The beloved Epcot nighttime spectacular, Illuminations is coming to a close this fall. In addition to all of the beautiful commemorative merchandise we’ve seen being offered at Epcot, there are now Farewell Illuminations Minnie Ears, so we can light-up the night as we say goodbye.
That’s right, I said light-up! These beautiful Minnie ears light up! Molded ears that resemble Spaceship Earth have small led lights nestled within. These unique ears say “Farewell 2019”, and “Epcot World Showcase”, and sit atop a black headband. In the center rests a plush bow with a bursting firework print!
I actually found myself thinking what took so long? These would have been a spectacular pair of ears to have worn for this show, even before it was leaving us. We found these beautiful light-up ears at Mouse Gear, and they are $30.00 a pair. These would be great to wear on their own, or with any of the coordinating Farewell merchandise.
After 20 years the iconic Illuminations show will be coming to an end at Epcot. The final viewing date for this night time show is September 30th!
