It’s the sweetest treat in the galaxy!

We recently spotted a new dessert over at Tomorrowland that is out of this world, we are talking about the Galactic Parfait!

It’s made with layers of chocolate cake, blue cheesecake and purple mousse filled with raspberry marmalade. Delicious for sure.

Look how shiny it is! At the top is decorated with glitter, stars and blue pearls plus a chocolate piece that looks a lot like the Death Star.

You can find this Star Wars treat at Tomorrow Landing in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park for $5.99.

These limited release items are coming to Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort this Friday, February 21! We can also look forward to the Ears launching on shopDisney.com in March!

First let’s check out these Minnie ears! My biggest excitement about these, is that they are reversible sequins! The details are also incredible on these, jewelry quality accents include coral, seashells, pearls, and even figures of Sebastian and Flounder. Plus, we can’t forget the dinglehopper! The sequins will reverse between blue and purple, so you can style them the way you like most.

Sneak Peek Of The 2020 Epcot Flower And Garden Festival Merchandise

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is almost here! The newest Mickey Monitor has gotten us even more excited with a sneak peek of this year’s Epcot Flower And Garden Festival Merchandise! Looks like we also have a new Spirit Jersey to look forward to as well!

We already saw sneak peeks of the fabulous Orange Bird Minnie ears headed to the festival. However, I can’t stop checking them out. They are really just too cute, and one of the items I’m looking most forward to.

This year’s festival Spirit Jersey will be a pastel tie-dye! It looks like the Minnie collection for the festival this year will also be called “The World in Bloom”, love it! This is the same Minnie artwork we’ve seen the past couple festivals too. I hope we see more designer items like handbags with this look too!

Annual Passholders!

Annual Passholders will also get their own exclusive collection of to commemorate with. Once again Figment will be the main attraction of the Passholder goodies.

The collectible Annual Passholder mugs also return this year. Just like last year two mug designs will release at the start of the festival, and then mid festival two more will release! I’m quite excited that we will also see more of Spike the Bee this year too.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse will have a soft opening today

According to a post by Disney, the Regal Eagle Smokehouse in Epcot will be soft opening today!

Here is the information:

So we’re definitely celebrating the opening of Regal Eagle Smokehouse at EPCOT – and CAN’T WAIT to visit the Cast at this new dining venue! Walt Disney World Resort President, Josh D’Amaro and Senior Vice President of Operations, Jim MacPhee stopped by this week to meet two of the Pitmasters responsible for the dishes Guests can now try fresh from the smoker and grill at this self-proclaimed “Salute to All Cook-Offs but Mostly Barbecue.”

The restaurant takes its name from the venerable Sam the Eagle, the Muppet known for his patriotism and strict sense of duty and honor. He takes all things seriously … and barbecue is certainly one of those things.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse will be the site for “Sam’s Centennial Cook-Off: A Salute to All Cook-Offs but Mostly Barbecue.” Guests will be the beneficiaries of this contest – described as “a competition fit for all patriots and pit masters” – as it brings in a variety of classic backyard barbecue selections from across the country to vie for Sam’s top honor.

Disney gives $1 Million to Jump Start Bahamas Small Businesses

Disney Cruise Line wants to help the communities where their boats most frequently dock and they are starting with the Bahamas. Recently Disney announced a $1 million pledge over the next three years to help start and encourage growth in local small businesses. The majority of the funding seems to be aimed at Lighthouse Point, Disney’s project located in Eleuthera.

Deputy Prime Minister Peter Turnquest and Jeff Vahle, president of Disney Cruise Line are leaders in this joint commitment to help bolster the local Bahamian economy. In addition, Access Accelerator Small Business Development Centre and the Eleuthera Chamber of Commerce will be partners in this venture. These groups want to help the smaller Bahamian entrepreneurs become visionaries and to develop practices that help them to be more stable in the future.

The Lighthouse Point Project is in its beginning stages with plans for a common workspace, internet access, and meeting rooms. Disney will even have an office on location to help mentor those small business leaders. Of course, All of this is dependent upon the design’s approval by various local environmental groups and the Bahamian government.

It is exciting to know that Disney wants to give back to the people of these communities where they dock the cruise ships!

