Disney has released two new hats for LGBTQ+ Pride, and they are fantastic! The Rainbow Pride Mickey Merchandise includes a Mickey Ear Hat, and a Famous rainbow baseball cap. These fabulous items are also available at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World now!

The rainbow Mickey Ears, are something many have been hoping for. They have a bright red cap, with rainbow striped ears, and a pair of Mickey hands that forms a heart, with a rainbow stripe inside. The front embroidery is gorgeous detail that is full of love. The back of these are also customizable like the classic Mickey Ears too! You can find these at select Disney Parks locations where ears are sold for $17.99.

You probably already know how magical a Disney Cruise can be. But what about being on a Disney Cruise that features your favorite Broadway performers in a live concert? With Disney Cruise Line’s “Stars Set Sail” series, that is just what you will get! Presented by Disney Theatrical Productions, “Stars Set Sail” cruises bring the magic of Disney renowned Broadway and international shows right onboard to the Walt Disney Theater.

For fans of Broadway’s “The Lion King,” you will have the chance to see Alton Fitzgerald White. White performed for a record-breaking 4,308 performances as Mufasa on Broadway. Also, onboard for one special sailing is Jonathan Freeman. You might not be familiar with Freeman but I bet you know his voice! Freeman voice the evil vizier Jafar in the animated move “Aladdin” and portrays in the Broadway version.

Every “Stars Set Sail” performance aboard a Disney Cruise highlights the star’s original highlights and theatrical repertoire including their personal journey to Broadway. The special edition version of the Goldfish crackers are available in the original cheddar flavor. The yummy crackers within are a mix of regular goldfish, and red Mickey shaped crackers! There’s a very even mix of the two also, so there’s no worries about anyone losing out on their handful. When I first saw the Mickey shapes were red I was a bit hesitant. After reading the ingredients though, I’m happy to report the Mickeys are colored with beet juice and paprika extract. They had all the same tasty flavors as the original too.

There are also two different package variants available. One features a Smiling Mickey close up with lots of multi colored Mickey icons behind him. The other has a full body Mickey walking along with a wink, and says lots of things about our favorite mouse in the background. In order to keep their rides running smoothly and safely, Disneyland often needs to close attractions in order to perform maintenance on them or give them a fresh look. As much as we don’t like it when our favorite rides aren’t running, maintenance is necessary to keep guests safe during their park visits. That being said, here is a list of the rides and attractions undergoing refurbishment in May 2018 at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.

Disney has Revealed Tim Burton’s Dumbo First Look Image and Footage

Disney has revealed Tim Burton’s Dumbo first look image and footage!

Not only have we been treated to our first look at the title character in all his CGI glory, but those at CinemaCon were also able to view brief footage of the upcoming film.

The new footage revealed stars Colin Farrell, Danny DeVito, Eva Green and Michael Keaton, as they walked through a Tim Burton-created circus environment. And the circus looks pretty much exactly like you’d expect a Tim Burton-created circus to look! It was a fantastic teaser as we are less than a year away from it hitting the big screen!

Tim Burton’s live-action remake of Dumbo finished filming in November and is currently in the post-production phase!

The remake stars Colin Ferrell as Holt Farrier.  Farrier is a war veteran and former circus star from Kentucky.  He finds his life significantly different when he returns home from war. Small circus owner, Max Medici, played by Danny DeVito, hires Farrier to care for a newborn elephant which his children befriend. While at first the baby elephant is the laughing stock a circus struggling to get by thanks to his oversized ears, things change when the children learn that this elephant can fly!

Directed by Tim Burton and written by Ehren Kruger, the story is based on a storyline written by Helen Aberson. It is loosely inspired by Walt Disney’s 1941 animated classic of the same name.

The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on March 29, 2019.

I don’t know about you, but those images of Dumbo are so sweet!  I cannot wait until Disney releases the first trailer for this upcoming movie!

There is no better way to cool off on a hot day than sipping on a Grand Marnier Slush. Over in France is Les Vins des Chefs de France, a kiosk serving up wine, champagne and two sweet slushes.

The Grand Marnier Slush is an adult slushie made with Grand Marnier (of course!), Rum, Grey Goose Orange and orange juice. This sweet, citrusy, slushie is a great way for adults to cool off, relax and enjoy the World Showcase in Epcot.

A Grand Marnier Slush will run guests $10.75 but we think it is worth every last penny! And we definitely wouldn’t blame you if you decided to hang around and give the Citron Slush a try as well.
