Aerial photos taken by the talented photographer bioreconstruct offer a sneak peek into the progress of Dark Universe, one of the five themed lands at the upcoming Universal Epic Universe park. These images shared on X on March 10, 2024, provide a glimpse into the eerie world that awaits visitors.

The highlight of Dark Universe is the manor facade, speculated to house the land’s E-ticket attraction, rumored to be called Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment. A significant amount of scaffolding has been removed from the building’s front, with added greenery enhancing its eerie appearance. Track for the Curse of the Werewolf rollercoaster is evident in the bottom left portion of the photo.
The main entrance to the attraction, which appears to be a bridge over a moat, is also revealed in the photos.

Another aerial perspective offers a captivating journey through Dark Universe, beginning at the striking portal tower that welcomes visitors into the realm. From there, the view sweeps through the eerie village, where each building adds to the land’s mysterious ambiance. The path leads to the imposing gated entrance of the manor, promising thrilling adventures within. The section near the gravestones at the front right has been obscured by scaffolding in this photo.
Located in the northwest area of Epic Universe, Dark Universe will transport guests into the world of Universal Monsters, where Dr. Victoria Frankenstein’s creations roam free. Set to open in 2025, this land promises to be a thrilling addition to Universal’s newest theme park.