There’s nothing like the perfect coffee to start your day, well now you can have your favourite cup with a little magic inside at Joffery’s coffee at Disney Springs! This kiosk is located in The Landing just across from The Boathouse!

Once inside you will notice the brand-new ripple station which can print a little Disney magic right on top of your latte. How does it work you ask? Choose which character you want on top of your steaming latter (character such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Simba), or you can even download the ‘ripples’ app and print off your own selfie as a work of art. Then a barista will create your hand-crafted brew, place inside the ripple maker and just like magic you have your own personalised brew!

These once specialty drinks were only available inside select Disney parks but now they are also available at Disney Springs! Our favorite must be the Lion’s Latte (for all those who adore the Lion King as much as I do). This speciality beverage is an amazing blend of espresso with white chocolate and coconut- available all year round (i.e. served hot or iced). If that doesn’t satisfy, why not try a beverage from Andy’s Backyard—the Round ‘Em Up Latte is made with cookie butter, dulce de leche, topped with whipped cream, animal crackers, and sprinkles. Marvel Studios ‘Black Panther’ Coming to Disney+ in March 2020

Marvel Studios ‘Black Panther‘ Coming to Disney+ in March 2020. After month of waiting, Black Panther is finally slated to join Disney+ starting March 4th.

The hit film was not immediately added to Disney’s new streaming service due to a conflicting streaming contract with Netflix, where the film has been streaming for nearly a year. Now that the films run time with Netflix is ending soon, the film will now be available to stream for subscribers on Disney+. Disney shared the news via the Disney+ Facebook page.

Other Marvel titles currently streaming on other platforms include Ant-Man and the Wasp and Avengers: Infinity War. Thor Ragnarok recently transitioned from Netflix to Disney+ after the completion of its streaming contract between Marvel and Netflix.

Black Panther fans will be excited to know that a sequel is currently in the works at Marvel Studios. Marvel Studios President, Kevin Fiege along with director, Ryan Coogler revealed the film, “Black Panther 2”. Fans will get to return to Wakanda when this film debuts in theaters on May 6, 2022. No other details have been revealed about the upcoming film at this time. For now, the working title will remain “Black Panther 2” until further notice.

Kang The Conqueror Rumored to Appear as Villain in Marvel Studios ‘Loki’ Series on Disney+

Kang The Conqueror Rumored to Appear as Villain in Marvel Studios ‘Loki‘ Series on Disney+. Daniel Richtman, and avid scooper, particularly for all things Marvel, puts stock in the rumors that Kang The Conqueror is set to appear in Marvel Studios new ‘Loki‘ series coming soon to Disney+.

Rumors have been swirling for a while now that with the introductions of time travel into the Marvel Cinematic Universe thanks to Avengers: Endgame, that Kang The Conqueror would be set up as the next major villain of the MCU. Kang is the biggest user of time travel while facing his foes in the Marvel Comics and with Loki falling into a new timeline it helps to weave the web that would connect Kang to the main timeline of the MCU.

It does appear Loki at some point is captured/detained by the Time Variance Authority in the series, which only helps to put stock into the rumors that time travel will be a contributing factor to the rise of a new villain, at least on screen.

Onward Meet and Greet On Its Way To Disney

What we would all give; the lengths we would go through to have one more day with a lost loved one. For these two Elf brothers, Ian and Barley Lightfoot, they are presented with that chance to meet their father who they lost and have no memory of. They set out on a quest in this fantasy world and try to uncover a little magic to bring their father back to life for a day. It becomes quite an adventure and they are up against a time clock. Pixar’s Onward is set to be released in theaters on March 6th, 2020. Disney has also announced an Onward meet and greet is on its way! Ian and Barley will start meeting guests at Disneyland’s California Adventure at Pixar Pier. So now you have a chance to meet them, this will start on March 6th, 2020!!

They will first make an appearance the night before on March 5th for the Disneyland’s After Dark Pixar Nite. This is a separate ticketed special event. Which if you don’t know about you should look into this event!

The Lightfoot brothers are also slated to make their way over to Disney’s Hong Kong Park upon its reopening. As it is currently closed down for the safety of guests due to the coronavirus. But once it is open Ian and Barley will start doing meet and greets there as well as entertaining guests for the Pixar Water Play Street Party.
