The expansive culinary selection at Disney Springs is about to get even more vibrant with the upcoming opening of EET, brought to you by none other than the acclaimed James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network star, Maneet Chauhan. Together with international hospitality entrepreneur Vivek Deora, Chef Chauhan is set to introduce her renowned Indian cuisine to the magical world of Disney.
Chef Maneet Chauhan and Vivek Deora are taking their culinary expertise and bringing it to Disney Springs with the opening of EET. This modern and fun Indian-inspired concept promises to be a culinary adventure for guests, combining the rich flavors of India with the enchantment of Disney. As they embark on this new venture, we can expect Chef Chauhan’s energy, creativity, and polished culinary skills to once again prove to be the perfect recipe for success.
According to her Food Network bio, Chef Maneet Chauhan’s passion for the culinary arts began at a young age, nurtured by her experiences in India and the United States. Her journey started in her homeland, where she graduated at the top of her class at the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, India’s leading culinary and hotel management school. After honing her skills at prestigious hotels and kitchens such as the Taj Group, Oberoi Hotels, and Le Meridien, she ventured to the United States to attend The Culinary Institute of America, graduating with high honors and earning all the awards in her class.
Throughout her career, Chef Chauhan’s culinary prowess has garnered exceptional reviews from renowned publications such as Bon Appรฉtit, USA Today, Time, Esquire, and Travel & Leisure. The Chicago Tribune even awarded Vermilion a stunning three-star review. New Restaurant, Ink & Plate, Pays Homage to Women of Disney Animation
A quirky and fun, American style dining experience, the restaurantโs name pays tribute to the Ink & Paint Department at Walt Disney Animation Studios, where a team of talented and dedicated artists have contributed to the inking and coloring of Disney Animation movies and cel artwork since the 1930s.
The themes of both ink and paint can be found throughout the dining room, including its chairs with neutral, paper-like colors representing ink on the back and vibrant colors splashed across the front for paint. Disney’s Extended Evenings Returning to Hollywood Studios
Extended Evenings are returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in October! Guests staying at deluxe resorts will have more time to experience all the park has to offer.
Extended Evening theme park hours will be available on September 30, October 5, October 11, October 19 and October 25, 2023. Disney’s Hollywood Studios hasn’t had extended evening hours since December 2022.

New Peter Pan Collection Landed In Disney Springs!
Get ready to fly off to Neverland with this Peter Pan Collection we found at Disney Springs! It celebrates the 70th anniversary of the classic animated movie and is filled with nostalgia and magic. Take a look at what we found:
Fly high with these new Peter Pan crocs featuring a gorgeous blue color with artwork featuring Peter and the Darling kids flying across London on their way to Neverland! They also feature the Walt Disney’s Peter Pan logo on the side of the soles.
For apparel we found a super cute sweater featuring Tinker Bell and floral embroidery, a retro looking shirt with artwork from the movie and a long sleeve with the same pattern.
To complete your look, you can get a blue bag with an all over pattern of Peter’s silhouette and the Peter Pan logo on the front pocket, or a white baseball cap with Captain Hook and Peter Pan on the front.
