There’s a new photo-op wall available in Disney Springs for a limited time! The photo backdrop is on a wall outside of Disney’s Days of Christmas store. The new photo wall is dedicated to Disney Channel’s Secrets of Sulphur Springs TV series. It’s a fun opportunity for Disney Springs visitors.
Secrets of Sulphur Springs is a mystery television series on Disney Channel. A brief synopsis of the show describes it as:
A 12-year-old boy and a thrill-seeking classmate discover a secret portal that allows them to travel back in time and uncover clues about a mystery involving a girl who disappeared decades ago from a Louisiana town.
Also, there’s a QR code on the wall in case fans want to see more content.
Be sure to check it out the next time you head toDisney Springs. You can even grab a meal at Earl of Sandwich while you’re over in that area for the photo wall!
‘WandaVision’ Finale Will Have the Longest Runtime Yet. Marvel Fans are very excited to see the conclusion on the WandaVision series on Disney+ and reportedly, Episode 9 will have the longest run time for the series, clocking in at 50 mins in length.
Though the total runtime for the series falls short of the previously shared “six hours” by series star Paul Bettany, we can’t help but be excited by what is to come in Westview, NJ!
Bettany had previously shared, “Oh, I don’t think that myself or Lizzie have ever been more surprised when Kevin pitched the idea to us. A and One, I thought I was being brought in to be fired; B and Two, I thought they were gonna let me down, you know, like, ‘Listen, Paul, we love you, but…’ And instead what he did was pitch this idea for a sort of six hour movie that I would never in a million years, which is why he’s the one earning the really big bucks, have thought of. And it’s so avant-garde and weird and messed up and then moves seamlessly into more familiar territory. But the place that it starts is so odd.”
Are you excited for the WandaVision Finale? How do you think the series will wrap? Who do you think will make their MCU debut in Episode 9? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
Be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for updates and all things Marvel!
WandaVision has been an epic ride that we can’t get enough of! Now we can celebrate the last moments as we count down to the finale, with a tasty WandaVision Starbucks drink! This is a “secret menu” kind of deal, but it is super easy to order!
You’ll want to start by ordering a green tea Frappuccino and asking for strawberry puree not blended in though! We got it with whipped cream and had it topped with Matcha powder, and strawberry drizzle to give it a little bit of extra dazzle.
The drink was cool, creamy and super refreshing on a hot afternoon in Disney Springs. It had just the right amount of zing, with a touch of sweetness. Just like our beloved super hero duo and their epic sitcom journey.
You don’t have to be at a Disney Starbucks to get this frosty beverage though! You can request it at any Starbucks by ordering it how we described above. So you can grab one at your local Starbucks, and enjoy it while watching WandaVision! I know I’ll be getting another one for when I watch the finale next week!
Epcot’s entrance is looking quite different than it did a year ago. The most recent change is a series of new flag poles installed at the front of the theme park. You can take a look at the new flag poles in our photos below.
We expect to see the Epcot logo flying on flags since the original concept art shows flag poles with the theme park symbol.
Other recent changes are the pylons and fountain sitting in front of Spaceship Earth. Three acrylic pylons, each standing over 16 feet tall and featuring the park’s logo, surround the fountain and hearken back to the creation of EPCOT. Their timeless design and vertical presence draw your eye upward toward the sky – perfectly framing views of Spaceship Earth.
There’s no doubt that Epcot’s main entrance area is undergoing a major transformation. For example, the original Leave a Legacy sculptures were removed months ago. But now Leave A Legacy lives on in a beautiful new setting just outside the park!
These newly designed panels are the first of many that will be installed outside the EPCOT touchpoints. They feature vibrant hues from the park’s new color palette. Along with the fresh look for Leave A Legacy, the beautiful fountain and gleaming pylons further illustrate the park’s transformation and the magic of possibility.
One of the best things to experience at Disney World is for sure the food! A few days ago we asked Chip and Co fans to share with us their favorite places to eat at Disney and we loved all your recommendations!
