Star War’s: Galaxy’s Edge at the Walt Disney World Resort is set to open in a matter of weeks! The after hours construction is lighting up the land as it’s in the final production stages.
As cast member and annual passholder previews begin during the first week of August, excitement is rising in anticipation of the new land. Minor construction of some areas are still in progress. However, newly themed lighting of the land is lighting up the highlights it has to offer. In these aerial pictures of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you can really see all the details of the land come to life!
In the pictures below, you can see the complete immersion guests will find themselves while in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The closeup aerial shot of the Millennium Falcon shows how guests will experience the queue for the Smuggler’s Run attraction.
The last photo, shows more of the landscape of the land. You can see the themed lighting of the spires. At the bottom right, you can also see the layout of the Marketplace.
Disney Hollywood Studios Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will open at the Walt Disney World Resort on August 29.
