Paul Rudd Wants Marvel Studios to Make an “Ant Man 3“. Most stories within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) come in a Trilogy format (i..e. Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Guardians of the Galaxy, etc), but according to Paul Rudd (Ant Man/Scott Lang) that is not the case for Ant Man.

According to ComicBook.com, Yahoo recently asked Rudd about the prospect of an “Ant Man 3” being in the works for Marvel Studios, to which he answered, “I don’t know. You need to make a call to the top brass and start a campaign to make it happen.”

Rudd is currently working on Pepsi Max commercials with fellow Ant Man Star, Michael Peña, as astronauts in the commercial and another well known name in the Marvelsphere is in on the project as well, Thor: Ragnarok director, Taika Waitita.

“The way Taika works, and is also the way myself and Michael [Peña] have worked in the Marvel films, is that we kind of stick with this template and play around with a few things,” Rudd said. “Taika really encourages it. It seems as if when we were filming it, myself and Michael we’re even more of a pair of bumbling buffoons than when we had first read,” he said. “There’s no way these two guys should be in charge of a space mission so we added in extra falls, fell several times, you know, it’s hard to run in a space suit.”

A third installment into the Ant Man franchise would fall in line with the magic “Marvel Formula” of filmmaking and would be a great way to round out the franchise since the latest film, Ant Man and The Wasp still begs for some important questions to be answered about the quantum realm and the new family dynamic now that Janet Van Dyne (Hank’s Wife and Hope’s Mother) has returned. Not to mention, we have yet to see the fate of Scott and Hope and how they would deal with missing 5 years of Cassie’s (Scott’s Daughter) life!

Guardians of the Galaxy Foodie Options Coming to Epcot

Get your Walkman out… “Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live!” starts tomorrow and this year a whole new line up of fantastic eats are coming with it. While you’re watching this intergalactic concert you can get your eat and drink on! Check out the new line up here:

At Liberty Inn you can grab a Space Sandwich or an Awesome Mix Plate. The Space Sandwich features barbecue pulled pork topped with crispy onions and served on a Kaiser bun with french fries, while the Awesome Mix Plate includes french fries topped with barbecue pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, bacon, and lettuce. For dessert try the Cosmic Cake! This chocolate cake is filled with vanilla buttercream and SPACE SPRINKLES! Whatever you choose, you can wash it down with Rocket Fuel – a frozen Coca-Cola slushy with grenadine.

Oversized Minnie Bow Headband Coming To Disney Parks

Looks like an extra large dash of Minnie Style will be finding its way into the Disney Parks soon. A new Oversized Minnie Bow Headband is headed to Disneyland and Walt Disney World, that is larger than life!

Disney Style shared the super sized new of this big beautiful bow on Instagram, and all we can say is wow! Last year a fun pink satin oversized bow made it’s debut at the Disney Parks that has a similar style. This is an update to that fun style, that packs extra sparkle and showcases Minnie‘s iconic color scheme. The bow is showered in red and white sequins for a shimmer polka-dotted look just like we’ve all come to recognize from Minnie Mouse.

Release date and prices have not been announced yet, so stay tuned!

Flavors Of Florida At The Polite Pig

It could be argued that summers in Florida are some of the best out there. Florida summers are so well known, Disney Springs is holding an event after them! This event is named Flavors of Florida. All around Disney Springs various locations are showcasing the flavors one may find during a typical Florida summer. For this reason, we were able to try the Flavors of Florida at The Polite Pig. It did not disappoint!

First off, at Disney Springs there are event guides for the Flavors of Florida. We have previously covered this guide and showcased just how many items are available. Flavors of Florida is running from June 7 until Septemeber 2.

Located at The Polite Pig, Flavors of Florida has brought a drink and food item to the menu. These were both perfect for the Florida summer season. Up first was the Florida Mango Frosé. This drink is full of mango flavor! It consists of fresh mango puree, sparkling rose and citrus flavors. It was refreshing and so good. Even more so in this Florida summer heat. The Florida Mango Frosé is available for $11.

The Smoked Prime Rib Slider was up next. This slider comes with citrus aioli and a green papaya horseradish sauce. The horseradish sauce added a nice bite without being overpowering or too spicy. The traditional BBQ sauce was recommended for the slider. It really amped up the smoked flavors of the prime rib. The slider was a perfect size as well. It wasn’t too small like some slider sandwiches can be.

Overall, the Flavors of Florida at The Polite Pig are a great addition! Both the Florida Mango Frosé and the Smoked Prime Rib Slider were a perfect representation of Florida summer flavors. As always, The Polite Pig continues to have their full drink and food menu. It is a quick service location as well! No reservations are needed to try out The Polite Pig. These Flavors of Florida menu items are only available until September 2 at The Polite Pig and across Disney Springs.

New Orleans and Princess Tiana Starring in New Enhancements Coming to the Disney Wonder!

Fans of “The Princess and the Frog” will LOVE the new ways to celebrate on the Disney Wonder this fall! A fun and exciting New Orleans-themed lounge that will transport guests deeper into the heart of the city’s iconic French Quarter.

A perfect complement to Tiana’s Place Restaurant on the Disney Wonder, the French Quarter Lounge will feature live music and themed activities for everyone in the family. Also debuting on the Disney Wonder will be a sleek new space for teens and a redesigned café just for adults.

At the French Quarter Lounge, guests will get a touch of bayou hospitality as they enjoy live music on the gazebo stage and sip specialty drinks at an updated whimsical bar. This natural precursor to dinner at Tiana’s Place Restaurant is the perfect destination for entertainment and libations before or after dinner, while the space will come alive throughout the day with New Orleans-themed family activities, trivia and character encounters.