Whether you prefer to experience their breakfast, lunch or dinner options at the parks or resorts, there’s always a place for everyone:
One of the most popular places to eat at Disney is for sure Ohana! Located at the Polynesian Resort, this restaurant offers both breakfast and dinner options with food influenced by Polynesian flavors.
In the morning you can start your day with an American breakfast with Lilo and Stitch and other familiar friends! And at night you can enjoy a Hawaiian-style dinner with storytelling and games.
Another fan favorite place to eat is Be Our Guest! Imagine being able to enjoy french inspired food inside the Beast’s castle for an unforgettable dining experience, cool right?
This restaurant located inside Magic Kingdom offers lunch and dinner options that include 3 dining areas designed to immerse you in the enchanting story of Beauty and the Beast: The Grand Ballroom, the west wing and the castle gallery.
Imagine having lunch in a drive-in theater just like in the 50’s while you eat American cuisine and watch sci-fi movie clips! We love it already!
This restaurant is located in Hollywood Studios and its great to take a break from the park and immerse yourself in this classic dining option. Plus having lunch inside a car turned booth or table sounds pretty cool to us.
One of my favorite breakfast options is for sure Trail’s End! It offers breakfast, dinner and also brunch on the weekends!
Imagine getting to the Forth Wilderness Resort, taking a boat ride through the Seven Seas Lagoon and then getting to the campground where you will be able to enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet before heading to your favorite park. Sounds like a perfect day for sure.
Another popular place for breakfast at Disney is Chef Mickey’s! Located at the Contemporary Resort, this restaurant offers a buffet style breakfast plus a visit from Mickey and his friends!
Since Chef Mickey’s is so close to Magic Kingdom, it makes it a perfect option to get some food before heading to the park, all you have to do is hop on the monorail and start your day!
As a bonus, i want to mention my favorite place to eat at Disney and that is Boma!
This restaurant is located at Animal Kingdom Lodge and offers breakfast and dinner buffet style options featuring vibrant flavors from over 50 African countries along with favorite American classics.
Plus when you are there, don’t forget to check out the adorable exotic animals at the savanna.
We loved all your suggestions, another few favorites places to eat at Disney World were Tusker House at Animal Kingdom and Garden Grill at Epcot so don’t forget to check them out!
When we think of Vivoli Il Gelato, we tend to think of fancy milkshakes, luscious cannoli, and some velvety gelato. But did you know that you can also get breakfast at this Italian gelateria? No, we’re not suggesting that you have ice cream for breakfast (although we’re not discouraging you either!). Vivoli Il Gelato has some waffles to get your day started with a delicious bang! Now on their menu: Strawberry Waffles!
A freshly made waffle gets topped with strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. They also have a variety of coffee options that will complete this tasty morning treat. Vivoli Il Gelato opens at 10 AM and waffles are served until 12 PM, so be sure to arrive as soon as Disney Springs opens!
Get your morning energy from Vivoli il Gelato with a freshly baked waffle topped with strawberries, strawberry sauce and whipped cream! ? ? #DisneySpringspic.twitter.com/G4KujcyxT8
Once the clock strikes 12, stop by again for some more exciting menu options at Vivoli Il Gelato. Try a Cotton Candy Affogato, a Bombolato (a warm Italian donut with gelato inside), or a Peanut Butter Caramel Shake. Even if you’re not in the mood for dessert, you can order a Caprese Panini or a Nutella Latte. There’s an option for any time of day!
At any rate, keep your eyes on Vivoli Il Gelato! They are constantly coming out with new and innovative treats that you won’t want to miss. You can start with the Strawberry Waffle on your next trip to Disney Springs! Be sure to let us know what you think in the comments!
Universal Orlando is building a massive new store right inside Citywalk! This will replace the smaller store that is already there. Universal just put up the concept art of the new store, here’s a look.
