The holiday season has officially arrived at Disney Springs!
And it brought some new delicious dishes to Pepe by Jose Andres like the famous croquetas de pollo and Jaleo’s famous flan!
This fast/casual restaurant is a great option for the whole family, here you will be able to find delicious tastes of Spain and fan favorites like sandwiches, gazpacho, salads, desserts, wine, beer and refreshing sangrias to please every palate.
Pepe by Jose Andres is located adjacent to Jaleo with its own entrance on the West Side of Disney Springs.
As the highly anticipated “Frozen 2” approaches its opening this Friday, Nov. 22, Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel—the actresses who help bring Anna and Elsa to life in the movie—were honored today with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Their stars—the 2681st and 2682nd, in the category of motion pictures and live theatre/performance, respectively—are located in front of Hollywood’s historic Pantages Theatre at 6225 Hollywood Boulevard near the famous corner of Hollywood and Vine.
The event was hosted by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and emceed by Rana Ghadban, president and CEO of the chamber. Helping to honor Bell were actress/musician Jackie Tohn, and creator of “The Good Place” Michael Schur. Singing Menzel’s praises were Alan Horn, co-chairman and chief creative officer for The Walt Disney Studios, and Josh Gad, who provides the voice of Olaf in “Frozen” and “Frozen 2.” Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti presented certificates to Bell and Menzel, thanking them on behalf of the people of Los Angeles.

The new Disney+ original series have been so revered by fans all over! Now, viewers can’t wait for more originals like the new Lizzie McGuire series!
Fans were delighted earlier this month to learn that production had begun on this highly anticipated series. It was also announced that Hallie Todd, Robert Carradine, and Jake Thomas would be returning to their roles as the original McGuire family. Now, fans can rejoice as another favorite cast member is returning to fulfill their role.
That’s right, Adam Lamberg returns to reprise his memorable role as David “Gordo” Gordon! Adam Lamberg’s “Gordo” will have a recurring role in this new series. Always being quite mature, intelligent one among his peers, it’ll be interesting to see “Gordo” as an adult.
We’re also interested in how he will fit into Lizzie’s world now. The new series will follow Lizzie through her seemingly perfect life with everything she could ever dream of. However, things aren’t always as they seem. Thank goodness for Lizzie’s inner, animated monologue to sort everything out and offer hilarious commentary.
We can’t wait to see what’s in store for a Lizzie McGuire and Gordo when the new series debuts on Disney +!

Starting with “The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration” on November 28 from 8-10pm EST hosted by Matthew Morrison, Emma Bunton and Jesse Palmer.

Docuseries ‘Pick of the Litter‘ Coming to Disney+ December 20th. Disney shared an all new poster and trailer for Pick of the Litter following the path of 6 puppies as they train to become guide dogs. The journey is rough, but these pups are ‘ruffer’ in this adorable heart warming series.
“Pick of the Litter follows a litter of puppies from the moment they’re born and begin their quest to become guide dogs for the blind. Cameras follow these pups through an intense two-year odyssey as they train to become dogs whose ultimate responsibility is to protect their blind partners from harm. Along the way, these remarkable animals rely on a community of dedicated individuals who train them to do amazing, life-changing things in the service of their human. It is always exciting hearing about public figures making a visit to Walt Disney World- especially if it is someone as influential as our nation’s president! President Donald J. Trump was scheduled to make an appearance at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in December. This was going to be the venue for the Republican Party of Florida Statesman’s Dinner with Governor Ron DeSantis and President Trump, being the special guest.
Now, the venue has been moved to Miami, FL, though the exact location is only being shared with attendees of the event. This is, perhaps, in order to ensure the safety of the President and other government officials during this important evening. It will be on Dec. 7, unless it changes again. And if you’re interested in going yourself, tickets are $350!

