A celebration of “The Lion King” is headed to Disney California Adventure Park this summer! From June 7th to September 2nd, 2019, “The Lion King” celebration will bring Simba’s story to life.
Each day at various times, a traveling group of storytellers will arrive to celebrate “The Lion King” with story, song, and dance. They’ll invite everyone around to join in the fun too. Don’t overlook some of the other fun activities in the parks, like coloring and crafts, honoring the spirit of Africa and “The Lion King” live-action film, roaring into theaters July 19, 2019.
The new live-action film of “The Lion King” will take you on a journey to the African savanna to watch a young lion cub learn his right of passage to becoming the king of Pride Rock. Simba will have to overcome many trials and tribulations before taking his rightful place on Price Rock.
