Disney announced they will be live streaming details about the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at this weeks panel presentation at Star Wars Celebration this weekend.

Tune in to the HERE on Saturday from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CST as we join the biggest Star Wars fans at the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago for “Bringing Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to Life at Disney Parks.” This panel is dedicated to all things Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and features Chris Beatty, Asa Kalama, Margaret Kerrison and Scott Trowbridge from Walt Disney Imagineering and Doug Chiang and Matt Martin from Lucasfilm.

Annual Pass Character Night at Disneyland Paris!

Character Night is the next Annual Pass special event at Disneyland Paris! This exciting, private party will be held on Friday 13th September in Disneyland Park from 10 pm to 3 am!

This will be the 6th Annual Pass special event to take place at Disneyland Paris and boy it sounds like fun as Disney Characters will take over the entire Disneyland Park! Each land is said to welcome its own special guests: immersed in their surroundings allowing the characters to evolve in their stories. This event promises emotions, adventures and so many surprises… sounds like the most magical evening of the year with the chance to meet more than 100 Disney Characters!

A new meet and greet system will be set up during the event to allow everyone to meet multiple characters. Alongside this excitement, the park will open late with all the attractions and a selection of restaurants and shops as well.

A brand new show will also take place during Character night in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle staring many beloved Disney Characters from fan-favourite Walt Disney Animated Classics.

Single price of €45/person. The special event is exclusively for Magic Plus and Infinity Annual Pass members. The new Annual Passholder Merchandise is out now at the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival. Disney released new mugs, shirts, hats and more.

So far the lines aren’t as long as they were on the first day.

These photos were taken at the Odyssey center but the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival Annual Passholder Merch is also available at Mouse Gears and various shops around the World Showcase.

New Passholder Magnet At EPCOT Featuring Daisy Duck

There is a new Annual Passholder Magnet in town! Annual Passholders can pick up this magnet featuring none-other-than Daisy Duck today through June 3, or while supplies last. This new design is being offered during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Annual Passholders can pick up their magnet at either Mouse Gear or Port of Entry. Mouse Gear is located near the Fountain of Nations in Future World while Port of Entry is located at the entrance of The World Showcase. Valid annual pass card, as well as photo ID, must be shown to pick up the magnet.

The newly designed Annual Passholder Magnet features Daisy Duck in front of a coral background. The background includes daisies which are so fitting not only for the character but also because this magnet is being offered during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Everything about this magnet just encompasses Spring!

Walt Disney World has released Annual Passholder magnets fairly regularly and passholders look forward to the new themes during the many different festivals as well as during different times of the year. Figment, one of the most beloved characters, recently was featured on a magnet design during the International Festival of the Arts.

There is a new Joffrey’s Coffee Company quick-service location opening at the ESPN Wide World of Sports that is opening on April 12, 2019!

The new quick-service location will still offer your classic flavors and favorites; however, there will be new items exclusive to this Joffrey’s Coffee Company location! The new “Game Changer” is a cold brew specialty beverage with a shot of espresso and Irish Cream. This new Game Changer really lives up to its name with a boost of energy it gives. In addition, the location also provides breakfast sandwiches, acai bowls, and artisan-roasted coffees, teas, lattes, and pastries!

The General Manager of ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex has expressed his excitement for these new enhancements that will be offered to guests, “Our fans, athletes and spectators have really enjoyed Joffrey’s Mobile Coffee Trucks, so we are thrilled to permanently include Joffrey’s Coffee & Teac Co. to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex”. “Funtime with Toy Story 4” is coming to Tokyo Disneyland Resort

In Tokyo Disney Resort for 80 days from June 14th to September 1st Tokyo Disneyland Resort will be hosting “Funtime with Toy Story 4”

In “Funtime with Toy Story 4”, the new character “Forky” from the movie “Toy Story 4” will be appearing. Forky is a toy that Bonnie, the current owner of Woody and Jesse made at a kindergarten and is Bonnie’s absolute favorite. However, Forky assumes that he is not a toy but trash, so he tries to run away from Bonnie and his friends.

In “Funtime with Toy Story 4”, in addition to implementing an expedition program to search for Forkey at Tokyo Disneyland, a new photo spot will be available at both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.

Guests can search for forkys based on the special map if you find all of the forks you will receive this very cute sticker.

