One of Disney Channel‘s previously aired shows, American Dragon: Jake Long, is coming soon to Disney Plus. What a classic! How can you beat a show about a seemingly normal (edgy) kid that can turn into a DRAGON to fight off evil creatures?
The show has two seasons but so far, Disney Plus only has plans to add the first season. However, this could change in the future.
With so many Disney Channel shows to binge watch already you’ll have to schedule this one in too!

Evening Extra Magic Hours have finally returned at Hollywood Studios!
Extra Magic Hours allow guests who are staying on Walt Disney World property to enjoy one of the parks for a couple of hours with lower crowds.
Because of anticipating large crowds for the new Star Wars attraction- Rise of the Resistance- in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Hollywood Studios has had mainly morning Extra Magic Hours.
The park hours published by Walt Disney World are showing that there will be nighttime Extra Magic Hours every Sunday until April. In April, the extended park hours for hotel guests change back to the morning.
The My Disney Experience App has all of the park’s updated hours. As long as you can keep your kids awake, you can enjoy these extended hours with your whole family (if staying at a qualifying resort)!
Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World Resort is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year! Guests can commemorate this anniversary with new special merchandise like shirts and pins. This merchandise can be found at Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. shop.
Coming soon, guests can also blast off with a new Space Mountain mug! It will be available at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World as well as online at shopDisney soon.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a new attraction coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 4th, 2020. Slowly, but surely, we have been seeing new posters that give clues to what the ride is going to look like. This new art is inspired by the fun and zany “Split Decision” short.
The latest poster features two very different versions of Donald Duck. In the original short, Mickey takes Donald to Professor Von Drake’s laboratory to cure his angry temper. In a turn of events, something strange and unexpected happens.
Soon, you will be able to experience this poster and the others than have been released in the new attraction. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will put you right in the MIDDLE of these classic shorts and you will get to see Mickey’s cartoon universe like never before.
You will also get to enter the brand-new Mickey Mouse cartoon called “Perfect Picnic”. This one-of-a-kind experience where anything can happen at anytime. Mouse rules apply on Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway!
The new ride will premiere in Disney World on March 4th, 2020. It is also coming to Disneyland Park in 2022. In the meantime, check out the previously revealed posters and watch the animation shorts that started it all!

Today is finally the opening day of Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts and we couldn’t be more excited! This also means that we now have access to the festival park map to see where everything will be taking place.
The map includes Epcot’s regular park information including the nighttime show- Epcot Forever, park rules, types of transportation to and from Epcot, and other info.
When you open the brochure, the Epcot park map is featured with festival booth locations noted. To the right of the map, a brief description of each of the marked locations is given- and they’re categorized for your convenience!
The back of the pamphlet features all of the exciting activities that are a part of the Festival of the Arts and a brief description of each.
We hope you get the chance to stop by the Festival of the Arts because there’s so many fun things to see- just look at that map. Figment would love to see you there too!
Some new Star Wars Datapad Achievements and Disney pins have arrived! Guests who play games on the popular Play Disney Parks app can now purchase three new pins.
Those who want to experience every immersive detail of Galaxy’s Edge are encouraged to use the Play Disney Parks app. The app offers a few gaming options that are available only inside Galaxy’s Edge. You can utilize the app to interact with droids and scan cargo boxes. There’s also the option to perform jobs for either the First Order or the Resistance when you’re visiting Batuu.
The new pins are available after completing specific tasks to unlock achievements. You‘ll need to ride both Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance since they unlock two achievements. You earn the “Flight of the Falcon” and “Hero of the Resistance” achievements for riding these attractions. Also, you earn the “Black Spire Explorer” achievement simply by entering the land. Once you earn these digital achievements in the Play Disney Parks app, then you can show them to a cast member to purchase these pins.
You can do this at Galaxy’s Edge when you visit Disneyland or Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The stunning new Minnie Mouse The Main Attraction New Collectible Series, debuts its first collection tomorrow January, 18! In addition to the amazing ears, Loungefly bag, mug, and more there will also be a Space Mountain Minnie MagicBand. This galactic new MagicBand will be the first in a series of 12 bands to release alongside the new collection!
Each month will see a new band that corresponds to the Minnie Attraction release! This gorgeous band features the same galaxy design as the collection, and features Minnie wearing the same Space Mountain dress as the new plush! It also comes in a beautifully designed collector’s box! The MagicBand will retail for $34.99, which is pretty standard for the Limited Edition bands.
These will be available at Walt Disney World, but not at Disneyland or local stores.

