Disney Cruise Line Updates Stateroom Door Decoration Rules
Starting June 3, Disney Cruise Line is implementing an updated policy for stateroom door decorations. Passengers setting sail after this date will need to follow the new guidelines for their cabin doors.

While Disney Cruise Line still welcomes the tradition of personalizing your cabin door with magnets, new boundaries are now in place. Decor must be strictly confined to the stateroom door itself—no extensions onto corridor walls or ceilings are permitted.
To ensure a smooth sailing, keep these updated guidelines in mind:
- No Adhesives: Stick to magnets only. Tape and other adhesives are banned to prevent surface damage.
- No Over-the-Door Organizers: Hanging organizers are prohibited.
- No Media Elements: Sound and video decorations are not allowed.
- Protect Your Valuables: Avoid using expensive items, as Disney is not responsible for lost or damaged decor.

The Cost of Damage: Make sure your decorations are secure; guests will face a $100 fee per incident for any damage caused to the stateroom doors.
