Pixar‘s Onward is just days away from it’s epic release! Hollywood’s famous El Capitan Theatre is hosting a special events for the opening of this new feature. With 2 days of opening showings and plenty of exclusive opportunities, the El Capitan is the best place to be to see Onward.

Disney and Pixar’s Onward opens at the El Capitan starting on March 5th. Before the premiere 6:00 P.M. showing, see both Ian and Barley Lightfoot Live On Stage! There will also be a couple of great photo opportunities. First, guests are invited to take photos along a special Onward mural wall. Next, guests can grab a photo with Barely Lightfoot’s super cool purple van, Guinevere! The van will be located in front of the theatre for all to take photos. These showings and opportunities will continue through 5:00 A.M. on March 6th on!

This film is an epic modern journey of two brothers to recover whatever magic left to spend just one more day with their long lost father. They embark on quite the quest filled with magic spells, plenty of obstacles, and amazing discoveries.

You do not want to miss this incredibly journey! There is no better way to expeirence Disney and Pixar’s than at the legendary El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood!

New Cheesecake Funnel Cake Coming To Epcot!

Funnel cake + cheesecake = heaven!

Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is just around the corner and it will bring lots of delicious foods and beverages for you to try.

One of them is this delicious Funnel Cake! A mini funnel cake topped with lemon cheesecake ice cream, whipped cream, fresh blueberries and powder sugar!

You can find it at the funnel cake booth outside the American pavilion during the festival. Definitely a must try.

And speaking of the festival, we can’t wait to try some of the amazing offerings they will have this year! These are a few of the things we can’t wait to get our hands on:

Frushi (Japan): This is a MUST HAVE for sure! Strawberry, pineapple and cantaloupe wrapped in sweet rice and pink soy wrap served with whipped cream, drizzled berry sauce and toasted coconut.
Salmon Flower Ikura (Japan): Fresh-cut salmon, salmon roe, spinach, watermelon radish and chilled ramen tossed with poke sauce.
Arendelle Aqua Lemonade: Frozen lemonade with monin cotton candy or if you would like the alcoholic version of it you can have it with ole smoky blackberry moonshine!
Quesadilla al Pastor (Mexico): Flour tortilla filled with Monterrey jack cheese and pork pastor topped with grilled pineapple, salsa verde, red onion and cilantro.
Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade (Pineapple Promenade): The famous drink is back and is definitely a must during the festival!
Popsicle trio (Refreshment Port): Honeydew, raspberry-mint and coconut-lime.
Toasted Pretzel Bread (Germany): with black forest ham and melted gruyère cheese.
Sugar Cane Shrimp (La Isla Fresca booth): With steamed rice and coconut-lime sauce.

This sundae can be found at the Scat Cat Club Cafe at Port Orleans French Quarter and is 6.99 before tax.

These sundaes do take a little time to make because the beignets are made-to-order and come out toasty warm! Share this sweet treat with a friend, or get an entire one for yourself- either way, you definitely don’t want to miss out on this perfect dessert your next visit to the French Quarter!

Test Track Reopens In Epcot After Refurbishment

Get ready to take the ultimate test drive. Test Track is back open at Epcot in Walt Disney World. This ride features some amazing simulated driving and then a fun high-speed lap around the track. Test Track was closed for a couple months for a routine refurbishment but is now back open.

This exhilarating attraction located in Future World at Epcot is presented by Chevrolet. Guests 40″ or taller get to design their own virtual test car and then in the 6 person “sim car” see how their car would do in a series of obstacles.

Test Track is definitely a fan favorite so make sure to make some Fastpass + selections now that the ride is back open. Future World at Epcot opens daily at 9 AM.

Splash Mountain Has Reopened In The Magic Kingdom

Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay!

My oh my what a wonderful day it is because Splash Mountain is back in operation at the Magic Kingdom after being closed for refurbishment for almost two months.

So get ready to drop into a southern world along with Br’er Rabbit as he looks for his laughing place and embark on a thrilling adventure aboard a log ending in a 5 splashdown into a thorny Briar Patch!

The attraction didn’t get any new updates, it was just a yearly maintenance.

What are you waiting for? Head over to Frontierland to get a splash of fun and help you keep cool during those hot Florida days.

