Star Wars UGG Boots Inspired By The Millennium Falcon

UGG has joined forces with Star Wars to create a special-edition collection that fuses one of their best-selling styles with details from the starship Millennium Falcon. The new Star Wars UGG Boots are available online now, and at the UGG Store in Disney Springs. These new UGG boot have arrived just in time to celebrate the new Solo: A Star Wars Story film.

You’ll be ready to hit the hyperdrive in style with these epic boots available in sizes for toddlers, kids, and adults. The design on these are simple, and yet truly epic all at the same time. The toe starts off into hyper space, with the Millennium Falcon zooming around the back of the heel. The classic feel of the Star Wars logo is woven in with yellow laces cross the top of the shoe, in the same iconic yellow.

The boot is based on the UGG Neumel boot, which has become a staple of street style for its chukka silhouette and soft wool lining. Inspired by the fastest ship in the galaxy, they updated this best seller with Millennium Falcon design elements. The boots are suede, and lined with UGGpure wool lining for ultimate comfort.

This is the fourth collaboration from UGG with Star Wars, and you can find them at ugg.com as well as the UGG shop in Disney Springs.

Cosmic Ray’s Outdoor Seating Now Open!

Have you heard? Cosmic Ray’s outdoor seating is now open! This is a great spot to enjoy lunch or dinner while people watching at the parks!

This outdoor seating area has new tables and chairs and adds a lot of seating options to this popular Magic Kingdom park Quick Service restaurant.

You will also find a few new menu items as part of Walt Disney World’s “Incredible Summer” which kicked off today, May 25th and runs through September 3rd! This Incredibles take over of Tomorrowland is sure to be SUPER!

Menu items include Super Stretchy Burger Inspired by Mrs. Incredible. This flame grilled angus burger is piled high with deep-fried mozzarella sticks, American cheese, bacon and garlic ranch sauce. Or try the Super Food Salad of kale and spinach with quinoa, avocado, blueberries and pico de gallo.

These Incredibles Inspired items join the Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe full menu of burgers, chicken nuggets, rotisserie chicken, sandwiches and salads. And don’t forget the desserts! Check out the Sonny Eclipse dessert! This dessert is made of cookies and cream similar to an Oreo cheesecake topped with chocolate drizzle, “Galaxy” sprinkles, and an edible white chocolate picture of Sonny Eclipse.

There are so many Super things happening at the Walt Disney World Resort this summer! From the Incredibles takeover of Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom to an out-of-this-world Guardians of the Galaxy concert happening at Epcot to Donald’s Dino Bash happening at Animal Kingdom! And let’s not forget the opening of Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios later this summer – June 30th to be exact!

He made his very first appearance on November 18th, 1928, and the irrepressible Mickey Mouse is all set to celebrate an incredible birthday. To mark this great occasion, Disneyland Paris has a whole programme of special events and entertainment called the “Mickey 90 Mouse Party”.

90 days to celebrate Mickey with the magic of Disney Parks

Timeless, transgenerational, iconic – Mickey Mouse is the one that started all. He’s always been the one that guests of all ages come to see at Disneyland Paris – “going to Mickey’s place”, as they put it so well, therefore it was only natural that the most famous mouse in animation history would celebrate at “his place” with a special programme that will put the light on him like never before.

October 1st, 2018 will kick off 90 days of celebrations. This year, Halloween and Christmas seasons will celebrate Mickey with a very festive agenda. Mickey will be appearing with a brand new float for the Halloween cavalcade from October 1st to November 4th, 2018. “Mickey’s Illusion Manor” will celebrate 90 years of fun, and reveal his mischievous side! Apparitions and disappearances await… Let yourself be carried away into the mysterious world of illusions, as he performs his Halloween prankster tricks from the steps of his manor house!

When our Disney Parks put on their winter gear from November 10, 2018, to January 6th, 2019, Mickey will surprise you with a fun-filled show and you will get to see him playing the drums. “Mickey’s Christmas Big Band” includes everybody’s favorite Christmas songs in a live show featuring singers, musicians, and Disney Characters. But that’s not all: you’ll also discover a special surprise for Mickey on the stage at Production Courtyard at Walt Disney Studios Park.

We also announce the opening of a unique attraction in Europe: “Mickey and his PhilharMagique Orchestra”. This new 3D experience opens at the Discoveryland Theatre on 1 October 2018. Mickey and Donald take you on a big adventure through Disney classics like Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and The Lion King. The music will blow you away!

As for the decorations – amazing sweet surprises will be popping up in the enchanted kingdom: huge birthday cakes bursting with colors will adorn the five lands of the Disneyland Park. Star Wars Invades Disney Springs With Solo Premier

This evening, as of 6 PM EST, Star Wars will invade Disney Springs with the Solo premier.

Disney Springs is buzzing with excitement as Star Wars is taking over the scene. As we mentioned earlier today, there are plenty of activities for guests all weekend long including dance parties, building the Millennium Falcon with LEGOS, and you can even try and grab a Star Wars pin while supplies last.

However, one of the most exciting events going on tonight is the Solo premier. The streets of Disney Springs were lined with Star Wars characters celebrating the event including Boba Fett, R2-D2, Storm Trooper, Jawas, and more.

Additions Have Been Made to the Live Action Mulan Cast

We’ve got casting news! Utkarsh Ambudkar joins live action Mulan cast as Skath! Ambudkar is best known for his role of Donald in Universal’s Pitch Perfect movies. Also joining the Mulan cast is Marco Polo actor Ron Yuan. Yuan is said to be playing the role of Sergeant Qiang.

The pair will be joining Liu Yifei (playing Mulan), in this Niki Caro-directed movie about a young woman who disguises herself as a man in order to spare her elderly father from having to join the military.

Other actors attached to the project include Jet Li as the emperor, Donnie Yen as Mulan’s mentor, and Gong Li as the movie’s villain.

Mulan, is set to be released on March 27, 2020. The film will begin shooting on location in China and New Zealand at the end of the summer. Original the film was set to hit theaters this year but was pushed back by two years.

It was reported last year that this will not be a musical, like the Disney animated version was. It has also been reported the Mulan’s love interest from the animated version, Li Shang, will not appear in this live-action version. Instead her love interest will be Chen Honghui, a fellow army recruit.

Chris Bender, Jason Reed and Jake Weiner are producing the film.

Iconic Entrances at World of Disney Store in Disney Springs

As you probably know by now, the World of Disney Store at Disney Springs has been undergoing a refurbishment. Part of the refurbishment process involved Stitch being removed from the entrance. While at this time it is unknown if Stitch will be back, we can confirm that these iconic pieces have remained at the entrance including Cinderella’s Carriage, Mickey, and many more!

Check out some of the photos we just snapped:

This looks to be Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto in some type of Steampunk apparatus:

I spy Huey, Dewey, and Louie!

And, it’s not Disney without Dumbo and friends!

As you can tell all the entrances are still under construction. I don’t know about you but I can’t wait to see the finished products!
