Two of my favorite things have combined into a magical treat at Disneyland – a Cappuccino Donut! This cappuccino donut mixes the best of breakfast into one delicious treat! Coffee? Check! Donut? Check! This wonderful creation has a coffee creme brule filling and is topped with coffee frosting and chocolate Mickey.

You can find this treat at the donut cart in Disneyland near Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. A limited number of the cappuccino donuts is made each day, and they sell out quickly! Act fast if you want one because they are going into the rotating menu and will be replaced in a couple of weeks.

Live-Action Lion King Trailer Breaks Disney Viewing Record Leaving Fans Wanting More

Beyoncé will sing “Can You Feel The Love Tonight?” in the new live-action remake of “The Lion King”.

First recorded by Elton John in 1993, the famous song is getting re-recorded by one of the most influential music stars of this generation.

Comedian and actor, Billy Eichner (who plays Timon in the movie), confirmed Queen B’s musical contribution to the film. He also revealed details of how the song will be played on a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live” on Bravo.

“Timon and Pumbaa start singing ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight?’ and then it segues into Beyoncé and Donald Glover singing it,” Eichner said.

Beyoncé will be taking on the role of Nala with her co-star/co-singer, David Glover, by her side in the role of Simba.

The remake of “The Lion King” will be directed by Jon Favreau. Favreau also directed “The Jungle Book” and the upcoming Star Wars TV series, “The Mandalorian”.

Other voice actors featured in the upcoming movie include James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Alfre Woodard as Sarabi, John Kani as Rafiki, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, John Oliver as Zazu, Eric Andre as Azizi, Florence Kasumba as Shenzi, and Keegan-Michael Key as Kamari.

“The Lion King” premieres in theaters on Friday, July 19th, 2019.

Testing Has Begun for Disney’s Skyliner

We showed you last week a sneak peek of the new Gondola’s going up for Disney’s Skyliner! The initial testing has begun for the new mode of transportation at the Walt Disney World property. Disney Skyliner is scheduled to open this fall. The new state-of-the-art gondola system will connect Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot to four resort hotels – Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney’s Riviera Resort.

We are also just finding out that the gondolas will be themed with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, along with lots of other friends! Several Disney animated films will be represented, including “Beauty & the Beast,” “Frozen,” “Lilo & Stitch,” “Moana,” “Peter Pan,” “The Princess and the Frog,” “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and “Zootopia.”

The Lunar New Year Celebration at Disney California Adventure park started just a few days ago and there a ton of delicious food options! Now through February 17th, guests can celebrate Asian cultures with the Year of the Pig. This multicultural event has plenty to offer including a variety of great food, special entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and unique merchandise.

Asian-inspired cuisine can be found at four Festival Marketplaces throughout the park along with the Paradise Garden Grill and the Festival Food and Beverage Cart.

In 2018 Disneyland Resort unveiled a retheming to the Paradise Pier area of Disney California Adventure. The new Pixar Pier transformed the land into a celebration of beloved Pixar/Disney films. Rides and attractions were reimagined to include characters from films like The Incredibles and Toy Story. One of the most marvelous changes was the addition of the Lamplight Lounge. The new restaurant is a tribute to the creativity of Pixar artists. The walls are adorned with art, toys, and memorabilia from the company’s rich history. What many don’t know about this space is that there is a secret room called The Office, that can only be accessed if you know where and how to look!

The Office secret room is part of the retired animation building theme Disney has created for the space. It’s located behind what looks like an unassuming old electrical panel. We won’t spoil the fun completely, so you’ll have to figure out what to do when you get to the door. Once inside, guests are allowed to lounge in a cozy and comfortable chamber, themed like an old office. You can even take the board games down from the walls and play them!

This lounge also offers spectacular views of the Pixar Pier area. From the room, guests get a great view of the Incredicoaster and the pier itself. The standard restaurant menu is available in The Office and the space can accommodate up to ten people at a time. The Office is available to all restaurant guests, but you’ll only be able to go in if there isn’t already a group using the lounge.

It’s Official: Bo Peep Is Back For Toy Story 4!

It’s official – Bo Peep will be back in the picture for Toy Story 4. The film’s official Twitter account announced today that Bo’s back and ready for action. The newest quick teaser clip has Bo joining Woody and Buzz – and she looks like she’s ready for adventure!

Earlier this month we gave you a glimpse of some international promotional items that revealed that Bo Peep seemed to be reemerging in the Toy Story franchise. It had been previously established in Toy Story 3 that Bo had been sold or donated.

She’s also sporting a fierce new look from the adventures she’s undoubtedly had since leaving Andy’s house. According to Disney, “… Bo has become chipped and faded over time. Bo’s strength and sarcasm always belied her delicate porcelain exterior, and it turns out she’s an adventure-seeking free spirit who feels right at home on the road.” “She is modern, independent, capable and confident,” said Annie Potts, who will reprise her role as the voice of Bo.

Bo Peep will also be the focus of a new floral topiary coming to EPCOT. The new display will debut at the International Flower and Garden Festival, taking place from March 6th through June 3rd of this year.

We’ve also received new information about the plot of the movie. The film revolves around the newest “toy” Forky, a spork with an identity crisis. Forky feels he can no longer fulfill his role as a spork and declares himself “trash”. It’s up to Woody and the gang to show Forky how to embrace his new life as a toy.

The toys hit the road with Bonnie’s family on a road trip that takes an unexpected turn. Woody is reunited with Bo and they discover that a lot has changed since the last time they saw each other.

I can’t wait to see how Bo is reunited with her old friends! Toy Story 4 debuts in theatres on June 21, 2019.

SeaWorld Has Announced Kayla, a 30-year-old Female Orca, Has Died.

Sad news coming from SeaWorld today as they announced that Kayla, a 30-year-old female orca, has died. SeaWorld has not released the cause of death at this time. There will be additional testing done post-mortem and those results may take several weeks to be released SeaWorld has said.

Kayla began showing signs of distress on Saturday and SeaWorld veterinarian immediately started treatment. SeaWorld stopped their Orca Breeding program back in 2016 and has focused on conservation and treatment since. We will bring you additional updates as we receive them.

Walt Disney Company Confirms Ad Spots for Super Bowl LIII

With Super Bowl LIII less than a week away, we are getting news on the best part of watching the game from home – the commercials!

The Walt Disney Company has confirmed that it will have an “undisclosed” amount of TV spots airing during the game. While we have no clear indication of what will be promoted during those spots, or just how many there will be, we know they’ll have something exciting to share.

Last year we saw the debut of the trailers for Avengers: Infinity War as well as Solo: A Star Wars Story. I think it’s safe to assume that they will follow suit with the debut of Avengers: Endgame. This will surely certainly put fans of the Marvel Universe on high alert between whistles.

Disney has a number of films being released this year that we could see new glimpses of including Dumbo, Aladdin, Toy Story 4, The Lion King, and Captain Marvel. Perhaps we could get our first look at the highly anticipated Star Wars: Episode IX or Frozen 2? If I’m really being wishful, I’d love to see a tease of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and a more definitive opening date for WDW announced.

Either way, we’ll have the scoop for you as soon as the new spots debut Sunday night. I can’t wait to see who gets to say “I’m going to Disney World!”. What movies do you hope to see Disney promote during the big game?