January is the perfect time for guests to visit Disneyland Paris, with the return of Legends of the Force- A Celebration of Star Wars and the first-ever Frozen Celebration both at Disneyland Paris! The force has never been stronger than at Disneyland Paris, with the perfect celebration of all things Jedi and First Order. Thes season began on the 11th January until the 15th March 2020. Likewise, “for the first time in forever”, Disneyland Paris is hosting the ultimate Frozen celebration featuring a new show, an Olaf meet and greet and a new, Frozen parade, Frozen 2: An Enchanted Journey! This season also started on the 11th January and will be running until the 3rd May 2020!
Legends of the Force- A Celebration of Star Wars
The amazing Star Wars celebration has returned to Disneyland Paris, bringing all the most iconic characters from the most famous galaxy, far far away. This celebration boasts exciting shows, incredible encounters throughout the day and into the night. Until the 15th March, guests can witness the First Order March or meet Rey, Chewbacca and Kylo Ren!
It doesn’t stop there… ride the iconic Star Tours: The Adventures Continue to experience a new sequence from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker! After that, experience an intergalatic battle on Hyperspace Mountain!
Frozen Celebration
Frozen Celebration has also started last week for the first time ever at Disneyland Paris! Guests were wowed by the stunning new float inspired by Disney’s Frozen 2 during the resort’s newest show, Frozen 2: An Enchanted Journey. This is now the tallest float at Disneyland Paris, it includes the silhouette of the mysterious Nokk and everyone’s favourite characters from the beloved Disney films. Guests will be transported into the film via the soundtrack which features in the new parade.
In addition to the new parade, there is also a new show, called a Frozen: A Musical Invitation which has opened in Walt Disney Studios Park. Don’t forget to buy the new merchandise and sample the amazing foods that are on sale across the resort during Frozen Celebration now through May 3.
Check out the third episode of the making-of series dedicated to Frozen Celebration which goes backstage to discover how Frozen 2: An Enchanted Journey was created, from the dancers’ costumes to the big surprise prepared by Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf, including exclusive nighttime footage.

‘Star Wars: Battlefront II’ Character May Appear in Season 2 of ‘The Mandalorian‘. A”leaked” poster featuring the characters appearing in season 2 of The Mandalorian shared the appearance of a character from Star Wars: Battlefront II, further tying the stories together. Iden Versio appears on the list, starring actress Janina Gavankar, who portrayed the voice and likeness of the characters build.
“Iden Versio is a player character appearing in the 2017 video game Star Wars Battlefront II, an action shooter developed by EA DICE, in collaboration with Criterion Games and Motive Studios. Versio serves as the protagonist of Battlefront II.”

Fans took to Twitter to ask Gavankar if the rumors were true to which she replied: “You’ll have to ask Mr. [Dave Filoni]”
Dave Filoni is one of the films show runners, alongside executive producer Jon Favreau. The pair are the creative hive mind behind the popular Disney+ Star Wars Series, and are known to keep their secrets about the series.
Clearly, this is no confirmation of Versio’s appearance within the series, but does leave the door open to the possibility. It is a natural fit for Janina Gavankar to step into the role since her likeness was used to develop the character, and would allow for a “familiar” face to make an appearance within The Mandalorian.

There are so many new, fun photo spots popping up around Epcot. And you know Disney… there are bound to be some fun walls! With the new walkway opened in the direction of The Land and The Seas, Disney decided to add some fun on the walls surrounding construction. Two of the new sections are dedicated to Nemo with “Dive into the Seas” and Moana with “Begin Your Journey.”
And we just love the sidekicks that can be found along the way! I mean who doesn’t love Pua and Hei Hei?
Not far away there is a beautiful new wall with 5 distinct and colorful butterflies ready for you to “try on” their wings. There are wings for most height and most outfit choices. Which one will you choose?
