Cute Pastel Disney Baking Collection At Primark

Disney Baking Collection
Disney Baking Collection

I am absolutely loving that I have a Primark near me now, my husband might not be loving it so much though. For starters, check out this super adorable Disney Baking Collection I found! These baking goodies are not online inspired by Mickey, but come in pastel colors! These colors fit my kitchen so much better than the traditional red and bright yellow. The best part though is everything is under $7.00!

There is a measuring spoon set, which has a classic tablespoon, teaspoon, and half sizes. Each spoon is topped off with an adorable Mickey glove! I love that Mickey is giving us a “hand” with the baking. Best of all, these are just $2.00!

I can never have enough Disney cookie cutters. This set comes with four cutters; two Mickey heads, and also two Mickey gloves. There is a small and a large size for each shape. You’ll find these at the shop for just $3.00.

My favorite item from the collection is the mixing set! This comes with a large measuring cup, a whisk, spatula, and brush! All three utensils are heat-safe silicon, and the Mickey measuring cup is sprinkled with lots of colorful pastel Mickey icons! This set is also a steal at just $7.00 for everything!

Primark is a U.K.-based store from Ireland, however more and more locations continue to open here in the U.S.! You can look for a location near you here.

Orange County Mayor confirms indoor face mask mandate will remain

Orange County, Florida recently updated its mask mandate guidelines. Masks are no longer required outdoors. Walt Disney World also changed its mask rules to allow guests to go without masks while outdoors. Yesterday, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings confirmed that masks will still be required indoors for some time.

Related – Orange County FL Mayor lifts outdoor mask mandate

Mayor Demings set the threshold for the removal of the mandate at 5% COVID positivity or below. The mandate could also be lifted if Orange County reaches a vaccination rate of 70%, but the rate remains around 51% right now.

Mayor Demings believes Orange County will reach the next phase around July 4th. That would allow the county to completely remove the mask mandate.

Walt Disney World, as a private business, can still make its own health and safety policies. Currently, guests are required to wear face coverings in all indoor locations, except when actively eating or drinking while stationary and maintaining appropriate physical distancing. Face coverings are optional in outdoor common areas at Walt Disney World Resort, but are still required upon entering and throughout all attractions, theaters and transportation.

The Disney Cruise Line ships all have fun and relaxing pool areas for everyone in the family. For the little ones in your group, all ships have a kids’ water play area on board just for them. The water play areas on the other ships are themed to Finding Nemo, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck’s nephews. On the Disney Wish, children will have a tub-full of fun in a Toy Story-themed water play area.

The Toy Story Splash Zone is a water playground where Woody, Buzz and friends will be adorably reimagined as larger-than-life rubber bath toys that move and spray water at kids’ whim. This concept art gives you a glimpse behind the scenes at what characters will be featured in this fantastical new space.

Inspired by the Disney and Pixar short “Partysaurus Rex,” this bathtub-themed splash zone will combine the Old West of Woody’s Roundup with the intergalactic world of Buzz Lightyear, featuring two toddler-sized slides and pop jets, geysers and bubblers galore.

To complete the splish-splashing antics, everyone in the family will enjoy a trip down Slide-a-saurus Rex – a double-looping waterslide that sends guests plunging “down the drain” with the rest of the toys when the metaphorical bathtub overflows.

Other features of this playful pool district will include Trixie’s Falls — a six-inch-deep wading pool with a small fountain and waterfall — and Wheezy’s Freezies, a smoothie bar serving up refreshing fruit blends for the perfect cool-down treat.

The iconic friends of Toy Story are no strangers to Disney Cruise Line guests. Whether you’ve danced with them at the lively Pixar Pals Party, watched them celebrate friendship up on stage in the Walt Disney Theatre or played alongside them in Andy’s Room at Disney’s Oceaneer Club, chances are you’ve left one of the Disney ships humming that oh-so popular tune, “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.” Now, the Toy Story fun continues as the Disney Cruise Line fleet expands.

Fans of the wildest ride in the wilderness might be disappointed for a few days next month. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Magic Kingdom will be closed for a brief refurbishment from June 7 to June 12.

Big Thunder Mountain closing for brief refurbishment in June

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a fan-favorite, thrilling train coaster. The Disney World website describes it below:

“Legend has it that soon after gold was first discovered here in the 1850s, eerie things began to happen. Trains would take off and race through tunnels—by themselves.

After you arrive at the legendary Big Thunder Mining Company, descend into an abandoned mine shaft and board your train. As you enter the cursed cavern, the engine speeds up along the rickety track. Dodge exploding dynamite and falling boulders as you swoop around turns, drop into canyons and dart through the mysterious ghost town of Tumbleweed.

Your rip-roaring adventure proves that some legends are true. You’re sure to have a real blast!”
