New Starbucks Beverages Now At Disneyland

New Starbucks Beverages Now At Disneyland

The Starbucks on Main Street, U.S.A at the Disneyland Resort is debuting new specialty beverages.

The cast members at the Disneyland park’s Market House, also known as Starbucks, have created two new Disney themed drinks. These beverages are perfect for a hot California day!

New Starbucks Beverages Now At Disneyland

First, try the Neverland Sunset Refresher. This is an iced lemonade beverage that’s layered with peach juice. Then they add a splash of passion fruit tea. This tasty refresher is not only fruity and delicious, it’s also really pretty to look at. Just like it’s namesake, this drink truly looks like a sunset in a cup.

Next, try the Wonderland Frappuccino. This drink is a mocha creme Frappuccino with strawberry puree and topped with whipped cream and a mocha swirl. The strawberry adds a bright, fun flavor to the rich mocha. We will definitely be ordering this beverage again.

Make sure to head over to Disneyland if you want to try these Starbucks exclusive beverages. These drinks will only be available until September 30th. Guests can purchase these refreshments in one of three sizes and use their annual passholder discount at check out as well.

Which Disneyland Starbucks beverage would you like to try? The Neverland Sunset Refresher or the Wonderland Frappuccino? Let us know in the comments below!

Mobile Ordering expanding to select Disney World Hotels

Mobile Ordering expanding to select Disney World Hotels

I am a huge fan of mobile ordering on the My Disney Experience App. I use it all the time in the park. Today Disney released some great news for nerds like me!  The mobile order service is officially available at select Disney Resort hotels!

You can save time and skip the line to order at seven newly-participating quick-service restaurants:

These locations are the latest additions to the mobile order lineup, joining Centertown Market and Spyglass Grill at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, as well as over 20 other quick-service locations throughout the four theme parks and Disney Springs area. And there’s more on the way, as we plan to expand the service to additional Disney Resort hotel locations soon!

The mobile order service offers the convenience and flexibility of ordering, paying for and picking up fresh meals and snacks directly from the pick-up counter where Cast Members deliver the food – saving you time to enjoy all there is to see and do at Walt Disney World Resort. To see the full list of participating locations, tap “order food” in the My Disney Experience app. And don’t forget, if you have a Disney dining plan you can now redeem your meals and snacks through the service.

So, what are you waiting for? Download the My Disney Experience app, available via the App Store and Google Play, to mobile order during your next visit!

Message, data and roaming rates may apply. Availability subject to handset limitations and features may vary by handset or service provider. Coverage and app stores not available everywhere. If you’re under 18, get your parents’ permission first.

Disney Changes Pressed Penny Machines at Disney World

Disney Changes Pressed Penny Machines at Disney World

Are you a collector of pressed pennies? If you are or you are thinking about souvenir pennies at Walt Disney World they seem to be rolling out new machines. Also, it may be no surprise but they have gone up in price. Pressed pennies are now $1 instead of the previous 51¢.

Disney Changes Pressed Penny Machines at Disney World

We found these new machines at Disney’s Magic Kingdom in Liberty Square. The new machines have a credit card slot and will only accept bills, no more loose change. The days of carrying around loose change are done. The new machines will now provide your penny.

Disney Changes Pressed Penny Machines at Disney World

So far the Disney souvenir pressed pennies seem to be the same. They are just supplied by the machine. You also have the option of buying all the pennies from a single machine at one time but there wasn’t a price decrease for doing so.

Even with the increase, the souvenir pressed pennies are still one of the least expensive souvenir options at Disney. I do like the convince of not having to carry a bag of loose change around.

Do you think this ruins the experience of the pressed souvenir penny?

Disney Wishes Announces Closing Date on Disney Cruise Line

Disney Fantasy To Celebrate Mickey At Sea In 2019

Disney Wishes Announces Closing Date on Disney Cruise Line

Originally launched with the Disney Fantasy in March of 2012, the Disney Wishes spectacular was a beautiful go-to show during your time out at sea while on the Disney Cruise Line. However, Disney has recently announced the closing of the show which will be replaced by Frozen, A Musical Spectacular.

Disney has announced Disney Wishes will be coming to a close following the Disney Fantasy’s August 31, 2019, 7-night Western Caribbean Cruise according to an email shared by Heather J from StorybookDestinations.com.

However, this closing should not come as too much of a surprise as Disney had announced in May that the Frozen, A Musical Spectacular would be expanding to the Disney Fantasy in the fall of 2019. The Frozen, A Musical Spectacular originally debuted on the Disney Wonder in 2017.

Disney Wishes Announces Closing Date on Disney Cruise Line

The new musical spectacular is scheduled to debut on the Disney Fantasy on October 26th during the October 19, 2019, 8-night Eastern Caribbean Halloween on the High Seas Cruise from Port Canaveral. The Frozen production will be joined by Disney’s Believe and the recently re-imagined version of Aladdin, A Musical Spectacular which will be the three primary productions in the Walt Disney Theatre.

Disney Wishes Announces Closing Date on Disney Cruise Line

As you can see there is a bit of a gap between sailings. A popular variety of performers, which were not released in our source, will take the Disney Fantasy’s stage in place of Wishes until the debut of the new musical spectacular.

Will you be sailing on the Disney Fantasy during this change? Tell us your thoughts in the comments!
