New Foods coming to the Epcot International Festival of the Arts for 2020

At a media preview for the Epcot International Festival of the Arts we were given a first look at some of the new foods showing at the event for 2020.

One of the new items is this new Pistachio Panna Cotta in the shape of a rose.

Who doesn’t love a corned beef sandwich on rye?

I for one LOVE popcorn and I am going to be looking forward to trying this new Popcorn flight!

To wash it down they also have some tasty beverages available.

Who doesn’t love a little bit of the bubbly?

2020 Epcot Festival of the Arts Figment’s Brush with the Masters Scavenger Hunt

At a media preview today we were given a first look at the Epcot International Festival of the Arts Figment’s Brush with the Masters Scavenger Hunt!

The map this year looks like a palette to go with the Brush with the Masters theme.

Your prize for completing the challenge is this very cute paint bucket with a little surprise inside.

This year’s prize is this fun Figment puzzle.

We will have pricing soon but the scavenger hunt will be found all over Epcot when the Epcot Festival of the Arts starts on January 17th!

First Look inside Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along in Epcot

We have a first look inside the all-new Beauty and the Beast Sing-a-long in the France Pavilion in Epcot.

The new show is directed and produced by Don Hahn, producer of the animated and live-action “Beauty and the Beast” films, and invites guests to participate in a twist on a tale as old as time. It also features narration from Angela Lansbury, who played Mrs. Potts in the original film.

The new sing-along will run in rotation with “Impressions de France,” which will receive an upgrade to 4K projection.

While we can show you the all-new film we can show you the new lobby area:

Adorned with props from the Live Action movie this new area sets the scene for the all new film.

If you are a fan of the animated film you are going to love how Disney has revived this tale as old as time… It opens January 17th, 2020.

The Epcot Internation Festival of the Arts starts on January 17th, 2020! From Culinary, Performing and Visual arts to some of your favorite Disney artists it truly an Artful time of year in Epcot!

We have a first look at the 2020 Festival Passport including a peek at an all-new Spirit Jersey!

One item we want to highlight from the passport is an all new Figment Spirit Jersey for 2020.

This new purple and orange Figment Spirit Jersey was a wonderful surprise!

Epcot International Festival of the Arts runs from January 17th – February 24th, 2020.

New Reversible Sequin Figment Minnie Ears For Festival of the Arts

Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts returns January 17, and we have a first look at a brand new work of art! By work of art, I mean these stunning new Figment Minnie Ears, that also have reversible sequins! This also marks that the festival is really growing, now that it is getting its very own themed ears!

I did mention reversible sequins right? These are the first time we have also seen reversible sequin Minnie ears from the Disney Parks too! You can swipe the sequins down for purple, or up for a gorgeous rainbow. Instead of a bow, the ears have a paint roller featuring our favorite Mascot Figment, that has the logo for the festival on it.

The theme for this year is definitely all about the paint splashes, and I am loving the very purple color scheme of these ears too.

Churray! The 80’s are back!

We are talking about the Disneyland After Dark 80’s Nite happening at Disneyland Park on January 29! Where you will be able to access to the park after hours and enjoy delicious food options like the Peanut Butter Pieces Churro!

This tasty treat consists of a chocolate churro drizzled with peanut butter sauce and orange and yellow sprinkles. Definitely a must have for all peanut butter lovers.

You can get it exclusively at the Disneyland After Dark 80’s Nite. Check out everything you can enjoy during that special event here.

Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie in Epcot Updates Their Menu

Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie, a quick-service dining location in Epcot, has updated their menu. Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie is found near the exit of Le Palais du Cinéma which houses Impressions de France and the new Beauty & the Beast Sing-Along.

Some new food and beverage offerings were added to the menu as well as price increases on older menu items. New offerings include Soupe de Poitiron and Croissant Sale. Also, some items were removed from the menu like Vichyssoise, Cappuccino Glacé (Iced Cappuccino), and Granité à la Fraise (Strawberry Smoothie).

These Disney Ice Cream sandwiches are made with light ice cream with 1/2 the fat and 1/3 the calories of full-fat ice cream!

Seven Year Old Claire Crosby Crushes Her Cover of “Into the Unknown” from “Frozen II”

Claire Crosby, seven year old YouTube singing sensation, has been uploading Disney covers since she was a young toddler.

Sometimes she sings with her father, Dave Crosby, and sometimes she crushes it by herself, like her recent cover of Into the Unknown from Frozen II.

Claire has been in love with Disney since the release of the original Frozen, so of course she had to make a cover when the second one came out!

This girl is AMAZINGLY TALENTED! She clearly loves what she does and it’s very inspiring. She is living proof that you are never too young to accomplish anything.

From the costume changes to the intensity in Claire’s voice when she sings, you can tell that she’s a pro!

Pandora Disney Valentine’s Collection Is Out Of This World

Pandora Jewelry is taking off with style for this year’s Disney collection for Valentine’s Day! The Pandora Disney Valentine’s Collection for 2020 will debut three new pieces soon! The Art of Pandora revealed pieces inspired by Space Mountain, Star Wars, and of course, the Disney castle.

The most romantic of the pieces is the Disney Parks Couples Forever charm. The charm features a two dimensional castle shape that has clear gems sprinkled throughout. A second dangle charm hangs in front of a couple wearing Mickey ears, and locking arms. Honestly, could this charm get any sweeter?

Space Mountain first opened in 1975, which makes this the 45th anniversary! Fans of the iconic space coaster will love this attractions inspired charm. The swirling cage bead with gems definitely captures the look of the ride in a very elegant way. Plus there is a dangling disc that displayed the attraction’s logo engraved upon it.

Lastly we have the Millennium Falcon, which might also be my favorite one of the three. Like the castle this features two dangle charms, that combine to create a stunning overall look. The main charm is an incredibly intricate recreation of the Millennium Falcon. A second charm dangles in front featuring the Star Wars logo. The combination of the two is simply perfection!

These stunning new Pandora Disney Valentine’s Collection is already available in some overseas Disney Parks, and will be arriving at Disneyland and Walt Disney World soon!

Epcot’s Monorail Refurbishments Have Been Delayed

I reported to you earlier this month that there would be some schedule changes to the Epcot monorail system due to construction. Disney is planning some beam work. This would have pushed the opening times for the monorail back to 10am starting January 13th. It would have affected Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday’s schedule to give them the ability to get this work done. But now it appears there has been a delay for that scheduled work.

Disney has since stated that that work will be temporarily delayed. So as of now from January 13-15 and 20-22 the Epcot monorail will run starting at 7:30am. So this is lucky for those who have trips planned those days. Now there will not be an inconvenience in your transportation plans getting to and from Epcot. This construction however is still being planned to happen soon. So for those who it may affect in the near future here are some alternative methods of transportation to and from Disney’s Epcot.

The bus system can bring you to and from the Disney hotels or other Disney parks. The friendship ferry boats can bring you from the Epcot area hotels and Hollywood Studios. Also, the new Skyliner system can give you access to Epcot from Pop Century, Art of Animation, Caribean Beach Resort, Hollywood Studios, as well as from Disney’s New Riviera Resort. You should make note that these alternate routes of transportation can sometimes take longer than using the monorail system. Please plan accordingly.
