I’m on cloud nine admiring the newest Disney dress. That’s because it’s a Mickey Balloons Dress! I absolutely adore Mickey balloons, I mean what Disney fan doesn’t? This dress is showered in colorful Mickey balloons and has a fabulous vintage vibe.
This stunning swing dress has a classic silhouette that is sleeveless and a v-neck. It gathers at the waist and then falls into a flowing skirt perfect to twirl in. There is a beautiful all-over print of Mickey balloons, in different sizes and colors, which is perfectly whimsical!
The back has a crisscross style, and the sides are smocked for a roomy stretch. My favorite part about all of the colors is how fun it makes accessorizing the dress! There are so many purse and shoe combos you can pull of with it. Plus, the dress has pockets!
Watch the hilarious video of Skippers Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt surprising Disneyland guests as they take the helm of the famous Jungle Cruise ride—with a little so-called “help” from Jack Whitehall.
New Minnie Mouse Collection at Epcot’s Italy Pavilion. “Ciao Bella” is a new collection of Minnie Mouse-inspired merchandise at the Italian Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. It features new Minnie Ears, along with mugs and glasses. Also including, plates and shirts and various other knickknacks with Minnie’s black and white bow.
The “Ciao Bella” reminds us of the Mickey Mouse Short called Amore Motore, which has Minnie riding a Vespa-type scooter being chased by Mickey’s scooter who has fallen in love. On some of the new merchandise, you can even see Minnie riding a green scooter.
The highlight is the new Minnie Ears. They feature a Minnie on a scooter silhouette, with an Italian backdrop in red. On the side, it has “Ciao Bella” written on it. These new ears are available at the Italy pavilion now for $29.99. You can see our Instagram video below. Furthermore, you can check out all the images we took to spotlight this new Minnie Mouse Collection
Epcot park hours have been extended in October 2021. These extra hours come just in time for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration as well as new offerings opening in Epcot.
Previously, Epcot was scheduled to be open from 11 am to 9 pm. Now, starting October 1, 2021, Epcot will be open from 11 am to 10 pm. Hours are currently available through October 16.
The calendar also shows the new nighttime show, Harmonious, will take place at 9:45 pm each night. That’s likely the reason for extending the park hours.
The extra hour each day will also give guests extra time to enjoy the new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction which is also opening on October 1, 2021.
Will you be visiting Epcot during the anniversary celebration?

Disney is requiring all US Salary & hourly Non-Union Cast Members to get vaccinated according to a statement just released.
Here are the full details:
“At The Walt Disney Company, the safety and well-being of our employees during the pandemic has been and continues to be a top priority,”
“Toward that end, and based on the latest recommendations of scientists, health officials, and our own medical professionals that the COVID-19 vaccine provides the best protection against severe infection, we are requiring that all salaried and non-union hourly employees in the U.S. working at any of our sites be fully vaccinated.
US salaried and hourly non-union employees who aren’t already vaccinated and are working on-site will have 60 days from today to complete their protocols and any employees still working from home will need to provide verification of vaccination prior to their return, with certain limited exceptions.
We have also begun conversations around this topic with the unions representing our employees under collective bargaining agreements. In addition, all new hires will be required to be fully vaccinated before beginning employment. Vaccines are the best tool we all have to help control this global pandemic and protect our employees.”
Walt Disney World recently updated its face mask policy due to the increase in COVID-19 cases. Now, the policy has changed again, this time regarding eating while in the parks.
Previously, guests were not required to wear masks unless they were unvaccinated and only while indoors. Earlier this week Disney changed its policy to now require all guests to wear masks inside regardless of vaccination status. And now, the policy has been updated once again to restrict guests to only eating while stationary indoors. If you are outdoors eating and drinking you do not need to wear a mask.
Disney World’s face mask policy now states that masks are required in the following situations:
Upon entering and throughout all attractions
All indoor theaters, including theater entrances
All transportation except ferry boats, including transportation entrances
All indoor locations, including restaurants, except when actively eating or drinking while stationary
These mask guidelines are basically the same as the ones Disney had in place when the parks first reopened. The only difference is guests no longer have to wear masks while outside, and if you are indoors you must mask up and if you are going to eat or drink something you must be stationary.
So, if you are visiting Walt Disney World, keep in mind you need to be stationary while eating or drinking indoors.
What do you think about this policy change?

Rain showers are a common occurrence at Walt Disney World. Most Disney fans know a rain shower can pop up at any time and it’s usually done within a few minutes…unless it’s hurricane season. The rain in Orlando was so heavy yesterday that part of Magic Kingdom flooded!
Yesterday a weather system moved over Orlando and flooded the streets around Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. This essentially turned the area into a mini water park and guests (mostly children) took advantage of the wet area!

