Your Life Is About to Get a Whole Lot Cuddlier: Meet the Kuzco Llama Big Feet Plush at Epcot
Oh, you guys. Stop what you’re doing right now and listen up because I’ve found what might just be the most perfect piece of Disney merch to ever exist, and it’s hanging out over at Epcot. We’re talking about the Kuzco Llama Big Feet Plush, and let me tell you, this isn’t just a plushie; it’s a statement.
For $34.99, you can take home the sassiest, softest llama you’ve ever seen, and honestly, can you put a price on that level of perfection? He’s part of the super popular Big Feet plush collection, so you know he’s got those oversized, lovable feet and an all-around squishy, huggable design. Seriously, holding this guy is like getting a warm hug from the emperor himself, or at least, his much-more-cuddly llama form. He’s sitting all cute and proper, with his front legs tucked between his back legs, just begging you to scoop him up and take him on all your Epcot adventures.
Let’s get into the details, because the magic is in the little things, right? Kuzco is crafted with the softest fabrics in a totally on-point color palette of black, tan, peach, and auburn. His face is a masterpiece of pure joy, he’s got this wide, open-mouthed grin with his two little bottom teeth peeking out, which, let’s be real, is just a perfect representation of his charming personality. His ears and that signature tuft of black hair are sticking straight up, giving him that classic Kuzco look. And the embroidery! Oh, the embroidery on his big, expressive eyes and those perfectly arched eyebrows? It’s all there, capturing every bit of that dramatic flair we know and love.
But wait, there’s more! Turn this fluffy boy around, and you’ll find a few more delightful touches. The back features a fanned-out llama tail made from a slightly stiffer fabric, so it keeps its shape and looks totally fabulous. And here’s a detail that only a true fan would appreciate: there’s a piece of black fabric running down the back of his head. It’s a subtle nod to the unique haircut that Kuzco rocks in both his human and llama forms in The Emperor’s New Groove. It’s these little details that make this plush so special. So next time you’re wandering around Epcot, do yourself a favor and track down this absolute gem. Your couch, your bed, and your Instagram feed will thank you.

The phrase “C’est la vie” (which means “Such is life”) is printed on the front and back, along with a sketch of the Eiffel Tower, Emile holding cheese, and an emblem for “Domaine Gusteau.” It’s a fun, subtle nod to the film.
And for a lighter option, the light gray Adult Shirt is perfect. The front has the “anyone can cook” logo with Remy holding a serving platter, while the back features a much larger design with the Eiffel Tower and Parisian cityscape.
Cook and Accessorize with Remy
For all the aspiring chefs out there, the collection has some great kitchen-themed items. The white Apron is perfect for your next culinary adventure, featuring the “anyone can cook” logo and a picture of Remy. You can also channel your inner Gusteau with the new Chef Shirt, which has Remy on the front and says “Here I am, the chef” on the back.
And for those who want to carry a piece of Paris with them, the accessories are just as great. The grayish-blue Adult Ball Cap is a stylish way to stay shaded from the Florida sun, with “bon appétit” embroidered on the front and the Epcot logo on the back.
The Backpack is also a standout piece. The light blue-gray bag has a large front pocket with Remy and the Eiffel Tower, and the inside lining has a fun pattern with forks, cheese, and phrases like “merci” and “bon appétit.” It’s a perfect bag for a day at the park or just for everyday use.
Take Home a Piece of the Magic
Beyond the apparel and accessories, the collection offers some wonderful items for your home. You can add a new Mug to your collection, featuring the attraction logo and the “anyone can cook” design. The handle even has a fork painted on it!
To complete your kitchen look, there’s a charming Salt and Pepper Set and a Ratatouille Charcuterie Board, complete with a removable stoneware dish, perfect for serving up some tasty treats.
And if you want to decorate your space, the Remy Metal Sign is a charming piece that says “La Ratatouille” with an image of Remy in a chef’s hat. Lastly, you can grab a commemorative Ornament to hang on your tree and remember your time at Epcot.
What do you think of the new collection? Is there a piece you’re excited to add to your own collection?

