To celebrate its 5th anniversary at Disney Springs, the bakery has officially announced a new concept coming to The Landing later this year: Six Ravens.

What is Six Ravens? While Gideon’s is famous for sugar, Six Ravens will focus on savory delights. The star of the menu is a creation called a “Coffyn,” which Lewis describes as “the original term for an old-school hand pie.”

These grab-and-go items will feature fluffy yeast bread filled with savory ingredients. In a move to support the local culinary community, the flavors are being developed in collaboration with some of Central Florida’s top chefs.

“After all, I got my start at Disney Springs as a secret menu item at the Polite Pig,” Lewis shared in the announcement. “It’s important to pay it forward and bring more local flavors to the international crowds we meet every day.”

Ramen Rumble 8: Battle of the Champions has sold out, returning to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs on Monday, February 2, 2026. Presented by Patina Group in partnership with Good Salt Restaurant Group, this fan-favorite foodie event once again blends bold flavors, fierce competition, and a big heart, with proceeds benefiting Give Kids the World.

Now in its eighth year, Ramen Rumble brings together seven past champions from Orlando’s thriving ramen scene for a true battle of broth. Chefs will compete for bragging rights, the coveted Broth Belt trophy, and a charitable donation made in their name.
