Spotted this morning Disney’s Rainbow Love Collection is rolling out to Theme Parks & Resorts. In celebration of Pride Month 2021 and the company’s Pride collection, The Walt Disney Company is donating funds as part of our ongoing commitment to organizations around the world that support LGBTQ+ communities.
The Walt Disney Company is launching a colorful array of global Pride products featuring Disney — and for the first time ever — Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars icons and characters.

The latest Dream Big Princess Dooney and Bourke collection featuring Moana is sailing in soon! This adventurous new collection docks at the Marketplace Co-Op on May 5th!
The new collection features Moana, Pua, Hei Hei, Maui, and the Kakamora! The large tote of the collection will feature an all-over canvas image, while the other silhouettes will have an all-over print! Moana’s grandmother can even be spotted in her sting ray form! Also sprinkled throughout the design is the quote “The sea is calling me”!
Disney is honoring Asian Pacific American Heritage Month for May with limited time treat offerings at Disney Springs. To celebrate, Amorette’s Patisserie is offering a Limited-Time Mulan Petit Cake & Jasmine Tea Cream Tart

First one to examine is the Mulan Petit, which sells for $22.00 plus tax. It’s matcha and lemon chiffon cakes with green tea simple syrup, ginger honey mousse, lemon curd, and candied ginger crumbs.

On April 29, 2021, the Florida Department of Health signed into law an order rescinding the order of March 1, 2020, regarding fully vaccinated people. In the newest order signed, Individuals who have been fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask except in limited circumstances. Also in the order was making all State level government offices should conduct business with in-person operations and services. Meaning that all government office buildings should open and fully go back operations.
The order states that 9 million Floridians have been fully vaccinated. There is still a State of Emergency order for the whole state. This helps with making sure everyone in the state is eligible for the Covid-19 vaccine. As of Monday, April 5, all Florida residents shall be eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration. Orlando itself is sitting around 46% of all residents who have been vaccinated.
I won’t go into the debate of the politics about masks or no masks. Not my job! I will point out though, this is for the State and Government at State and Local levels. This does NOT mean Disney or Universal must follow these orders. Disney, Universal, and all the local Theme Parks are privately owned and set the rules.
Walt Disney World resorts recently relaxed the mask policy for PhotoPass and taking pictures in the parks. Fully Vaccinated People must still wear a mask at all other times when inside the parks, resorts, or Disney Springs.

Catch a wave with the new Disney nuiMOs May Collection Monday May 3rd!
Those visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom will notice a change for Rainforest Cafe upon entering the theme park. Guests can once again make their way into Rainforest Cafe from inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Even though Rainforest Cafe opened last July, you were only able to enter the restaurant from outside the theme park. Now both entrances are open and guests can use the walkway inside the park.
Disney World property has two locations of the chain restaurant, Rainforest Cafe. You can find one at the entrance to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the other at Disney Springs. The menu ranges from burgers, appetizers, chicken, seafood, and ribs. You can also enjoy salads, soups, and yummy desserts, too.
At the Animal Kingdom location, there is an entrance to the Rainforest Cafe outside the park. Therefore, you don’t need a park ticket to enter. Also, the Animal Kingdom location is part of the Disney Dining Plan. So it’ll count as a table service credit per each member of your party.
You truly feel like you are in a rainforest during your dining experience. There is a mix of animatronic animals, such as gorillas and birds, among the interior vegetation. Plus, there’s a “rainstorm” that takes place every so often to add a thought of theatrical fun to dining.
May first brought us the reveal of the Loungefly styles coming in June. There were so many designs to love, but one of the most stunning collections was the new Cinderella Castle Loungefly collection. These designs went on pre-sale May 1st, and are sold out at many of the small shops, but don’t fret these styles will be released at Loungefly in June!
Show off your Disney fandom with this Cinderella Castle Series Mini-Backpack! The incredible geometric designs in hues of purple and blue really steal the show. The castle rises above Cinderella’s carriage while the Fairy Godmother casts her magic! On the backside of the bag, we see Cinderella’s transformation. The quote “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes” is also on the back in gold writing. This backpack is absolutely breathtaking, and also one of the most incredible castle designs I’ve ever seen.
For the crossbody, the same beautiful design wraps around the bag. The crossbody has a removable chain strap, and top handles to use as a handbag instead. Both the backpack and the crossbody have a Cinderella shield design zipper pull.
To finish off the look, there is also a matching flap wallet! This gorgeous wallet has plenty of pockets for all of our cards, and a zipper compartment!

New Set Photo Reveals Kamala Khan’s Super Suit for the Ms. Marvel Series Coming to Disney+. Now that both WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier have premiered on Disney+, Marvel fans can’t wait for the rest of Phase 4! One such series is the upcoming Ms. Marvel series, currently in production.
Back in 2020, we saw newcomer Iman Vellani in her initial “superhero costume” which looked like a Captain Marvel Halloween costume Kamala wears while crime-fighting in the earlier part of her hero career. Now, in 2021, we have our first look at Kamala Khan’s actual super suit! Check it out below:

Kamala Khan was also one of the main protagonists in the new Marvel’s Avengers video game that launched last September and is available for all major gaming consoles and platforms. It is currently unknown which elements of Kamala’s story from the comics will be added to the series. Adil El Arbi, Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon are set to direct various episodes, with Kevin Feige set as executive producer for the new series.

American Idol’s “Disney Night” Song Has Been Revealed! American Idol gets closer to crowning the winner on the all-new, magical “Disney Night” episode airing live coast to coast tonight, SUNDAY, MAY 2 at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST on ABC.
The special “Disney Night” episode will kick off the night with the results of the Comeback show. After the top nine travel to Walt Disney World for a one-on-one session with a celebrity mentor and inspiration from the Most Magical Place on Earth, the season’s top 10 contestants, including the Comeback winner, will perform a song from the renowned Disney songbook in hopes of securing America’s real-time vote. The top seven finalists will be revealed at the end of the episode.
