Marvel’s Hero Project(Documentary Disney+ Series)
In life, it doesn’t take wearing a suit of iron, carrying a mythical hammer or swinging from spider webs to be a real hero. The first of its kind for Marvel Entertainment, the 20-episode series shares the remarkable, positive change several young heroes are making in their own communities across the country. These inspiring kids have dedicated their lives to selfless acts of bravery and kindness, and now, Marvel celebrates them as the true Super Heroes they are by welcoming them into Marvel’s Hero Project.

Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends (Animated Disney Junior Series)
Our favorite neighborhood web-slinger is used to working solo, but now Peter Parker must discover what it takes to become a truly amazing super hero: being a spider friend who works well with others. Together with his friends Miles Morales and Gwen Stacey AKA Ghost-Spider, they will team up with heroes such as Hulk, Black Panther and Ms. Marvel, to defeat evil foes and learn that teamwork is the best way to save the day.
“Preschool kids already love Spidey, so they’ll be delighted to have Peter Parker thwipping across their screens in this new series,” said Cort Lane, senior vice president, Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment. He added, “Everyone at Marvel is thrilled to launch our first preschool series on Disney Junior, the gold standard platform for the audience. We believe parents and kids will be excited about these stories filled with themes of friendship, cooperation, solving problems and using your abilities to help others.”
Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur (Animated Disney Channel Series)
MARVEL’S MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR – Logo. (Marvel)
The new animated show is produced by Laurence Fishburne and Helen Sugland’s Cinema Gypsy Productions (ABC’s “black-ish”), and Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment, and Emmy Award-winner Steve Loter (Disney’s “Kim Possible”). The series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her ten-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from danger.
Cort Lane, senior vice president, Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment said, “Lunella doesn’t know she is the smartest person on the planet, but audiences will soon know how very cool Moon Girl is. Her adventures with giant buddy, Devil Dinosaur, are filled with so much wonder and joy, and this historic partnership with Disney Television Animation and Cinema Gypsy Productions proved the right formula to bring them to television.”

Staying hydrated can be challenging for the average Walt Disney World guest. Florida is known to be one of the warmest states in the country, and summers can be brutal. While some Floridians typically try to stay out of the sun, travelers choose to make the most of their vacations and get a battering from the heat. Walt Disney World has noticed and is taking the initiative to accommodate guests during their stay at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge.
Introducing water fountains specifically designed to fit refillable water bottles! This will not only help the physical and financial health of visitors at the park, but it will also encourage environmental care, bolstering those who bring their own bottles instead of continuing to buy plastic bottles that will end up in landfills. An impressive move by Disney to put the earth and their guests first!
The fountains are simple to operate, a single button at the base of the machine turns the water on after you’ve placed your bottle or cup underneath the flow zone. These stations have been spotted around several locations in Galaxy’s Edge, accompanied by drinking fountains, and guests hope that this will be the start of a growing trend throughout the parks. Many are the days that dehydration has claimed a weary traveler before they could reach The Trolley Car Café. But those days are coming to an end!
Maybe it’s because of the high demand for water cups or maybe it’s an increasing environmental awareness; but whatever the reason, we love to see innovation at the parks, especially when it makes our day happier! Head on over and take advantage of Galaxy’s Edge’s new water fountains for yourself!
Remy said food is like music you can taste and color you can smell. There’s excellence all around you, you need only to be aware to stop and savor it and what better place to do all that then Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival!!
Remy is the main star of the festival, besides the food of course, so there is no surprise he is in this year’s gift card!
The design features Remy as a chef, on top of a pile of cheese and grapes. The gift card also comes with a commemorative tag attached and a plastic strap that has little tabs so you can attach it to your bag, key chain, belt, etc.
You can get this gift card at Pin Central or at various registers around Epcot and activate it with a minimum of $15 which is the equivalent of around 3 booth items, and keep reloading them as often as you want.
After the festival is over you can keep using this card at any Disney Park or Disney Store location.
We have a closer look at the beautiful Food and Wine Dooney & Bourke Collection we sneak peeked earlier this month! There are a total of four items available in the yummy new print, with one of them being an Annual Passholder exclusive! This year’s print is a beautiful soft purple, with Chef Mickey and Chef Minnie. This design is definitely inspired by the sweeter side of Food and Wine.
The Annual Passholder exclusive is a satchel silhouette, that has a special leather hang tag. This one retails for $228.00.
The shopper tote is always a fan favorite, these are always the best for getting a great view of the print. The large tote retails for $248.00.
The crossbody for this collection has a bit of a different silhouette than we normally see! I love how they are always changing up the crossbody styles for more versatility. You can pick this beauty up for $228.00.
The wallet is a full sized zip around, that coordinates with the rest of the collection, so it can match any of the purses! This one retails for $158.00.
What do you think of this year’s scrumptious new Food and Wine Dooney & Bourke Collection? Which Dooney bag is your favorite?

Get ready to make your cosmetics POP with wicked style! Funko is creating its first venture into the world of fashion cosmetics. The collection will be Disney Villains Makeup, that will launch in September, just in time to have us looking wicked for Halloween.
The Funko Pop! and Disney Cosmetics Collection is comprised of four eyeshadow palettes, four lip glosses, four eyeliners and four brush sets, one for each delightfully wicked villain. Sneak peeks have been revealed of the lip glosses, eyeliners, and palettes, but we haven’t seen the brushes yet. I will say though, I am addicted to fun makeup brushes, and can not WAIT to see them!
The collection includes cosmetics inspired by Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Ursula and Cruella de Vil. They were chosen as characters who are bold, and confident, and take charge. Funko partnered with Taste Beauty to bring the cosmetics to life. Taste Beauty exclusively makes gluten, and cruelty-free products which was the perfect fit to bring this Disney line to life. The beauty brand also only uses the highest quality products.
Funko also has descriptions for each Villain’s line:
Maleficent’s Thorny line is as vicious, cursed and unapologetic as the villain that inspired it, bringing a rockin’ rebel style to your fashion game.
The Evil Queen’s Mirror line is as wicked and chaotic as the queen herself, the perfect match for those who take pride in being the bad apple of the bunch.
Cruella de Vil’s Darling line is savage, fierce and fashionable for the fashionista without boundaries.
Ursula’s Sea Witch line has all the scheming, bold confidence of Ursula herself.
The Disney Villains Makeup collection from Funko already sounds wickedly fantastic! We can’t wait until it hits the shelves and website of Ulta in September!
