Pina Colada Dole Whips

New Pina Colada Dole Whips are available at Splitsville in Disney Springs. If you started singing Escape (the Pina colada song) by Rupert Holmes, you are not alone. Now I am stuck trying to figure out lyrics that go along with Pina Colada’s in Disney Springs at Splitsville Bamboo bar. Maybe by the end we will have worked out something.

Splitsville today posted about new drink available for your enjoyment while shopping, bowling or eating. This looks so yummy and refreshing. Reminds me of hot summer early evenings sitting outside at any Walt Disney World Resort pool.

Yara Shahidi Shares Her Excitement About Playing Tinker Bell in ‘Peter Pan & Wendy‘. During the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards, Black-ish and Grown-ish star Yara Shahidi shared her excitement to portray Tinker Bell in the upcoming Disney+ Original Movie, Peter Pan & Wendy. Yara shared with interviewers:

“You know, Tinkerbell is really fun.  I think what I like the most about this take is that Tinkerbell is coming with a lot of agency. Based on J. M. Barrie’s novel “Peter and Wendy” and inspired by the 1953 animated classic, “Peter Pan & Wendy” is the timeless tale of a young girl who, defying her parents’ wishes to attend boarding school, travels with her two younger brothers to the magical Neverland. There, she meets a boy who refuses to grow up, a tiny fairy and an evil pirate captain, and they soon find themselves on a thrilling and dangerous adventure far, far away from their family and the comforts of home.

Peter Pan & Wendy stars Jude Law (“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”) as Captain Hook; Yara Shahidi (“Grown-ish”) as Tinkerbell; Ever Anderson (“Black Widow”) as Wendy; Alexander Molony (“The Reluctant Landlord”) as Peter Pan; Molly Parker (“House of Cards”) as Mrs. Darling; Alan Tudyk (“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”) as Mr. Darling; newcomers Joshua Pickering as John; Jacobi Jupe as Michael and Alyssa Wapanatâhk as Tiger Lily; and Jim Gaffigan (“The Jim Gaffigan Show”) as Smee.

Is Disneyland getting their own Indiana Jones Bar?

Is Disneyland getting their own Indiana Jones Bar?

A couple of months ago we mentioned the DisneylandForward project, fans were excited to hear about all the exciting things that could possibly come to Disneyland in the years ahead. You can read all about that here.

Is Disneyland getting their own Indiana Jones Bar?

One new expansion project being thrown around for Disneyland is their very own Indiana Jones-themed bar or for those of us familiar with the concept Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.

Here is a little more information on Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar:

In search of dining, drinks and décor far beyond the ordinary? Touch down at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.

This family-friendly waterfront outpost is a prime destination for explorers seeking casual fare with a daring flair and rare cocktail concoctions—surrounded by vintage aviation ambience inspired by the high-flying exploits of Indiana Jones’ intrepid pilot.

Set off on a thrilling culinary expedition with our Snakebite Sliders served with tomato-bacon jam. Share a taste of the action with your whole flight crew by splitting an order of Air Pirate’s Pretzels or seasonal flatbreads.

Enjoy beer flights, wine or discover our “spirits” of adventure: exotic, one-of-a-kind elixirs to complement your gourmet journey. Try the Fountain of Youth or The Scottish Professor, a snappy blend of Scotch whiskey and gin. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

Is Disneyland getting their own Indiana Jones Bar?

The image above is posted on the DisneylandForward website with the following details.

This property could be the perfect location to cater to locals, conventioneers, hotel and Disneyland Resort guests with restaurants, hotels, live music, shopping, ticketed shows and theme park experiences modeled after the popular Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.

As of right now, there are no details or plans on adding an Indiana Jones-themed bar to Disneyland. I for one would love to see more Indiana Jones-themed experiences come to Disneyland. Those out west are very lucky to have the Indiana Jones Adventure ride and it would make perfect sense to have a Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar someplace close by the attraction.

Stay tuned to Chip and Co for more details.

Quite a few changes have happened at the Walt Disney World Resort recently in regards to health and safety measures. Masks are no longer required outdoors, physical distancing is being reduced, and park capacity is increasing. Another, more subtle, change is taking place. Entrance and exit signs at shops are being removed.

“For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Singalong Celebration” in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is reducing physical distancing and raising capacity since the weekend. The popular show is now seating guests in every row of the theatre.

Disney World has been making changes to its health and safety guidelines recently. One of those changes is the physical distancing measures. For instance, physical distancing is being reduced from 6 feet in outdoor areas of the resort. Two of the areas are entertainment locations in the parks.

Being in the yellow tier also means that indoor restaurants on Disneyland Resort property will be able to operate at a 50% capacity.

Orange County is currently in the Orange tier. Moving to the Yellow tier is coming just a week after it was announced that the county reached the threshold to move tiers. Usually, a county has to remain in the threshold for 2 weeks before being able to move.