By the look of the photos, the water was about ankle-deep. Most guests took shelter from the rain indoors while others took time to really enjoy all of the water.

The Stars of Disney’s Jungle Cruise Shared How They Had a Blast on Set and are Excited for Fans to See the Film. Recently, we had the privilage of sitting in on the Jungle Cruise press conference and like the attraction, enjoyed many laughs while learning more about the behind-the-scenes moments from the set. The film stars Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Edgar Ramírez, and Jack Whitehall, with Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti and we had a blast sitting in with this fun loving cast as they shared in the adventuire of filming Disney’s Jungle Cruise.
As stated in our review, the acting, particularly between Johnson and Blunt was fantastic despite the lackluster script (in our opinion), and the natural chemistry between the cast was easy to see on screen. Both leads were asked about the chemistry on set to which the mutual replied it was instantaneous.
Blunt answered first sharing, “It was instant. We were pals for life immediately.” she added, I knew when we met. We had this rapport that, like, ping pong back and forth so quickly, and I just thought we’re gonna have a good time. I knew it.”
Johnson backed Emily’s statement tacking on, “It’s very true. It’s very true. And then you look and hope to get lucky with your cast, and you try to have some chemistry. Emily and I have been talking a lot about chemistry these past couple of weeks doing press, and at times you fake it, you know, ’cause you’re acting, but [with Emily and the rest of the cast it’s real.]”
There is no doubting Dwayne Johnson is a busy man in the business, and when asked about what brought him into the project he shared: “I immediately just saw the potential of the opportunity. And that opportunity was to take a beloved and iconic Disney ride (since 1955 when the park opened) that as Walt Disney’s baby [and make something great].” adding, “There were a lot of elements that I felt comfortable with saying “Yes, I will come on board, I’ll partner with you guys, and we will develop this thing.””
Throughout the press event the commrodery amongst the cast was evident, with many points of the conversation diving into overlapping moments, and at one point Edgar Ramírez (Aguirre) joked that they cast and crew have a secret group chat called “The Conquistadors”. We love to see it when casts get along even years after production has wrapped and it is refreshing to see everyone in good spirits as we return to theaters once again.
“In the adventure of a lifetime on Disney’s JUNGLE CRUISE, a rollicking thrill-ride down the Amazon with wisecracking skipper Frank Wolff and intrepid researcher Dr. Lily Houghton. In the film, Dr. Lily Houghton travels from London, England to the Amazon jungle and enlists Frank’s questionable services to guide her downriver on La Quila–his ramshackle-but-charming boat. Lily is determined to uncover an ancient tree with unparalleled healing abilities–possessing the power to change the future of medicine. Thrust on this epic quest together, the unlikely duo encounters innumerable dangers and supernatural forces, all lurking in the deceptive beauty of the lush rainforest. But as the secrets of the lost tree unfold, the stakes reach even higher for Lily and Frank and their fate–and mankind’s–hangs in the balance.“

Have you ever been to Disney California Adventure and tried the Carthay Circle Fried Biscuits? They are delicious!
These biscuits are spicy and cheese and a treat that you won’t be able to get enough of! So if you are planing on going to DCA anytime soon, we highly recommend to make a reservations at Carthay Circle and enjoy this popular appetizer.
Not going to Disney? No worries! We have a recipe so you can make these gooey biscuits at home and surprise your family with a cheese treat that they will love. Take a look:
CARTHAY CIRCLE FRIED BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
4-5 tbsp of finely diced jalapeno from a jar…not fresh
5-6 sliced cooked bacon finely chopped
1 egg beaten
1-2 tsp of milk or as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tube of large biscuits, the refrigerated dough in a “pop” tube with 8 biscuits
Combine cheese, jalapenos, bacon, egg, milk, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined. It should keep its shape when you squeeze it together firmly in your hand.
Using a small cookie dough scooper, scoop small balls (about the size of a typical bouncey ball) and roll in your hands until it stays together and forms a smooth, tight ball.
Place the balls on a plate or tray covered with parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze at least 6 ours or overnight (you should have about 32 balls).
Remove tray from freezer and pop open the biscuit dough.
Cut each biscuit into 4 sections. Flatten each section and wrap around each cheese ball, rolling in your hands to make sure there are no holes or seams. You want it to be smooth and round.
Heat oil to 350 degrees and fry each ball until dark golden brown.
