clearly hear @NamelessCass struggle to keep the other fans off of her, but her pleas go unheard by the fans clamoring to get Tom’s autograph as she is thrust into the barricade by 30 grown adults. As soon as Tom realizes what is going on he quickly proclaims “I’m going to throw your s*** on the floor if you keep pushing that girl!” After she says she is having a panic attack Tom immediately responds by pushing the autograph materials out of the way and leaned down to @NamelessCass and says, “Hey, It’s okay, I got you, I got you!” Then turns his attention to the crowd and tells them to move back repeatedly.

It didn’t take long after that for the fans to take the stern instructions seriously, especially after Tom did start throwing their various items for signing onto the ground as he helped to clear the way for @NamelessCass and other young fans that were standing at the barricade.

@NamelessCass was extremely appreciative of the actors help and later posted, “if anyone can just go ahead and tell Tom thank you and I hope to actually meet him and thank him someday it would be much appreciated…”

This isn’t the first instance an actor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe has stepped in to help someone in need, but it is heartwarming to see them step up and be a hero to someone off the screen too. Looks like Tom was just being the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man we all know him to be, and protecting the people of New York City one day at a time.

Marvel Studios May Be Planning To Create 9 Spider-Man Films with Tom Holland. You read that right. Nine.

With the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home just around the sunny corner, it’s no surprise more details about the future of the franchise has come to light. What IS surprising is that Marvel doesn’t just plan on creating the standard trilogy for the friendly neighborhood hero, they want to make 3.

We Got This Covered claims Marvel Studios plans on making 9 Spider-Man films for the MCU.

The basic structure of the films would have the first trilogy take place while Peter Parker is still in high school, the second trilogy occurring during Peter’s time in college, and then the third trilogy with Peter as a full fledged adult. Undoubtably, the idea of getting to watch Peter grow up on screen is a great concept and would be fun to watch as a fan. This also means as Peter matures and grows we may see him transition into a leading position within The Avengers, fighter stronger villains, and quite possibly could mean the introduction of the Young Avengers is to come in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Marvel would include Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home in the first trilogy, meaning there would be another 7 Spider-Man led films. This does not include the appearance of Spider-Man/Peter Parker in other Marvel films, such as the Avengers based films.

Though we may not know what is exactly in store for Spider-Man in the MCU, it’s rather fun to guess at what is to come for the web slinger and his friends. One likely, and highly favored, outcome would be the introduction of Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. (YES, Please!!!)

While we wait with bated breath for confirmations from Marvel Studios and Sony about the fate of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, we also wanted to share some fun photos from the new film, Spider-Man: Far From Home coming to theaters July 2, 2019.

Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios are gearing up for an exciting weekend of announcements and presentations—sharing never-before-seen footage—plus interactive displays, artist autograph signings, sharable photo opportunities, and giveaways for 2019’s D23 Expo in Anaheim, California.

This year, Pixar and WDAS will join forces with Disney’s live-action team, creating a thrilling Walt Disney Studios slate presentation that promises to wow Disney fans in Hall D23 with new announcements, surprise talent appearances, and sneak peeks of select scenes from the films.

GO BEHIND THE SCENES WITH THE WALT DISNEY STUDIOS

Saturday, August 24, 10 a.m., Hall D23

As a part of The Walt Disney Studios presentation, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Chief Creative Officer Jennifer Lee and Pixar Animation Studios’ Chief Creative Officer Pete Docter will present never-before-seen footage, surprise announcements, musical performances, and appearances by all-star voice talent from the studios’ upcoming slate of animated films. Fans will get new looks at WDAS’ highly anticipated follow-up to 2013’s Oscar^®-winning feature film Frozen when directors Chris Buck, Lee, and producer Peter Del Vecho reveal new details about Frozen 2. Director Dan Scanlon and producer Kori Rae will introduce fans to the characters in Pixar’s upcoming original feature film Onward, while Docter and producer Dana Murray share details about next summer’s original feature Soul. Cell phones, cameras, and all recording devices will be checked for this presentation.

On the show floor, the two studios will once again team up for an immersive animation experience at D23 Expo. The studios’ upcoming slate of films, which include WDAS’ much-anticipated Frozen 2 and Pixar’s brand-new original feature film Onward, will be highlighted, including opportunities to meet the teams behind the movies and autograph signings of exclusive art and promotional item giveaways.

Pixar Animation Studios will also introduce fans to a real-life version of Guinevere, the van from their upcoming film Onward. Decked out with crescent moon windows and a “Pegacorn” (part Pegasus, part unicorn) painted on her sides, Guinevere will offer guests a taste of the adventure that two teenage elf brothers will embark upon in the movie.

Disney and Matthew Morrison Creating New Disney Classics Cover Album. Matthew Morrison is a talented actor, singer, and dancer, commonly referred to as a triple threat in the entertainment industry. He is best known for his many performances on Broadway and his role as Will Schuester/Mr. Schu on the popular TV series, Glee.

According to Billboard, Morrison is working with Disney to create a new Disney Classics cover album which will be released in early 2020. Disney Music Group President Ken Bunt is very happy to be teaming up with Morrison for this new album that will contain Disney Classics that Matthew feels a strong connection too.

“Matthew has so many talents and we are thrilled that he is putting his voice to Disney classics that are so personal to him,” says Bunt.

“I have never felt so much joy and connection in making an album,” Morrison says in a statement regarding the new album. “Every note, every word I sang was for my son, Revel James. There’s a beautiful feeling of nostalgia that is forever connected to the Disney catalog, and my goal was to deliver an album that reconnects us all to the magic of youth.”

Morrison has been enjoying his time working with The House of Mouse and even shared this adorable picture of him and his wife, Renee, from the red carpet at the Mary Poppins Returns premiere via his twitter account, @Matt_Morrison.

The new album is set to release in early 2020 by Walt Disney Records and will be Morrison’s first full-length album sine the release of Where It All Began in 2013. Matthew Morrison is represented by Podwall Entertainment and Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Passman and Brown.