Merchandise

Tokyo Disneyland will be selling about 50 items featuring the characters from “Toy Story 4”. In addition to Forky’s stuffed toy badges there will other items such as tote bags, mini towels and more.

Foods

Tokyo Disney will be selling all sorts of foods to enjoy from the movie such as drinks, meal kits, and even our favorite desserts! Here is a peek of some of the food items you will be able to sample at both theme parks.

Each of the two parks will have a photo location where you can take pictures with the character decorations that appear in the movie Toy Story 4.

Disneyland Hotel

The Disney Ambassador Hotel’s lobby lounge “Hyperion Lounge” and the Deli Cafe “Tic Tac Diner”, and the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel’s Lobby Lounge “Dreamers Lounge” will offer special menus. Here is a look at some of the items available.

Even the Disney Resort Line will be giving away these cute cards to guests.

Spring Menu Preview at Disney Springs B Resort and Spa American Kitchen

We were invited to visit the new Disney Springs area B Resort & Spa to try out the new “Spring Menu” in the resort’s restaurant, American Kitchen. This four-hour long event and 7-course meal of savory delights finished by a sweet ending has us eager to return for more!

As an official Walt Disney World® Hotel, B Resort & Spa allows you to revel in the excitement of the theme parks, found just outside our doors, as well as benefits exclusive to our guests. Enjoy FastPass+ access, Extra Magic Hours, complimentary shuttles to and from the parks as well as resort perks like family-flexible rooms, a variety of on-site dining, and a full-service spa, perfect for helping you wind down after a long day of adventure.”- B Resort & Spa website

The American Kitchen is located centrally in the resort and easily accessible from the main lobby. The very “Americana” vibe flows throughout the kitchen with a “farm to table” fresh feeling. You can treat yourself to breakfast served 7am to 11am, Lunch served 12pm to 5pm, or dinner served 5pm to 10pm seven days a week with the bar serving 12pm to 12sm daily.

The “Spring Tasting Menu” offered for the event was a 7-course marathon extravaganza of food! Starting off with “Bread Service” featuring American Kitchen Signature Umami Butter! So delish!

Next was a “Small Bites Tour” featuring a Carn Con Queso Eggroll, Fried Chicken “Oyster” Tempura Avocado followed up by the AK Wedge. A baby iceberg, charred scallion blue cheese, house bacon, heirloom tomatoes, with red onion.

The tasting was followed up by a Smoked Fried Chicken with house aioli, coleslaw, and pickled onion topped with house pickles.

On to the next! Beet Root Ravioli(tasted better than it sounds) is a house made beetroot ricotta ravioli and local goat cheese toasted pine nut and beet “soil” with citrus.

East Coast Bouillabaisse featuring local white fish, Florida rock shrimp, scallops, mussel, Peruvian potato, lobster broth, and a big slab or crusty bread!

Finally, our main course, the 120 day dry aged Certified Angus Beef Tomahawk Ribeye served with three potato gratin and steakhouse mushrooms.

If you love desserts like me you must try The Candy Bar! Not only is the presentation beautiful, but the taste is also divine. It is a house made bourbon vanilla nougat on a milk chocolate hazelnut

The menu at The American Kitchen is extensive and you can find something for everyone. I had an excellent time and will be back with the family soon!

Magic Kingdom Park Introduces the Disney Plant Based Cuisine Guide

Disney Parks are known for accommodating guests who have special diets based on lifestyle choices, circumstances, or allergies. Now there is a new resource for those specifically looking for plant-based options. The Disney Plant Based Cuisine guide was introduced today at Magic Kingdom Park. The guide lists 26 different locations through the park including table service, quick service, and snack locations that offer plant-based selections. The guide also lists the ingredients in the item so if a guest is trying to avoid something specific this resource makes it very easy to do so.

The restaurants included are all throughout the park and include many restaurants that may not come to mind when considering plant-based options. Over 75 different options are included in the tri-fold brochure making it simple for those who have a vegetarian diet to find something to eat. A leaf icon notates selections free of animal products, milk, eggs, and honey. The guide also mentions that popcorn and soft pretzels available throughout the park are vegan selections.

The Disney Plant Based Cuisine guide is available now and can be picked up at locations throughout the park, including all table-service and quick-service restaurants, the guest experience podiums, and both the City Hall and Liberty Square Ticket Office Guest Relations locations.
