A special exclusive Star Wars shopping event is coming soon to Disneyland for Legacy Passholders!
This shopping event will be for Disneyland Legacy Passholders and will require a reservation. Passholders will be able to purchase exclusive May the 4th merchandise.
The May the 4th products will be available only to Legacy Passholders through the event and while supplies last. Any products leftover may be made available across the Disneyland Resort.
Walt Disney World theme park hours have been released for the week of July 4 through July 10! Previously, hours were only available through July 3, 2021.
Magic Kingdom hours remain the same as the previous week. The park will be open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Park Hopper hours still start at 2 pm and end at park close.
Epcot was previously scheduled to open at 11 am and close at 9 pm every day the week before. Now, the park will be open daily from 11 am to 10 pm the previous week through July 10th.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios park hours will remain the same. The park will open at 9 am and close at 7 pm.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom park hours will also stay the same. The park will be open daily from 8 am to 6 pm.

Josh D’Amaro visits Cast members on a whirlwind tour. He did the ultimate park hopping experience yesterday. 4 parks, 7 hotels, one water park, Disney Springs, WDI, Disney Vacation Club, and Cast Health Services (free vaccines for Cast). While that was all going on he is still preparing for Disneyland’s reopening, scheduled for later this month. Josh has been making sure to spend time hearing from Cast members, visiting and making time for them at each stop. Recently we have reported on Josh D’Amaro visits the new Star Wars Resort construction. Also, his statement where he made sure all cast members felt welcome “It’s important to me to share how we’re creating a place where everyone is welcome and taking action to create meaningful change.” Which went along with the changes to Cast member’s uniforms and hairstyles and tattoos.

Hey cheese lovers! We have an ooey, gooey recipe for you, a Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich!
This yummy treat from ABC Commissary at Disney Hollywood Studios is a must have! Its cheesy and melty with a hint of heat from the buffalo sauce, delicious! You can have it with some fries or a salad or even some tomato soup, it’s your choice!
Combine cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until combined. Add hot sauce and beat until incorporated.
Add chicken and beat for 30 seconds. Add additional buffalo hot sauce, if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat a large skillet over medium-low hear for 5 minutes.
Place 4 slices of sourdough bread on a large cutting board and top each with one slices of provolone cheese. Evenly divide buffalo chicken filling among the 4 sandwiches. Top with remaining slices of provolone and bead.
Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on both sides of each sandwich.
Cook on preheated skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, until desired doneness.

The Research and Development team for Walt Disney Imagineering has outdone themselves once again! They successfully built a walking Groot robot as part of Project Kiwi. The walking character looks and moves just like the popular Guardians of the Galaxy team member. Even though it’s not ready for usage yet, the walking Groot robot demonstrates how Disney is working on designing new character experiences with technology.
Disney Imagineering’s Project KIWI started three years ago as a way to figure out how to bring smaller characters to life at their actual scale in authentic ways. It may not be ready for Disney Parks yet, but this technology looks promising for the next generation of animatronic figures.

In the meantime, Epcot is busy working on the construction of the Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is an upcoming indoor roller coaster at Epcot. The attraction is being constructed on the site of the former Universe of Energy attraction. It’s the first Marvel Comics themed attraction for Walt Disney World.
The ride is based on the popular MCU Guardians of the Galaxy movie series. It’s a roller coaster with vehicles capable of rotating a full 360 degrees. Another unique feature of the roller coaster is that it will launch backwards! Guests will enjoy launching backwards into space while joining the Guardians crew on their mission. Saving the galaxy with Marvel superheroes will be a fun new adventure for guests at Epcot!
Just in time for “May the Fourth” comes a new R2-D2 LEGO Set celebrating the Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary! This incredible figure-building set will be available May 1st exclusively at LEGO!

Gideon’s Bakehouse Cookie Bites are simply amazing! We spent the morning going to the East End Market location to get our hands on these new bites. We enjoy the Disney Springs location, and would rather be at Disney. Not knocking the East End, just saying it’s Disney! Anyway, East End had the new mugs we wanted along with single bites. Disney Channel has picked up a second season of its time-travel mystery series, “Secrets of Sulphur Springs.” Since its Jan. 15 premiere, the series has reached 8.4 million total viewers, ranked as the #1 series across all television with Girls 6-11, and the #1 live-action series on DisneyNow. The announcement was made today by Reena Singh, senior vice president, Development and Current Series, Disney Branded Television. Production on season two will begin in June.
“Our brilliant executive producers, Tracey Thomson and Charles Pratt Jr., along with a supremely talented cast and crew, have truly created a captivating series that keeps our viewers guessing,” Singh said. “Now that the disappearance of Savannah has been solved, we look forward to a season of all-new puzzling plots and storylines for kids and families to unravel in the mysterious southern town of Sulphur Springs.”
Filmed and set in Louisiana, the first season of “Secrets of Sulphur Springs” followed 12-year-old Griffin Campbell (Preston Oliver), whose world has been upended by his father, Ben (Josh Braaten), after he moves the family from Chicago to take ownership of an abandoned hotel property, The Tremont. Now, the family—which also includes Griffin’s mother, Sarah (Kelly Frye), and his younger twin siblings, Wyatt (Landon Gordon) and Zoey (Madeleine McGraw)—live in The Tremont in hopes of restoring it to the lively vacation destination it once was. On his first day at his new school, Griffin hears rumors that the hotel is haunted by the ghost of Savannah (Elle Graham), a girl who disappeared decades ago. He soon meets and befriends Harper (Kyliegh Curran), a thrill-seeking classmate, and they discover a secret portal that allows them to travel back in time and uncover clues about the town mystery.
Season two will take a deeper look into Harper’s family history and their connection to The Tremont hotel. What will start as a fact-finding mission will soon turn into a high-stakes adventure that could forever change her friendship with Griffin.
The first season of “Secrets of Sulphur Springs” is currently streaming on Disney+ and available in DisneyNow.
