Academy Award® winner Emma Stone (“La La Land”) stars in Disney’s “Cruella,” an all-new live-action feature film about the rebellious early days of one of cinemas most notorious – and notoriously fashionable – villains, the legendary Cruella de Vil. “Cruella,” which is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, follows a young grifter named Estella, a clever and creative girl determined to make a name for herself with her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves who appreciate her appetite for mischief, and together they are able to build a life for themselves on the London streets. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion catches the eye of the Baroness von Hellman, a fashion legend who is devastatingly chic and terrifyingly haute, played by two-time Oscar® winner Emma Thompson (“Howards End,” “Sense and Sensibility”). But their relationship sets in motion a course of events and revelations that will cause Estella to embrace her wicked side and become the raucous, fashionable and revenge-bent Cruella.
“Cruella” stars Emma Stone, Emma Thompson, Joel Fry, Paul Walter Hauser, Emily Beecham, Kirby Howell-Baptiste and Mark Strong. The film is directed by Craig Gillespie, with screenplay by Dana Fox and Tony McNamara, story by Aline Brosh McKenna and Kelly Marcel & Steve Zissis, based upon the novel “The One Hundred and One Dalmatians” by Dodie Smith. “Cruella” is produced by Andrew Gunn, Marc Platt and Kristin Burr, p.g.a., with Emma Stone, Michelle Wright, Jared LeBoff and Glenn Close serving as executive producers.
*Cruella is PG-13 for some violence and thematic elements.
Cruella will premiere in theaters and via Disney+ Premier Access on May 28, 2021. For ticketing and more information CLICK HERE

Great News Amigos! The Three Caballeros have finally returned to The Gran Fiesta Tour in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion! After being on vacation since earlier this year fans are excited to welcome the trio back to Epcot!
Zach Riddley from Walt Disney Imagineering posted the following on his Instagram:
Our favorite three feathered friends have once again made their way back to The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros in the Mexico pavilion! A shout-out to our @waltdisneyimagineering team who lovingly restored these historic Audio-Animatronic figures from the ground up using the latest technology. A big congrats on their install at EPCOT last night!
These figures have a special place in @WaltDisneyWorld history – having been part of the original opening day attraction “Mickey Mouse Revue” at Magic Kingdom. This show – filled with nearly 100 Disney characters singing iconic songs – closed in 1980 and the crew went on tour to Tokyo Disneyland as part of that park’s opening day attractions in 1983. Donald, Panchito and Jose performed abroad for 26 years until the Mickey Mouse Revue played its last show to make way for Mickey’s PhilharMagic. It was then that our design teams hatched the plan to bring these figures back home to Florida where their tour started, joining the Gran Fiesta Tour in 2015.
It’s been quite a migratory journey for this fun-loving trio, and it’s great to have them back performing for our Guests in EPCOT. Stop by and say ¡Hola!

Yara Shahidi Shares Her Excitement About Playing Tinker Bell in ‘Peter Pan & Wendy‘. During the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards, Black-ish and Grown-ish star Yara Shahidi shared her excitement to portray Tinker Bell in the upcoming Disney+ Original Movie, Peter Pan & Wendy. Yara shared with interviewers:
“You know, Tinkerbell is really fun. I think what I like the most about this take is that Tinkerbell is coming with a lot of agency. She may be a famous sidekick, but I love the fact that she is driven and motivated in her own ways. I don’t want to give too much up, but I’m really looking forward to this adaptation.
Based on J. M. Barrie’s novel “Peter and Wendy” and inspired by the 1953 animated classic, “Peter Pan & Wendy” is the timeless tale of a young girl who, defying her parents’ wishes to attend boarding school, travels with her two younger brothers to the magical Neverland. There, she meets a boy who refuses to grow up, a tiny fairy and an evil pirate captain, and they soon find themselves on a thrilling and dangerous adventure far, far away from their family and the comforts of home.
Peter Pan & Wendy stars Jude Law (“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”) as Captain Hook; Yara Shahidi (“Grown-ish”) as Tinkerbell; Ever Anderson (“Black Widow”) as Wendy; Alexander Molony (“The Reluctant Landlord”) as Peter Pan; Molly Parker (“House of Cards”) as Mrs. Darling; Alan Tudyk (“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”) as Mr. Darling; newcomers Joshua Pickering as John; Jacobi Jupe as Michael and Alyssa Wapanatâhk as Tiger Lily; and Jim Gaffigan (“The Jim Gaffigan Show”) as Smee.

A couple of months ago we mentioned the DisneylandForward project, fans were excited to hear about all the exciting things that could possibly come to Disneyland in the years ahead. You can read all about that here.
One new expansion project being thrown around for Disneyland is their very own Indiana Jones-themed bar or for those of us familiar with the concept Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.
Here is a little more information on Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar:
In search of dining, drinks and décor far beyond the ordinary? Touch down at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.
This family-friendly waterfront outpost is a prime destination for explorers seeking casual fare with a daring flair and rare cocktail concoctions—surrounded by vintage aviation ambience inspired by the high-flying exploits of Indiana Jones’ intrepid pilot.
Set off on a thrilling culinary expedition with our Snakebite Sliders served with tomato-bacon jam. Share a taste of the action with your whole flight crew by splitting an order of Air Pirate’s Pretzels or seasonal flatbreads.
Enjoy beer flights, wine or discover our “spirits” of adventure: exotic, one-of-a-kind elixirs to complement your gourmet journey. Try the Fountain of Youth or The Scottish Professor, a snappy blend of Scotch whiskey and gin. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available.
The image above is posted on the DisneylandForward website with the following details.
This property could be the perfect location to cater to locals, conventioneers, hotel and Disneyland Resort guests with restaurants, hotels, live music, shopping, ticketed shows and theme park experiences modeled after the popular Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.
As of right now, there are no details or plans on adding an Indiana Jones-themed bar to Disneyland. I for one would love to see more Indiana Jones-themed experiences come to Disneyland. Those out west are very lucky to have the Indiana Jones Adventure ride and it would make perfect sense to have a Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar someplace close by the attraction.
Quite a few changes have happened at the Walt Disney World Resort recently in regards to health and safety measures. Masks are no longer required outdoors, physical distancing is being reduced, and park capacity is increasing. Another, more subtle, change is taking place. Entrance and exit signs at shops are being removed.
When Walt Disney World reopened after the pandemic closure, stores had an entrance and a separate exit. Signs were put up to indicate where guests should enter and where they should exit. These signs are now being removed and guests can enter and exit through any door.
Changes like this, along with the bigger changes, tell us that Disney World is getting back to more normal operations. What do you think about these changes?
