New Disney Cruise Ship Leaves Shipyard for Final Testing in the North Sea
The new Disney Adventure cruise ship has departed the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany and is now undergoing its sea trials. This marks a critical step in the ship’s construction, as it enters the final phase of testing before its official delivery to Disney Cruise Line.

The ship, which had its first float out in April, will conduct its trials in the Baltic and North Seas. During this period, it will reportedly make a stop at the German port of Bremerhaven and a technical visit to the island of Rügen for further outfitting and assessments.
Following the completion of these sea trials, the Disney Adventure is scheduled to be delivered to Disney Cruise Line in late September. It is set to embark on its highly anticipated maiden voyage from Singapore on December 15, 2025.
