This Spring surprise someone with a Winnie the Pooh Donut Bouquet!
Inspired by our favorite bear, this bouquet is both adorable and delicious! So forget about flowers and gift this bouquet to your favorite person. All you have to do is follow this easy recipe from Disney Family:
To melt the yellow candy, place the pieces in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at the time, stirring in between each segment until they are completed melted. Then, spoon the melted candy into a sandwich bag.
Repeat the melting process with the milk chocolate candy melts and place in another sandwich bag.
Cut off the bottom corner of each sandwich bag to use for piping. Using the yellow candy, pipe out ears and feet onto wax paper. Pipe a little extra at the bottom of the ears and feet so you can attach them to the donut holes.
Place the yellow ears and feet in the fridge to harden.
Next, pipe out Pooh’s face onto each donut hole using the milk chocolate candy melts.
Take out solid yellow pieces and stick 2 ears and 2 feet onto each donut hole.
Insert a cake pop stick into the bottom of each donut hole.
Wrap tissue paper around the sticks to create a bouquet. Add ribbon.
If you have an Animal Kingdom day planned soon, be sure to take in account that the Harambe Market in the Animal Kingdom is scaling back hours.
While this beloved quick service has made its way back to being open, Disney shows that the days and times will scale back after Spring break crowds start to slow down. Currently the Harambe Market is open from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, having outdoor dining with busier crowds has been a huge benefit during this time.
But beginning next week (April 5th, 2021) the calendar shows the Harambe Market will be closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and will operate Thursday-Sunday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Be sure to keep checking the calendar, as dining operations might vary depending on the time of year.
Be sure to plan your Animal Kingdom day accordingly and with this in mind when it comes to places to eat! If you’re looking for an alternative on Monday-Wednesday, why not head over to Satu’li Canteen?! There are tons of choices and variations, and outdoor seating available! Or switch your park days around, and head over to Hollywood Studios on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and check out the Iconic Chinese Theatre Lighting!

Universal Studios Hollywood just announced that they will be reopening April 16th after being closed for the past year. The theme park recently opened for “A Taste of Universal”, a dining event that allowed fans to enjoy their favorite Universal food with a separate ticket. Starting April 16th, however, the theme park and its attractions will be open for business.

Eating and drinking permitted only in designated dining areas.
Gideon’s Bakehouse knows how to cause a frenzy at Disney Springs. A manageable frenzy with the virtual queue, and social distancing, but still a frenzy.
With a recent post on Facebook by Gideon’s Bakehouse, and fans knowing the 1st of the month means new flavor, the frenzy will start again. April 1st brings with it Stuart Valencia, “part orange tree and part forever boy! With a very special recipe, he wants to share with the world. The new Cookie unveils Thursday. Join us and Stuart Valencia this April for a month-long celebration of Florida.”
“All of this over a cookie!” is a statement I have heard a few times. Each time that person will go to Gideon’s, try the 1/2 pound cookies, and call me back saying it was well worth the wait!
Some fans of Steve Lewis’s cookies have waited upwards of 13 hours at the Disney Springs location, even knowing his East End Market location is only 25 minutes from Disney World. Let us be reasonable now, lines are hanging around 2 to 3 hours during afternoons and early evenings. This is NOT to discourage anyone, if anything this is to say relax, make a day of it, get a virtual queue, go shop and relax at Disney Springs and before you know it, Cookie time!
Not an April Fools Joke people! This is the real deal. It may sound like we are gushing over a cookie, but seriously these cookies are worth it. Let’s also remember the merchandise is well done, the layer cakes are delightful and tasty, and finally the iced coffee. (I have heard rave reviews, but have not tried it myself)
Art Director https://www.instagram.com/mreyes.art/ has done another amazing job. We have no word yet on if prints or merch will be available for Stuart Valencia. When we do know, you will find out along with us. I for one would love to add him to my collection.

A closer look at the “Harmonious” barges shows the names of the pavilion they are associated with. Recent posts have shown the doors being labeled with Canada, France, and Mexico. A fourth barge will likely be labeled Germany. As we write this, the pylons are being finished for the last barge to be installed. Lately testing of both fireworks and the fountain feature have been spotted from guests staying at the Disney Boardwalk resorts.
Positioned like a compass, the platforms house the primary show equipment. On the recently placed center platform stands an iconic six-story-tall central ring structure. Supporting a high-density water curtain, moving lights, fountains, and more.
No opening date has been announced yet. You can bet we will report on the dates the moment we find out.
The last nighttime spectacular was Epcot Forever, it was scheduled to run for 1 year. It premiered in September of 2019 and was scheduled to close in September 2020, but due to Covid 19 pandemic closures, the final show was March 15, 2020.
The first Harmonious barge seems to be named: Mexico. Many doors are labeled Mexico. Likely each barge will be named for the pavilion it is closest to in World Showcase.
Prior to Epcot Forever, Illuminations: Reflections of Earth ran for 20 years. Created and directed by Don Dorsey, the show premiered on October 1, 1999 as IllumiNations 2000: Reflections of Earth as part of the Walt Disney World Millennium Celebration; it was so successful that after the celebration ended the 2000 was dropped from the name and the show was continued.
Guests visiting Magic Kingdom will soon have a new location to grab breakfast. The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland will be serving breakfast for a limited time starting today.

On April 12, The Lunching Pad will go back to opening at 10 am. The breakfast options at The Lunching Pad include a Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich for $6.79 and the iconic Cheshire Cat Tail for $5.49.
Will you be grabbing breakfast at The Lunching Pad soon?
If you were to recast Luke Skywalker, who would you pick? According to many Star Wars fans, actor Sebastian Stan would be an ideal choice to replace Mark Hamill’s Jedi hero.
In a recent Good Morning America interview, the 38-year old star of Falcon and The Winter Soldier was cagey. He said he wants to make sure he has Hamill’s blessings before he’ll consider stepping in.
“Well, if Mark Hamill calls me personally to tell me that he feels inclined to share this role with me, then I’ll believe it. Until then, I won’t believe it.”
-Sebastian Stan
However, Hamill has already voiced his support online. In a 2017 tweet, he posted a headshot of Stan next to a still of himself taken from the 1993 film Time Runner. It was a remarkable match.
In 2018, Hamill followed up in reply to a fan’s query on Stan.
“Sebastian doesn’t need my stamp of approval!” he wrote. “He’s a wonderful actor & is never less than great in everything he does.”
