Disneyland Resort has a new menu for Alfresco Tasting Terrace. You can find them in the Pacific Wharf area of Disney California Adventure Park.
The Alfresco Tasting Terrace will reopen on May 20th for Legacy Passholders. Guests can savor new signature cocktails and breathtaking views of Disney California Adventure park from the second floor of the winery.

This four-star hotel – styled as a New York art gallery – is making heroic history. Not only is it the first hotel in the world dedicated to Marvel art, it will also be one of the largest publicly viewable collections of Marvel artwork. Paying tribute to the home of many Marvel Super Heroes and the artists who created them, the hotel will house 350 pieces of artwork – including 50 exclusive pieces – spanning both comics and movies by more than 110 artists from Europe and beyond. The hotel experience will take immersive storytelling to heroic heights! Guests can stand alongside a friendly neighborhood favorite for a selfie with Spider-Man at the Heroic Selfie Spot at the Super Hero Station, where there will be photo ops aplenty. Aspiring comic book artists can sharpen their skills at the Marvel Design Studio, while sports enthusiasts can power up at the fitness center, indoor and outdoor Metro Pool, and Hero Training Zone, an outdoor field with dedicated areas for a variety of sports activities for guests of all ages.
471 Superior rooms and 90 Executive rooms – including 25 Suites dedicated to Spider-Man, the Avengers or Marvel Super Heroes – make up epically-appointed, Manhattan-style accommodations that offer four-star service. Those looking to replenish their stores will find New York-inspired noshes and nightcaps at unique restaurants and bar concepts celebrating Marvel art.

From veteran heroes to heroes-in-training, there’s something for everyone at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. Packages will be on sale as of May 18, with an exclusive launch offer on www.disneylandparis.com, through the Disneyland Paris call center and official travel partner channels. To make the stay even more super, guests booking before July 29, 2021 with an arrival date before March 30, 2022 will receive a take-home exclusive Marvel print by artist Matt Ferguson and a complimentary mocktail of their choice in one of the hotel’s bars.

Cars ROAD TRIP will take Guests right into the world of Pixar’s Cars for an unusual journey along the mythical Route 66, discovering natural – and mechanical – wonders.

Boyd Holbrook and Shaunette Renée Wilson Join Harrison Ford in ‘Indiana Jones 5’. If adventure has a name…it must be Indiana Jones! Boyd Holbrook (Gone Girl) and Shaunette Renée Wilson (The Resident) will star alongside Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Solo: A Star Wars Story), Mads Mikkelsen (Doctor Strange, Hannibal), and Harrison Ford, who is returning to the role of the legendary hero archaeologist, for the fifth installment of the iconic franchise.
In addition, the inimitable John Williams will return to score the film, continuing a musical journey that began 40 years ago with Raiders of the Lost Ark. Williams’ unforgettable Indy soundtracks, packed with all the epic thrills, suspense, romance, and excitement that fans have come to expect from an Indiana Jones movie, have become as beloved and familiar as the adventuring hero’s signature hat and whip.
“I’m thrilled to be starting a new adventure, collaborating with a dream team of all-time great filmmakers,” said the film’s director James Mangold. “Steven, Harrison, Kathy, Frank, and John are all artistic heroes of mine. When you add Phoebe, a dazzling actor, brilliant creative voice and the chemistry she will undoubtedly bring to our set, I can’t help but feel as lucky as Indiana Jones himself.”

‘The Muppets’ Appear on Saturday Night Live!… Well Sorta. The Muppet Show was featured in a recent segment from Saturday Night Live! In the skit Statler and Waldorf (Beck Bennett, Mikey Day) get into a heated argument with the venue’s bouncers (Keegan-Michael Key, Kenan Thompson). The segment also featured Kermit the Frog “hosting” The Muppets Show along with Melissa Villaseñor doing an impression of Lily Tomlin.