Disney Releases Movie Schedule for 2020-2023 Including Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and Fox. Recently, the theatrical release schedule for studios under the Disney umbrella went through an update with reserved premiere dates for films coming to theaters in 2020 through 2023. The exciting update was shared by TheDisInsider, and is only leaving us with even more anticipation since most of the dates are saved for films that have not been announced yet. We can’t wait to find out what they are!
It looks like we should be expecting news about 18 untitled movies from Disney, 20 untitled films from Fox, 4 untitled animated films from Pixar, 7 untitled MCU movies from Marvel Studios, and 2 untitled films from Lucasfilm in the relatively soon future. We know to expect some titles such as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Captain Marvel 2, Avengers 5, and others from Marvel Studios, but the other untitled projects are almost a complete mystery. How will we ever find time to see them all? (I’m sure we’ll find a way!)

Guests onboard a Disney Cruise ship can now put a placeholder on a future cruise with the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app!
A recent update to the DCL Navigator app now allows guests to put a placeholder down for a future cruise if they are currently on a Disney Cruise ship. You can also take advantage of special savings for your next cruise with this update.
Here’s what the update description reads:
“With this release, you can now reserve a placeholder for a future Disney Cruise on the ship via the app – and take advantage of special savings. You can also schedule an appointment with a Crew Member if you’d like more information or if you have a specific sailing that you’d like to book.”
The special savings include things like a 10% discount on certain rates and a reduced deposit on sailings that are 7+ nights. You simply join a “queue” and the app will notify you when its time to book by visiting the Disney Vacation Planning Desk.
You must book at the Disney Vacation Planning Desk before you leave the ship to take advantage of this special offer. As the cruise comes to and end, wait times at the planning desk may become longer so its best to snag a deal while you can! Especially if you know you want to cruise with DCL again in the future!
Its important to note that you must join the placeholder “queue” during the Disney Vacation Planning Desk’s hours of operation. These hours are 8:30am – 10:00am and 4:00pm – 10:00pm.
The Holidays have arrived at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park! As a special holiday gift to their guests, the park has updated their hours to allow for more magic!
Just in time for the holiday season, guests will now have more time to enjoy the festivities. Starting the first week of December through the first week of January, the Magic Kingdom will be extending their operating hours. The updated hours are as followed:
December:
4, 9, 11, 18: Park closes at 10 P.M.
7, 14 21-24, 26-31: Park opens at 8 A.M.
7, 14, 23-30: Park closes at 12 A. M.
16-21: Park closes at 11 P.M.
25 (Christmas Day): Park opens at 6 A.M.
January:
1: Park closes at 10 P.M.
2-4: Park closes at 11 P.M.
With these extra hours, guests will be able to experience all the magic of the holidays at the Magic Kingdom. Guests can enjoy the return of the seasonal attraction, the Jingle Cruise. Experience a more exclusive event by joining the separately ticketed Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. There’s so much fun to be had this season at the Walt Disney World Resort!
If there is one thing I can’t resist during the holidays, it is Disney socks gift sets! This year we can also find Disney Socks Crackers in addition to the beloved countdown to Christmas socks calendars! Christmas crackers are actually one of my favorite holiday traditions from the U.K., so I was squealing with delight when I found these.
I found three different Christmas Cracker sock varieties for Disney! They had Mickey, Princesses, and also Frozen available. These come with six crackers each, for just $12.99. As one might suspect, the Disney Princess crackers somehow fell into my cart before I left the store. You can find them in store, and online!
What are Christmas Crackers? They are festive table decorations that make a “CRACK” or “POP” sound when pulled opened! Traditionally you’ll find small trinkets, a paper crown, and a joke inside. These work the same way, simply hold one end, while a friend, (or yourself if you don’t feel like sharing) pulls to pop it open. I haven’t opened mine yet, but when I so I’ll let you know what I find inside!
The rolls for each one is adorable, and features shimmery accents. Each one is tied on both ends with coordinating ribbon colors.
If you love the days of Disney socks advent calendars, don’t worry, those are back too! This time you can find a whole assortment of Disney themed ones available. Choose from classic Mickey, Disney Princesses, Lilo & Stitch, or even Star Wars! I also spotted frozen ones in kids sizes. The days of Disney socks retail for $15.99 a piece. These are also available in store, and online.