The jazzy atmosphere of the French Quarter Lounge, also inspired by the Disney animated feature “The Princess and the Frog,” will evoke an airy outdoor space in New Orleans, surrounded by touches of iconic architecture such as wrought-iron balconies, classic brick walls and shutter-framed windows. Decorative details including a life-size trolley car and nods to the film in the form of signs and facades on the walls add to the ambiance of the space.

Meanwhile, teens and adults will also discover redesigned spaces on the Disney Wonder meant just for them. Vibe, a club reserved for teens ages 14-17, will transform into a contemporary place to hang out with friends while at sea. The space will be given a timeless feel with an open, bright redesign, a light color palette and industrial metal work, while a new coffee bar and updated virtual reality technology add to the list of activities for teens to enjoy during their family vacation.

Adults will have an updated space all their own in the Cove Café, after a redesign that will transform the look and feel of the café into a local coffee shop, complete with warm, comfortable and trendy décor. Ample seating and a relaxed atmosphere will invite guests to indulge themselves in this peaceful retreat, which is the perfect place to sip specialty coffee or tea throughout the day or partake in wine, cocktails and light bites during the evening. Just steps away, Signals Bar is also undergoing a transformation with a similar look.

The new enhancements debut on the Disney Wonder’s four-night sailing from Vancouver to San Diego on Sept. 30, 2019.

The Story

The Walt Disney World parks and resorts see thousands of proposals each year on property. It’s only natural for some special couples to want to return for a fairytale Disney Wedding too! Now, there’s a new venue for couples to say “I Do” – the Tree of Life in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

This unique location, set in front of the massive 145-foot baobab tree, is perfect for couples wanting an exotic locale for their vows. Calling all bacon lovers! The special dive bar Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is now serving a new bacon dessert on its menu! Located in Disney Springs, guests visiting this fun bar are in for a special treat!

The 1940’s airplane hangar turned bar is well-known as the ex-home of Indiana Jones’ sidekick and pilot, Jock Lindsey. The pair ended up at Disney Springs in 1938 while chasing down a mythology-based tip in central Florida. Jock eventually built an airplane hangar, air tower, and runway before inviting fellow members of The Society of Explorers and Adventurers to pay him a visit. Jock’s home eventually became a popular watering hole for world travelers and locals alike.

Guests visiting the dive bar can find a wide variety of appetizers and signature drinks. However, be aware, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar does NOT accept any dining plans. Start off your meal with snakebite sliders featuring gourmet beef sliders with tomato-bacon jam, house-made pickles, shredded lettuce, and cheese, the Fountain of Youth Chicken wings served with St. Augustine Datil Pepper Sauce and Lime sour cream, or Air Pirate’s Pretzels served with spicy German mustard and Beer-cheese Fondue and more!

Brunch Now Being Served at Lamplight Lounge

If you have been to the Lamplight Lounge at Disney California Adventure you know the food is amazing. The location overlooks the Pixar Pier and has some of the best nachos money can buy.

The drinks are delightful. The atmosphere infectious! Now… they added a weekend brunch! We brought you pics from our writer Eric just a few weeks ago, but now here are some official Disney pics of the fab new menu!

Indulgent French Toast with cinnamon-brown sugar challah bread, Irish cream whip, maple syrup, and macerated berries garnished with a crunchy piece of house-made almond brittle.

For a little protein, you can take a bite out of the Brunch Burger, which features a grilled custom burger blend served with American cheese, one egg, roasted green chile, lettuce, and paprika aïoli on a toasted Amish bun.

If eggs are more your style, then the Crab and Potato Cake Benedict or the Egg White Frittata Bake are for you. The Crab and Potato Cake Benedict comes with sautéed spinach, soft poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise, and fresh fruit.

And the Egg White Frittata Bake features hen of the woods mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, roasted peppers and onions, smoked salmon, goat cheese sour cream, avocado, and confit potatoes.

Other entrées include Potato Flautas and Lamplight Chilaquiles. The Potato Flautas are made with plant-based chorizo, vegan piquillo crema, serrano-tomatillo salsa, arugula salad, and escabèche. Our one-of-a-kind Lamplight Chilaquiles feature house-made tortilla chips with cheddar-jack cheese, two eggs, queso fresco, red onions, cilantro-serrano sour cream, and sliced avocado, topped with a 3-chile red sauce and pepitas.

You can also try the New York Avocado Toast with sourdough, avocado mash, New York Steak, one egg, piquillo-butter sauce, arugula salad, pickled red onions, and confit potatoes.

And we can’t forget the kiddos! On the Budding Artists menu, kids can choose from a Brunch Quesadilla or an Omelet (both served with egg whites and cheddar-jack cheese), a smaller portion of the Indulgent French Toast, or a Mini Brunch Burger.

For the adults, hand-crafted specialty beverages include options such as the Beermosa with blood orange IPA and fresh orange juice and a Cinnamon Toast Cocktail with vanilla vodka, hazelnut and cream liqueurs, and cinnamon cereal-infused milk. For a savory beverage, the Morning Glory comes with vodka, spicy Bloody Mary mix, dill pickle brine, and a dash of celery bitters.

Of course, what brunch would be complete without MIMOSAS? Try a variety of seasonal flavors with the Mimosa Flight, featuring classic orange juice mimosas as well as versions with mango, watermelon, and more! You never know what mimosas you might get…