Bubble Waffle Served In Mickey Ear Hat At Disney Springs!

This new treat at Disney Springs is waffley cute!

The AristoCrêpes just announced that you can now get your favorite bubble waffle in a souvenir Mickey Mouse Ear Hat! So adorable for sure!

The dessert is big enough for 2 people to share and you can pick between their two bubble waffle flavors:

Salted Caramel Bubble Waffle: A bubble waffle topped with chocolate ice cream, pretzel pieces, whipped cream, crispy pearls and caramel sauce.
Strawberry Bubble Waffle: A bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, whipped cream and strawberry pearls.

The bubble waffle is $8.99 and for an additional $9 you can have it served in the Mickey Mouse Ear Hat! The hat is also for sale on its own in case you don’t feel like having some dessert at that moment.

The AristoCrêpes is located on the Marketplace side of Disney Springs and is open from 4pm – 10:30pm Monday through Friday and from 12pm – 10:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Trains collide on the PeopleMover in the Magic Kingdom

The accident occurred around 10:30am.

The world premiere of “Drawn to Life,” the new Cirque du Soleil show heading to Disney Springs is coming so soon! Still, April 17 (the premiere date) can’t come quick enough!

As the day draws closer and closer, Disney continues to reveal certain elements of the show. This time, we get a behind-the-scenes look at where the show will be taking place. The best part is, the cast got to see it for the first time during this behind-the-scenes look so we get to see their reactions!

We can’t decide which is better…the show venue or the cast’s awestruck faces when they see it for themselves!

Magical Maternity Photo Shoots Turned These Expectant Moms Into Disney Princesses. Photographer Vanessa Firme, of Brazil, was featured for her work on Good Morning America and showcased her knack to bring the “magic” out of these expectant momma’s by dressing them up as Disney Princesses.

Vanessa shared on Good Morning America: “These photos tell the mothers that they can all be whoever they want to be. It shows what happens after happily ever after.”

Belle (Before and After)

Vanessa also spoke with Indian Express, and explained the passion for these themed maternity shoots started after maternity-wear designer Amada Mae gave her a dress inspired by Disney’s live-action ‘Beauty and the Beast’ for the films premiere in 2017. Vanessa was working with a mum-to-be that was planning on naming her baby Bela, which was perfect for the Beauty and the Beast inspired shoot!

Vanessa said: “I thought how magical it would be for [Bela] when she saw her own mother dressed as the princess. People loved it and we decided to make more princesses.”

Vanessa does even more themed maternity shoots than featured. She recently shared a Maleficent maternity photo shoot to celebrate the release of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, and even creates shoots inspired by pop culture, iconic films and television, and superheroes! New ‘The Simpsons‘ Short Film Will Premiere Before Pixar’s ‘Onward‘. Disney and Fox announce the first cross over of Fox content with an all new short film, Playdate of Destiny. According to The Simpsons verified Instagram account, the short film, starring Maggie Simpson, will premiere before Disney-Pixar’s ‘Onward‘ in theaters only!

Christina Aguilera Recorded a New Version of ‘Reflection’ for Live-Action ‘Mulan’

Christina Aguilera Recorded a New Version of ‘Reflection‘ for Live-Action ‘Mulan‘. In the original animated film, ‘Reflection‘ was first performed by Lea Salonga as Mulan, but it was Christina Aguilera who immediately shot to fame at the age of 17 after recording a pop version of the song for the films credit scene.

Recently, Christina shared the news that she had not only re-recorded a new version of ‘Reflection’ for the film, but was a part of some new content for the latest live-action film by Disney.

“The live action Mulan is coming out by the way,” she announced to the crowd during a recent show at her Las Vegas residency, Xperience. “You have to go see it. I recorded a new “Reflection” and new material for the movie. I’ve been working on that, but this is the original.”

Speculation into Aguilera’s involvement with the film began after she surprised guests at the 2019 D23 Expo with a rendition of ‘Reflection‘ before the Legacy Award Ceremony, where she was inducted and made an official Disney Legend along with fellow animated Mulan star, Ming-Na Wen (Mulan). It will be exciting to see the new version of the song, likely also premiering during the films credit scene.
