Flavors of Florida Demonstration with Chef James Petrakis from the Polite Pig. This summer, join us at Waterview Park for a new culinary series! Learn from the experts at popular Disney Springs dining locations—and get a taste of their fresh, Florida fare.

Every Friday, at Disney Springs, until August 4th, you can see some of the premier chefs from restaurants located in Disney Springs put on a cooking demonstration at Waterview Park, located across from Wine Bar George, and next to Jock Lindsey’s.

This week was Chef James Petrakis from the Polite Pig, who not only gave us a history of how he named his sauces after family members but then gave a cooking demonstration on how he created his Flavors of Florida dish Key West Pink Shrimp Ceviche. He was joined by his whole staff, who looked on and greeted guests.
