You Now Can Visit “The Real ‘Up’ House”

The Real Up House

Carl and Ellie would be proud if they could see this wonderful replica of their house created by the ultimate Disney fans- Lynette Hamblin and her family. These fun folks live in the heart of Herriman, Utah and are not too shy about showing off their house.

As you can see, the exterior of the house has the same vibrant colors and classic design that ‘Up’ viewers fell in love with while watching the movie. Even the interior is decorated as close to the movie’s as possible! Simply head over to the website to view more photos.

You Now Can Visit “The Real ‘Up’ House”

The Hamblin family does allow a limited number of special occasion photshoots, but those who are interested must make an inquiry first. To schedule one for yourself, click here.

Lynette doesn’t just stop at showing off their beautiful home on their website, though. She also keeps a blog of their family adventures and even offers movie reviews! She wouldn’t want any “young Wildnerness Explorers” to see anything that’s not appropriate for their age.

So whether you are going to plan a visit to this awesome Disney & Pixar replica or simply scroll through the photos on the website, there is sure to be some fun in store for you!

New Menu Items Debut at Choza de Margarita in Epcot

New Menu Items Debut at Choza de Margarita in Epcot

There are a few new menu items at Choza de Margarita in Epcot!

A few of our fiesta favorites have been taken off the menu at this margarita stand and replaced with some new tequila-filled friends.

The Mayan Mule (grapefruit flavored) and the Fuego Verde (smokey jalapeno) have been removed from the menu.

Here to replace them are the Spicy Blackberry and Smoky Pineapple margaritas! Yum!

The Spicy Blackberry consists of Mezcal Gracia a Dios Blanco, Lime Juice, Blackberry Puree with a hint of Jalapeno with Black Ant Salt Rim. You can sip on this for $14.50.

The Smoky Pineapple includes Mezcal Ilegal Blanco, Pineapple-Ginger Juice, and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and Tajin Chile-Lime Powerd Rim. This will cost you $15.50.

These new delights are both offered “on the rocks” rather than blended.

Fans Are Cancelling Disney+ Subscriptions After ‘The Mandalorian’ Finale

Fans Are Cancelling Disney+ Subscriptions After 'The Mandalorian' Finale

Fans Are Cancelling Disney+ Subscriptions After ‘The Mandalorian‘ Finale. “Baby Yoda” is not pleased that Star Wars Fans are allegedly cancelling their Disney+ subscriptions after the Season 1 finale of The Mandalorian. Some subscribers have taken to social media to share that they plan to cancel their subscription now that The Mandalorian Season 1 is over.

The Star Wars Series has become extremely popular among fans and the supposed subscription cancellations are mostly in jest, as are most posts on the internet these days. Though likely there are those who will step away from the service until the premiere of Season 2 in Fall 2020, it’s unlikely everyone who posts about cancelling will be likely to do so, but it is humorous non-the-less. Check out some of the tweets from fans who claim to be backing out of Disney+ (for now…)

The Mandalorian‘ Ends Season 1 With A 100% Score From Rotten Tomatoes. Turns out fans and critics can agree on something, everyone loves The Mandalorian on Disney+! The Series as a whole sits at a fresh rating of 94% for the entire first season.

Comicbook.com critic, Brandon Davis shared his take on the finale.

“It’s all so impressively executed, resulting in the best Star Wars content in years. The Mandalorian‘s pace of storytelling is masterful, with each entry earning a well-timed action sequence that appears to be above television standards. A man whose face is not seen until the final episode is made to be interestingly human and his allies each have their own respective highlights in the final episodes. And, well, Baby Yoda is just adorable every time it graces the screen — especially when it is saving the day in epic fashion. The show is a well-balanced adventure through the galaxy, full of hope, thrills, and triumph.”

The same sentiment is found across the board by critics from Forbes to Rolling Stones. Everyone seems to love the Season 1 finale and hopes are high for Season 2, set to release in Fall 2020 exclusively on Disney+.

Many fans also took to social media to share their approval of the series so far and excitement for the new season set to premiere in Fall 2020 according to showrunner Jon Favreau. Many fans are also calling for directors in the series to get their shot at directing more Star Wars films due to their impeccable work in the series, primarily directors Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok) and Deborah Chow (Untitled Kenobi Disney+ Series).

Young Fan Uses Imagination to Create Disney Parks Bag Dress

Young Fan Uses Imagination to Create Disney Parks Bag Dress

Young designer, Sierra Woods, has just created a sophisticated and unique design, named the Disney Parks Bag dress, that is quickly going viral.

Young Fan Uses Imagination to Create Disney Parks Bag Dress

Sierra, from Sullivan, Wisconsin, created this beautiful design using 20 park bags found at Walt Disney Parks, duct tape, and faux flowers as part of a school project in which she lovingly named her creation, “Disney Princess”.

Young Fan Uses Imagination to Create Disney Parks Bag Dress

We can see why, as this ballgown is giving us serious live-action Cinderella vibes with the faux flowers lining the top of her bodice and featured on her head crown.  It is absolutely gorgeous!  We hardly notice it is made out of plastic bags!

Young Fan Uses Imagination to Create Disney Parks Bag Dress

The bodice of the Disney Parks bag dress is made completely of blue duct tape and faux flowers, while her skirt features a floor-length skirt.  We can’t begin to imagine the patience this took to sew together.

Check out the video below from News 4 San Antonio with the captions, “How Creative! Sierra Woods used Disney Parks plastic bags to create this dress.”

You did an amazing job, Sierra!  We just have two questions for you.  Where can I get this dress? What will you be making next?!  We think you have an amazing designing career ahead of you if that’s what you choose to do, keep working hard!
