Ravensburger announces Disney Lorcana Expanding to 10 New Countries in 2024
Ravensburger, the renowned publisher of top-rated board games and premium toys and puzzles, has just announced that the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game (TCG) will expand its reach to ten additional countries in 2024. The countries where the game will be introduced include Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Mexico, and the expansion will commence with the release of the third set in early 2024.
This expansion effectively doubles the global presence of the Disney Lorcana TCG, which originally debuted earlier this year in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Filip Francke, Global Head of Games for Ravensburger stated, “The appeal and excitement for the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game goes beyond borders, with fans around the world anticipating its arrival.” Francke added, “Not only are we bringing the Disney Lorcana TCG to players in new countries and in new languages, but we also plan to reprint the first two sets of the game so both current and new markets have access to them.”
In addition to its expansion into new markets, the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game (TCG) will now feature Italian as its fourth language option, commencing with the release of the third set. Italian joins the existing language options of English, French, and German for the game.
In response to the heightened demand that followed the game’s initial launch, Ravensburger announced plans in September to reprint the first set of the Disney Lorcana TCG, “The First Chapter.” This reprint will also include the second set, “Rise of the Floodborn,” and is anticipated to be available in North America for the 2023 Holiday season and in Europe by January 2024.
Debuting in August 2023, the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game (TCG) quickly gained popularity as it immerses players in the enchanting universe of Lorcana. Participants step into the shoes of Illumineers, harnessing the power of magical ink to conjure a team of Disney characters referred to as “glimmers,” who manifest in both recognizable and fantastical forms.
This game was crafted with a focus on accessibility, making it easily approachable for those new to TCGs, while still offering a rich strategic experience for seasoned players. Disney Raises Prices on Miniature Golf at Walt Disney World Resort
Earlier today, Walt Disney World Resort initiated price adjustments across various offerings, encompassing annual passes, parking fees, and more. Notably, guests enjoying a round at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens and Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf courses will observe an increase in greens fees as well.
Here are the updated prices:
Adult (ages ten and up):
$19.00 ($20.24 with tax) – Previously $14.00
AP/DVC Discount: $16.15 ($17.20 with tax)
Additional Round (25% off): $14.25 ($15.18 with tax)
Cast Member (50% off): $9.50 ($10.12 with tax)
Child (ages three to nine | no change):
$12.00 ($12.78 with tax)
AP/DVC: $10.20 ($10.86 with tax)
Additional Round (25% off): $9.00 ($9.59 with tax)
Cast Member (50% off): $6.00 ($6.39 with tax)

Notably, this seems to be the most substantial proportional increase in ticket prices (35.71% surge) at Walt Disney World Resort since June 1982 (a 39.47% increase, coinciding with Magic Kingdom’s transition to attraction-inclusive general admission). Additionally, it marks the resort’s most significant relative difference between Adult and Child ticket prices, registering at 58.33%.
As of now Park Tickets remain the same at Disney World, however, prices at Disneyland for Memory Maker, Park Tickets, and More have seen a price increase starting today.

Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park will have some new food options to try out. Starting TODAY, the park is unleashing a culinary safari of new flavors with a variety of dishes that will appeal to a wide range of tastes.
Kickstart your day with the Stuffed Pancake Sandwich, a mouthwatering combination of sausage, guava paste, egg, and cheese available at various locations within the park.
Harambe Market
Harambe Market is serving up a trio of exciting rice bowls – the Chicken and Shrimp Rice Bowl, Chicken Rice Bowl, and Shrimp Rice Bowl. Each bowl features jollof rice with kachumbari tomato salad and tzatziki sauce, with the choice of marinated chicken, peri-peri-marinated shrimp, or both. There’s even a kid’s version with peri-peri shrimp.
Don’t miss the Beef and Lamb Kofta Pita, or its plant-based counterpart, the IMPOSSIBLE Kofta Pita. Salad enthusiasts can savor the Harambe Salad with Chicken or shrimp. For dessert lovers, there’s a refreshing and delightful Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake on the menu.

The price of Memory Maker at Walt Disney World has gone up
We have another Walt Disney World price increase to report. In addition to increasing the prices of Annual Passes and Parking, Disney has also increased the price of all tiers of the popular Memory Maker service at Walt Disney World.
The advanced purchase option for Memory Maker has seen a bump from $169 to $185. Any photos taken within 3 days of the advanced purchase option are not included. For photos taken within 3 days of purchase, you will need to opt for the pricier Memory Maker tier.
For those who decide to capture the enchantment after the vacation or in the midst of it, the price of the standard Memory Maker purchase has risen from $199 to $210.
If you’re planning a shorter visit to the park and opt for the single-day Memory Maker, be prepared to shell out $75 instead of the previous $69.
Disney’s Memory Maker provides digital downloads of all photos taken at the over 100 PhotoPass locations across Walt Disney World, as well as photos captured on rides. Magic shots and even ride videos are included in the package! Photos can be accessed via the MyDisneyExperience app or website for up to 45 days after the photo was taken.

All Day Park Hopping Returning to Disney World on Jan 9th, 2024
Exciting updates are coming to Walt Disney World Resort, starting January 9, 2024! Guests holding a ticket with Park Hopper benefits or an Annual Pass will regain the flexibility to explore another theme park at ANY TIME OF DAY during regular park hours, subject to capacity limitations.
This marks a significant enhancement to the Park Hopper experience, as, since its return in 2021, access was restricted until 2 p.m. daily. Now, there’s no need to wait; YOU have the freedom to decide when it’s the perfect moment to embark on a new park adventure.
Guests can start their morning on a safari at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park before heading over to EPCOT to grab a slice at my favorite lunch spot, Via Napoli Pizzeria. Or kick off the day with a ride on the Millennium Falcon at Disney’s Hollywood Studios before hopping over to Magic Kingdom Park to catch the Festival of Fantasy parade. Guests with Park Hopper benefits will now have more flexibility to explore the Disney World theme parks the way they want and enjoy even more during their visits.
On days when theme park reservations are required for Annual Passholders and certain non-dated tickets, Passholders and guests will be able to take advantage of the updates to Park Hopper access after visiting their first park.* For example, if a Passholder has a reservation at EPCOT and enters the park at 9 a.m. for a quick ride or two, they can then head to another park right after.
And there is even more news for Passholders! “Good-to-go days” will begin sometime in January! With “good-to-go days,” the theme park reservation calendar will be updated periodically and will show Passholders select days when they may visit a Disney World theme park without needing a theme park reservation (blockout dates will continue to apply like they do today).
Annual Passholders may visit the parks after 2 p.m. without needing a theme park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom

Disney Raises the Cost of Parking at Walt Disney World
Effective October 11, 2023, Walt Disney World has introduced revised pricing for parking, impacting various categories. Standard parking for both cars and motorcycles now stands at $30 per day, marking a modest increase of $5. For those seeking a premium parking experience, preferred parking rates for cars or motorcycles have been tiered based on the season, ranging from $45 to $55 per day.
It’s noteworthy that oversized vehicle parking rates remain unchanged at $30 per day. This category encompasses a variety of larger vehicles, including shuttles, limos, camper trailers, RVs, buses, and tractor-trailers. The decision to maintain the existing pricing for oversized vehicles underscores Disney’s commitment to providing diverse parking options while ensuring accessibility for visitors with varying transportation needs.
As Walt Disney World continues to enhance the guest experience, these adjustments in parking fees align with ongoing efforts to meet evolving demands and maintain the high standards associated with the magical world of Disney. Visitors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the updated pricing structure to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during their time at the enchanting theme park.