For a limited time this summer, The Market at Ale & Compass will offer an assortment of Disney Cruise Line gear and also snacks. This is great for those who are missing their Disney Cruise Line trips!
The shop has a boatload of exciting apparel for the whole family, accessories, drinkware, and even new luggage! I know I could always use new luggage! It’s totally acceptable to have luggage for Disney trips, cruises, and also other vacations right?
The high sea adventures don’t stop there though! There are lots of sweet treats inspired by Disney Cruise Line to snack on too! Sailors venturing into the Market will find a blueberry cream cheese trifle, a Mickey-shaped rice crispy treat, and a lemon tart with raspberry mousse. Our more seasoned pirates (grown ups!) can also sail into the Ale & Compass Lounge or Martha’s Vineyard for the Pirate’s Nest specialty drink. This drink was inspired by a Disney Cruise Line favorite. It is made with rum, mango ginger green tea, pineapple and lemon juices, ginger beer, agave syrup, bitters, and also topped with a dehydrated orange wheel and mint. YUM!!

Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is one of America’s longest-running stage shows. Opening originally in the summer of 1974. The high-energy dinner show at Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground was created in the heyday of dinner theaters for Walt Disney World guests with a summer college intern cast.
Unfortunately, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue has not returned since it was closed over a year ago. It closed along with the rest of Walt Disney World Resort. Now it looks like hope is in the wind. There are stirrings around the return of this hootenanny of a show.
Recently we had heard from Cast members who have been recalled for the return of the show. Now we have a limited amount of information from construction permits filed for work to be done at Pioneer Hall. The permits show it is to Provide, labor, material, and/or electrical for construction. This is more than likely to make sure the building is safe since it has not been used in over a year.
In true Disney fashion, Walt Disney Imagineers designed Pioneer Hall in authentic Wild West style with 1,283 hand-fitted pine logs from Montana and 70 tons of stones from North Carolina to re-create a look from the late 1800s. The building opened on April 1, 1974.

We are pleased to announce that Disneyland Paris will reopen on June 17th with Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel, and Disney Village. The DLRP reopening will follow enhanced health and safety measures.

The Alaska cruise season has been stuck in limbo since the Canadian government is not allowing cruise ships to dock at any Canadian ports through February 2022. The Passenger Vessel Services Act (PVSA) requires foreign-registered ships to stop at a foreign port between embarkments at two U.S. ports.
Now, the U.S. Senate has passed the Alaska Tourism Restoration Act. This act allows U.S. cruise ships to forgo stopping at a foreign port. The bill is expected to pass the House of Representatives as well.
According to the CDC, cruise ships must prove that 95% of passengers and 98% of crew members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to sail or complete test sailings before cruises can resume. Disney Cruise Line previously removed all Alaskan sailings from its website. Right now, Disney Cruise Line will return to Alaska beginning May 2022.
Alaskan Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan both sponsored the bill and are hoping it will reinvigorate Alaskan businesses. “Alaska has led with vaccinations in the country and our communities are ready to welcome visitors back,” Murkowski said.
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the cruise industry’s largest trade association, congratulated senators Murkowski and Sullivan “for all their efforts to help save the Alaska cruise season. CLIA and its members hope to return this summer and help support Alaskan communities by bringing people back to work.”

Three years ago, Marvel fan Ryan Leger presented a petition to get Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk his own film in the MCU. Having played an integral part of the Avengers films and co-starring in Thor: Ragnarok, many fans like Ryan firmly believe it is time for Bruce Banner/The Hulk to get his own movie, and it seems Marvel Studios agrees!
Given Ruffalo’s history of sharing spoilers, and infamously live-streaming the first 10 mins of Thor: Ragnarok during the world premiere by accident, it comes as no surprise that Marvel would be keeping a tight lip with Mark about any future plans for his characters. Basically, it seems that Marvel has told Mark, “Don’t call us. We’ll call you.” when there is a Hulk or Bruce appearance.
