Baby Yoda Speaker By Bitty Boomers Has Us Ready To Rock

Baby Yoda Speaker

Baby Yoda Speaker

We have just returned from Toy Fair New York, and have so many exciting things to share. One of my favorite finds at the fair was the new Baby Yoda Speaker from Bitty Boomers. I got to check this fun little speaker out, and it is even cuter in person!

Baby Yoda Speaker

Bitty Boomer speakers are tiny, but MIGHTY. These little guys were pumping out some incredible sounds. They were also really easy to use too! You just hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off, and then you can locate it as Bitty Boomer on your bluetooth list. The Child speaker is coming out later this year, but is already available for pre-order! You can pre-order it at Bittyboomers.com now. We also got to see The Mandalorian speaker that will also debut from Bitty Boomers too.

These aren’t the only speakers they have though. You can choose from a whole assortment of Star Wars inspired speakers too!

In addition to Star Wars, there are also Marvel, Disney, and Pixar Bitty Boomer speakers available! I also saw sports, Spongebob, Ninja Turtles, and even Fortnite speakers available! Each of these tiny speakers packs big sound, and retails for just $19.99.

My takeaways from these adorable little speakers, is that they are not only adorable, but also really great quality. The speakers felt durable when I held them in my hands, and the sound coming from them actually drowned out the nearby Convention noise. They are very well detailed, so they also make a great decorative piece too. Plus they also come with a carrying strap so you can carry them on the go, or hang them up.

What do you think of this adorable new The Child / Baby Yoda Speaker by Bitty Boomers?

Ten-Year-Old Who Was Told She Would Never Walk Finishes Disney Princess 5K

Girl finishes Princess 5k

A ten-year-old girl who was told she’d never be able to walk just finished a Disney Princess 5K! At Disney, dreams really do come true- especially, for ten-year-old Hannah Herman at this year’s Disney Princess 5K.

What makes this day extremely special for Hannah is that ten years ago, she was adopted by Erin Herman from an orphanage in Kazakhstan. They even got to run the race together to commemorate the day. However, this race was an extraordinary event because Erin was told by the orphanage when she first adopted Hannah that she may never even be able to walk, let alone run a race!

When Hannah was a baby, doctors diagnosed her with a severe club foot. They said that she may never be able to walk, but tried to give her any help that they could to make it a possibility. Even despite this great challenge, Hannah pushed through surgery and physical therapy as a young child. Hannah’s rigorous work paid off and at the age of two, she finally took her very first steps!

According to Disney Parks Blog, Hannah eventually wants to complete a triathlon, something she is working very hard towards. And we can’t think of a more magical way to push herself and show off her hard work all these years than to complete a Disney Princess 5K!

We can’t wait to see what other goals Hannah completes! To see more of her inspiring story, see the video below (or click here).

Southwest Airlines Helps Girl Reunite With Her Lost Pooh

Southwest Airlines Helps Girl Reunite With Her Lost Pooh

Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart and for Addison it’s her little Pooh bear!

This past Sunday, February 16, Rebecca Kurtz tweeted to Southwest Airlines about her daughter’s missing friend on a flight from Kansas to Las Vegas hoping the airline will help her find it.

Luckily for Addison, just two days after that tweet, Southwest responded saying “This the guy you’re looking for?” and two pictures of Winnie the Pooh hanging with a Southwest pilot bear and ramper bear! It sure looks like Pooh had a great time at the Hundred Acre Airport while he was missing.

Pooh was found by Gareth Reynolds at the Las Vegas airport and is now reunited with Addison, happy to be back home after his fun adventure!

Masquerade at The Edison: Review of the Disney Springs Event

The Edison

Masquerade

We were invited to attend the Masquerade bash at The Edison on February 22, 2020. The Edison is a restaurant and bar venue that offers entertainment in an industrial gothic themed atmosphere. You can find The Edison at Disney Springs in Orlando.

Since it was The Edison’s inaugural Masquerade event, many guests were eager to enter to enjoy their evening. The Masquerade event costs $65 per person and guests are required to be 21+. Guests had to dress up and masks were mandatory for attending the Masquerade. The masks were a fun feature for guests since the theme is filled with “electrifying mystique and intrigue” for party goers.

Entertainment

The Edison offered a great variety of entertainment for the Masquerade event. From a live band and singers to aerial performers and stilt walkers, the place had it all!

Masquerade at The Edison: Review of the Disney Springs Event

The band played a great mix of songs. Finding live music is a real treat these days and it’s fun to enjoy musical talent. We were quite thrilled with the band playing at The Edison. Everyone listening and dancing to them had a fantastic time.

The band stopped when it was time for the aerial performers to take the floor. Watching the aerial performers is a must if you visit The Edison.

Everyone loved the aerial performers at the Masquerade party. Guests stood in awe of their performance since it’s not something you see every day! They put on two separate aerial performances during the Masquerade bash.

We also saw cabaret-style dancers who came out for a few musical numbers. These skilled dancers impressed the crowd with their talent. Lastly, a live DJ was also on hand for the evening. The DJ supplied lively music to fill the air with excitement, and to pump energy into the masked guests on the dance floor.

Cocktails for Masquerade

The Edison offered a special cocktail menu for the Masquerade event. Guests were given three drink tickets upon entering the venue. Some of the unique cocktails we tried included the following:

”Marg Me!” – El torsoro reposado, triple sec, lime juice, watermelon juice, agave, and strawberry. This drink, which is featured above, became one of our favorites!

“The Masked Mule” – Maker’s Mark bourbon, lime juice, honey, blackberries, and ginger beer. Very refreshing!

“Sip In Moderation” – Sipsmith gin, simple syrup, hibiscus cordial, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and chambord. An enjoyable cocktail with a fruity taste!

Another fun feature were the tonics, which were specialty-themed shots for guests. You couldn’t use a drink ticket for purchasing them, but it was a great offering for Masquerade guests.
