Disney’s Animal Kingdom reopened to guests this weekend at Walt Disney World. They set-up new safety and health guidelines to help guests enjoy their Disney visit. The new physical distancing practices were working well when we were there. Another new feature the Animal Kingdom offers now are relaxation stations for guests. These zones give guests a chance to take a break. You can remove your mask for a breather in these zones. Physical distancing keeps all parties at least 10 feet apart in them, too. We checked out all the new relaxation stations set up for guests at Animal Kingdom. You can see what they look like below.
Upcountry Landing across from UP! A Great Bird Adventure
The first relaxation station we visited is found in Upcountry Landing near “UP! A Great Bird Adventure.” You can sit in the shade and take a break from the Florida sun while resting here for a bit.
Pizzafari in Discovery Island
The second location is inside the Pizzafari restaurant in Discovery Island. What’s great about this location is that it offers a spot to cool off in an air-conditioned room.