Here is a look at the outside of the new Universal Studios Store. Its slogan is “Universal’s Premier Retail Experience”. If you zoom in on the window in the concept art you can see Mario and Luigi! We took a screenshot for you!

You can clearly see the two Super Mario Brothers! It seems very likely that we will be getting some Nintendo merchandise. Super Nintendo World just opened in Japan and I am hoping we get some of the same merchandise they have.
This also brings the question when Orlando will be getting Super Nintendo World! Hopefully, with merchandise coming, it means the land will soon follow. What are your thoughts? We are excited about a larger store! It’ll be nice if you forgot anything inside the parks and it won’t be as cramped.
First of all, on the outside you will notice that the red stripe now is outlined with black and also feature some black details under some windows.
Inside the color of the walls now feature a really bright red with the words “Monorail Red” on one corner and “Walt Disney World Monorail System” in the middle. It also has some red details around the ceiling, as well as some new warning signs above the doors warning guest to please stay clear of the doors or should we say “por favor mantengase alejado de las puertas.”
Due to social distancing measures, all the monorails now have vinyl dividers that separate the seat sections, as well as, distancing barriers in the rows to keep parties apart. No more seating all closed together.
And speaking of seats, they also got a makeover and are now gray, way better then those teal seats it had before. Take a look at the monorail red in action in the video below:
Monorail red is currently running between Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian and the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). The Polynesian monorail station continues under construction.
Last night the main centerpiece was installed for Harmonious in Epcot.
Although Disney has not yet determined when their next nighttime spectacular will debut, the Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Live Entertainment teams are hard at work building on that legacy with “Harmonious.”
Walt Disney Imagineering’s Zach Riddley shared news of this big update for Harmonious:
“Harmonious” is a global effort, truly embracing the magic of possibility. In recent weeks, Disney Live Entertainment technical designers across the country have been programming various elements of the show, from media and fountains to lighting and pyrotechnics, working in a completely virtual environment. Our music producers at Walt Disney Imagineering have been remotely directing recording sessions with an incredibly diverse array of musical artists, performing in studios around the world.
Once complete, “Harmonious” will be one of the largest nighttime spectaculars we’ve ever produced. We’re busy setting the stage of this innovative toolkit, preparing each of the show’s five floating platforms to take its place on World Showcase Lagoon. Positioned like a compass, these platforms house the primary show equipment for “Harmonious,” and on the recently-placed center platform stands an iconic six-story-tall central ring structure, supporting a high-density water curtain, moving lights, fountains and more.
Don’t forget the floating platforms for “Harmonious” will feature daytime fountains, providing new energy to World Showcase Lagoon before evening falls and the forthcoming nighttime spectacular begins at EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort
The newest way to make your day in Walt Disney World as simple as possible is by bringing a PopWallet. Or by buying the cute new Popwallets available at the Magic Kingdom. Whether you end up with the Small World version or the Tye-Dye Mickey version, this is going to be the accessory you don’t leave home without from now on.
So what is a PopWallet anyway? It’s an adhesive wallet that carries your cards and ID smoothly against your phone. It also has the PopSocket feature that helps you grip your phone better. The accessory attaches firmly and easily to your phone. It can be removed and repositioned. The bottom line is that it is a reusable small wallet, grip, and stand for your phone.
This isn’t the first time Disney has sold PopWallets or PopSockets in the parks. Disney Villains, the Mandalorian and Grogu, and the Haunted Mansion have all been featured on some version of these popular accessories. The new designs have a bright summery appeal.
The “It’s a Small World” PopWallet shows the artwork of Mary Blair, with the clock face prominently displayed on the PopSocket. The Tye-Dye Mickey PopWallet has a pastel background with tiny white Mickey head silhouettes swirling around. A large white Mickey head silhouette is centered in the PopSocket.
You can find these PopWallets at the Magic Kingdom for $29.99 each before tax or Annual Passholder discount. Do you use a PopWallet or PopSocket? Will you be buying one of these? Let us know in the comments!
