Taste! Central Florida, an annual food and beverage tasting extravaganza, is returning in 2023 for its 33rd year. Bringing together the area’s most accomplished chefs, brewers, wine purveyors, and spirit vendors, this volunteer-led effort aims to combat childhood hunger by supporting the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida. With Disney’s renowned chefs joining the cause, this event promises to be a magical evening of flavors for a heartwarming purpose.

Participants in this year’s event include Disney Spring’s The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria and Enzo’s, Morimoto Asia, Raglan Road, STK Orlando, T-Rex Cafe, and Toledo along with Animal Kingdom’s Yak and Yeti, Hilton Bonnet Creek’s La Luce, Coronado Springs’s Toledo, and JW Marriott Bonnet Creek’s Unreserved.

The funds raised by Taste! Central Florida play a crucial role in supporting both the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida in their mission to fight childhood hunger.

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida utilizes the funds to provide more than 244,000 nutritious meals each year to those in need. This support has a direct and positive impact on the youngest shelter guests at the Coalition, ensuring they have access to essential meals and the energy to thrive.

Similarly, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida channels the funds towards childhood hunger relief programs, specifically targeting the 1 in 5 children who are facing hunger. The generous contributions from Taste! Central Florida enables the food bank to provide over 250,000 meals to those in need, helping close the gap on childhood hunger in Central Florida. Tickets can be purchased online from the Taste! Central Florida website.