Disneyland Parade Float Catches Fire on Wednesday Evening
A float in the Paint the Night Parade caught fire during a performance at Disneyland Park on Wednesday evening. The incident began when the Little Mermaid float reportedly started malfunctioning while moving between the Matterhorn Bobsleds and the hub area at approximately 8:50 PM PDT.
According to witness accounts, the float was turned off, and its performers were safely evacuated. It was then towed to a hub area to allow the remaining floats to complete the parade route. While in the hub, the float began to emit smoke, and eyewitnesses reported seeing flames. The fire was quickly extinguished by park personnel.
After about a half-hour, the float was towed behind the parade gate in the Town Square area of Main Street, U.S.A. A video posted on TikTok by @emmuhthefloor chronicled part of the aftermath of the incident.
The New Disney Cruise Ship Pushes Its Inaugural Sailing to March 2026
The highly anticipated maiden voyage of the Disney Adventure cruise ship has been delayed by three months, with its inaugural sailing now scheduled for March 10, 2026. Disney Cruise Line has begun notifying guests booked on the ship’s earliest trips that their voyages from December 15, 2025, through March 12, 2026, have been canceled.
The Disney Adventure was originally slated for a late September delivery to Disney Cruise Line following its sea trials, with the maiden voyage planned for December 15, 2025, departing from Singapore. The new schedule shifts this timeline, with the maiden voyage now departing on its rescheduled date in March 2026.
Disney Cruise Line is providing guests with several options in response to the changes. Those who were booked on the original maiden voyage are being offered the opportunity to rebook the new inaugural sailing at a 50% discount. Their reservation will be automatically shifted to the new date. Alternatively, if they are unable to sail, they can receive a full refund and still be extended a 50% discount on a future Disney Cruise Line vacation.
Similarly, guests with bookings on other affected sailings between December 2025 and March 2026 are being automatically refunded. They will also receive a 50% discount on a future cruise, which must be booked by March 31, 2026, and completed by March 31, 2027.

Walt Disney World is taking another step forward on its long-awaited affordable housing initiative in Central Florida. On September 8, Disney filed a new permit with the South Florida Water Management District tied to the development, officially known as the Hartzog Road Attainable Housing Community.
The permit, listed under application number 250908-56772, focuses on stormwater management and water basin requirements — key elements for ensuring the project’s environmental sustainability. The community will be located at 10901 Avalon Road in Winter Garden, just east of State Road 429 near Hartzog Road.
Plans call for a 1369-unit multifamily development spread across 103.38 acres, complete with the necessary supporting infrastructure. Disney is partnering with The Michaels Organization, a developer specializing in affordable housing communities. The Michaels Organization will own and operate the property once completed.
Disney first announced its intention to create affordable housing in April 2022, with final project approval secured in October 2024. The construction timeline targets completion by late 2027, adding another significant residential option to the rapidly growing area surrounding Walt Disney World.

Anaheim City Councilmember Natalie Rubalcava has proposed a new tax on tickets and parking at the city’s entertainment venues, an idea that is expected to spark intense debate. At a recent City Council meeting, she suggested a discussion about an entertainment tax, arguing that the revenue from ticket and parking sales could help boost Anaheim’s general fund.
Anaheim’s budget is heavily dependent on a hotel tax collected from the millions of tourists who visit Disneyland and other attractions. Rubalcava argued that the city can’t continue to rely solely on this tax and that it’s time for the council to explore new revenue sources.
While she didn’t provide specific details on the proposed tax rates, she wants the City Council to consider a ballot measure for the November 2026 election. This would allow residents to vote on whether to tax entertainment tickets and parking. She has asked city staff to present a plan for the council to debate at their September 23 meeting.
“It would have to go to our residents,” Rubalcava said. “I hope that this council is open to allowing our residents to weigh in on this really important ballot initiative.”
“It’s important to me that we continue to generate revenue,” Rubalcava said, but added, “not on the backs of people who live here, so I’m not really interested in a sales tax initiative.”
Councilmember Rubalcava, who has been collaborating with the city manager and city attorney on this proposal, suggested the tax on parking could help fund additional police and firefighters, as well as affordable housing initiatives.
“I hope that our friends at these large entertainment venues agree with us that it is conducive of them to help us generate the revenue needed to help our city move forward,” Rubalcava said.
In response, city spokesperson Mike Lyster noted that the Angels have a parking rebate agreement with the city and that the OCVibe development around the Honda Center doesn’t plan to charge directly for its parking garage. Disneyland and OCVibe officials did not respond to OC Register‘s requests for comment, while a spokesperson for the Angels said it was too early to comment on the proposal’s limited details.
What do you think about an added tax on Disneyland tickets?
