Meet Toa, EPCOT’s Newest Resident at The Seas with Nemo & Friends
There is a new fin-tastic face swimming around EPCOT. Toa, a colorful Napoleon wrasse, has officially joined the massive aquarium inside The Seas with Nemo & Friends.

Toa is the first Napoleon wrasse to call the 5.7-million-gallon SeaBase Aquarium home. His name comes from a Māori word meaning warrior or victor, which feels fitting for such a striking new resident.
Napoleon wrasse are native to the Indo-Pacific region and are currently considered an endangered species. In the wild, they play an important role in protecting coral reefs by eating crown-of-thorns sea stars, which can damage coral ecosystems when their populations grow too large.
